人才培养涉及内容繁多,是一个复杂且庞大的工程,尤其是作为基础工程的素质和能力培养,在整个人才培养过程中具有举足轻重的作用。以民办高校土木工程专业为例,构建了以学生发展为中心,理论实践联合驱动,专思、专创、校企、赛教相互融合的“双驱四融”应用型人才培养模式,并提出“8341”多方协同、课程思政贯穿始终的应用型人才培养课程体系,以期为区域经济发展输送大批拥有扎实理论知识、卓越实践能力、良好职业素养的应用型人才,确保人才需求侧与培养侧有效衔接,打造人才输出良性循环。

Hydrogen is known for its elevated energy density and environmental compatibility and is a promising alternative to fossil *** water electrolysis utilizing renewable energy sources has emerged as a means to obtain high-purity ***,electrocatalysts used in the process are fabricated using conventional wet chemical synthesis methods,such as sol-gel,hydrothermal,or surfactantassisted approaches,which often necessitate intricate pretreatment procedures and are vulnerable to post-treatment ***,this study introduces a streamlined and environmentally conscious one-step potential-cycling approach to generate a highly efficient trimetallic nickel-iron-copper electrocatalyst in situ on nickel *** synthesized material exhibited remarkable performance,requiring a mere 476 mV to drive electrochemical water splitting at 100 mA cm^(-2)current density in alkaline ***,this material was integrated into an anion exchange membrane watersplitting device and achieved an exceptionally high current density of 1 A cm^(-2)at a low cell voltage of2.13 V,outperforming the noble-metal benchmark(2.51 V).Additionally,ex situ characterizations were employed to detect transformations in the active sites during the catalytic process,revealing the structural transformations and providing inspiration for further design of electrocatalysts.

蓄滞洪区是防洪工程体系的重要组成部分,转移道路是蓄滞洪区分洪蓄水时防汛抢险、群众安全转移的重要通道。蓄滞洪洪区转移道路布设涉及转移人口数量、道路长度和转移时间等诸多问题,为了研究解决蓄滞洪区转移道路规划布设问题,在洪水风险图避洪转移分析计算模型原理基础上,引进道路干扰系数,研究建立转移道路规划布设模型。选取杜家台分蓄洪区内香城垸、曲口垸和新农垸等7个围垸共20个转移单元利用转移道路规划布设模型进行转移道路干线、支线布设和转移所需时间计算,计算得到在初步拟定转移道路布置和长度的基础上转移所需时间为0.74~5.15 h,小于可用转移时间;对确定转移线路的7个围垸进行转移道路路网密度计算,计算得到围垸路网密度为0.44~0.92km/km^(2),其数值能满足规范要求。结果表明该模型能较为方便的确定蓄滞洪区内转移道路干线、支线的布置及道路长度,并定量计算出转移单元安全转移至安置点所需转移时间,该模型可作为蓄滞洪区转移道路规划布设参考。

Objective To investigate whether the antioxidation and the regulation on the Extracellular Regulated Protein Kinases （ERK） signaling pathway are involved in the protective effects of blueberry on central nervous system. Methods 30 Senescence-accelerated mice prone 8 （SAMP8） mice were divided into three groups and treated with normal diet, blueberry extracts （200 mg/***/day） and cyaniding-3-O-galactoside （Cy-3-GAL）（50 mg/***/day） from blueberry for 8 weeks. 10 SAMR1 mice were set as control group. The capacity of spatial memory was assessed by Passive avoidance task and Morris water maze. Histological analyses on hippocampus were completed. Malondialdehyde （MDA） levels, Superoxide Dismutase （SOD） activity and the expression of ERK were detected. Results Both Cy-3-GAL and blueberry extracts were shown effective functions to relieve cellular injury, improve hippocampal neurons survival and inhibit the pyramidal cell layer damage. Cy-3-GAL and blueberry extracts also increased SOD activity and reduced MDA content in brain tissues and plasma, and increased hippocampal phosphorylated ERK （p-ERK） expression in SAMP8 mice. Further more, the passive avoidance task test showed that both the latency time and the number of errors were improved by Cy-3-GAL treatment, and the Morris Water Maze test showed significant decreases of latency were detected by Cy-3-GAL and blueberry extracts treatment on day 4. Conclusion Blueberry extracts may reverse the declines of cognitive and behavioral function in the ageing process through several pathways, including enhancing the capacity of antioxidation, altering stress signaling. Cy-3-GAL may be an important active ingredient for these biological effects.

The hot deformation behaviors of sulfur-containing gear steel 20MnCr5 containing three different contents of Nb and B(0,0.021%Nb,and 0.024%Nb-0.0022%B)were *** compression and tenssion tests were carried out by Gleeble3800 at the austenite region from 850 to 1150℃and the adverse effects of Nb and B were analyzed by the fracture,microstructure and precipitate *** compression tests showed that the proportions of instable area in hot processing maps of 0.021%Nb and Nb-B steels were higher and the deformability of Nb free steel was *** tensile deformation experiments showed that the reduction areas of Nb free,0.021%Nb and Nb-B steels were 92%-99%,84%-98%and 67%-97%,*** addition of Nb or Nb and B inhibited the dynamic recrystallization during hot deformation,and consequently,more deformed grains were then formed in 0.021%Nb and Nb-B steels thus to obtain the microstructure with worse uniformity and then deteriorate the *** addition,the interaction between inclusions and microalloyed elements was also *** particles of 0.021%Nb and Nb-B steels dynamically precipitated during deformation and precipitated together with MnS thus to worsen the deformability,resulting in the decrease of reduction area.

Effective development and utilization of wood resources is *** modification research has become an integral dimension of wood science research,however,the similarities between modified wood and original wood render it challenging for accurate identification and classification using conventional image classification ***,the development of efficient and accurate wood classification techniques is *** paper presents a one-dimensional,convolutional neural network(i.e.,BACNN)that combines near-infrared spectroscopy and deep learning techniques to classify poplar,tung,and balsa woods,and PVA,nano-silica-sol and PVA-nano silica sol modified woods of *** results show that BACNN achieves an accuracy of 99.3%on the test set,higher than the 52.9%of the BP neural network and 98.7%of Support Vector Machine compared with traditional machine learning methods and deep learning based methods;it is also higher than the 97.6%of LeNet,98.7%of AlexNet and 99.1%of ***,the classification method proposed offers potential applications in wood classification,especially with homogeneous modified wood,and it also provides a basis for subsequent wood properties studies.
