运用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了316L不锈钢表面钝化处理前后的形貌,引入表面粗糙度的概念,获得了不锈钢钝化处理前的抛光试样表面粗糙度为1.54nm,抛光试样经钝化处理后表面粗糙度为0.352nm.
