Background Moyamoya disease (MMD) is a rare and complex cerebrovascular disorder characterized by the progressive narrowing of the internal carotid arteries and the formation of compensatory collateral vessels. The etiology of MMD remains enigmatic, making diagnosis and management challenging. The MOYAOMICS project was initiated to investigate the molecular underpinnings of MMD and explore potential diagnostic and therapeutic *** The MOYAOMICS project employs a multidisciplinary approach, integrating various omics technologies, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, to comprehensively examine the molecular signatures associated with MMD pathogenesis. Additionally, we will investigate the potential influence of gut microbiota and brain-gut peptides on MMD development, assessing their suitability as targets for therapeutic strategies and dietary interventions. Radiomics, a specialized field in medical imaging, is utilized to analyze neuroimaging data for early detection and characterization of MMD-related brain changes. Deep learning algorithms are employed to differentiate MMD from other conditions, automating the diagnostic process. We also employ single-cellomics and mass cytometry to precisely study cellular heterogeneity in peripheral blood samples from MMD *** The MOYAOMICS project represents a significant step toward comprehending MMD’s molecular underpinnings. This multidisciplinary approach has the potential to revolutionize early diagnosis, patient stratification, and the development of targeted therapies for MMD. The identification of blood-based biomarkers and the integration of multiple omics data are critical for improving the clinical management of MMD and enhancing patient outcomes for this complex disease.

Effects of Conservation Tillage on Crop Yield: a Case Study in the Part of Typical Ecological Zones in china

To evaluate the effects of different conservation tillage modes on crop yield in various ecological regions, we interviewed peasant households in the Northeast china Plain, North china Plain, Chengdu Plain, and Northwest china Oasis, china, to analyze the influencing factors of the tillage methods on crop yield. An index set was determined from seven yield parameters based on expert consultation and relevant literature. A comprehensive evaluation of conservation tillage methods in the various ecological regions was carried out using fuzzy theory. The approaches with the highest scores were identified for each region： wide and narrow rotation planting with high stubble standing retention in the Northeast china Plain; seeding after rotary tilled of wheat under corn straw mulching and no-tillage seeding of corn and other crops under wheat straw mulching in the North china Plain; no tillage with high stubble retention in the Northwest china Oasis; and no-tillage seeding of wheat and other crops under rice straw mulching in Chengdu Plain. These research data provide a useful guide for the selection of conservation tillage methods for optimum yields in different regions of china.

Study on Transient Gap Resonance with Consideration of the Motion of Floating Body

In this paper, the transient fluid resonance phenomenon inside a narrow gap between two adjacent boxes excited by the incident focused waves with various spectral peak periods and focused wave amplitudes is simulated by utilizing the open-sourced computational fluid dynamics software, Open FOAM. The weather-side box is allowed to heave freely under the action of waves, and the lee-side box keeps fixed. This paper mainly focuses on how both the spectral peak period and the focused wave amplitude affect the free-surface amplification inside the gap, the motion of the weather-side box, and the wave loads(including the vertical and the horizontal wave forces) acting on both *** comparison, another two-box system with both boxes fixed is also considered as a control group. It is found that the motion of the weather-side box significantly changes the characteristics of the transient gap resonance, and it would cause that the fluid resonant period becomes 1.4-1.6 times that of the two-box system with both boxes *** the concerned physical quantities(i.e., the free-surface amplification in the gap, the motion of the weather-side box, the wave loads) are found to closely depend on both the spectral peak period and the focused wave amplitude.

Photochemical properties and source of pollutants during continuous pollution episodes in Beijing, October, 2.11

Beijing suffered from serious air pollution in October, 2.11 with the occurrence of three continuous episodes. Here we analyze the pollution status of particulate matter, the relationship between the gaseous pollutants, physical and chemical properties of single particles, and the profile of water-soluble ions in PM2.5 during the three episodes. Regional and photochemically aged air masses, which were characterized as having high values of O3.and SO2. were hypothesized to have played a dominant role in the first episode. After mixing local air masses with freshly-emitted primary pollutants, the concentration of NOx continued to increase and the size of SO42., NO3. and NH4＋ in the particle population continued to become smaller. The amount of elemental carbon-rich and organic carbonrich particles in the scaled single particles （0.2.2.μm） and water-soluble K＋ in PM2.s also increased in the episodes. All the available information suggests that the biomass or fuel burning sources in or around Beijing may have had a huge impact on the last two episodes.

为解决SBAS-InSAR技术在获取水汽饱和度较高的海滨城市地表形变信息受大气影响严重的问题,选用2.景Sentinel-1A SAR影像数据,联合时序SBAS-InSAR技术与GACOS大气校正模型,监测得到2.2.年1月—2.2.年6月青岛胶州湾大桥的地表形变信息;利用线性模型和线性-温度模型分析了其形变特征及其温度影响。结果表明,桥梁整体的形变速率在可控范围之内,其地表形变过程是非线性的,与平均温度变化有较高的相关关系,线性-温度模型拟合的地表形变过程与联合时序SBAS-InSAR技术与GACOS大气校正模型监测的地表形变过程具有较高一致性,表现出了季节性变化规律。

遥感产品真实性检验作为衔接遥感数据产品与应用服务的重要过程,是遥感数据产品高质量应用的必要保证。多年来,国内外建设了不少面向陆地遥感产品的真实性检验站点,但由于陆表过程和观测目标的高度复杂性、遥感卫星载荷产品的多样性、陆地遥感产品演变的动态性,在典型特性表征—要素测量—样本优化—弹性服务全过程中的理论运用与技术实现仍显不足,规模化基础设施有待进一步发挥可持续运行的服务价值。本文分析了真实性检验地面观测场网、地面参考真值获取技术、遥感产品综合检验服务的国内外现状与发展趋势,进而从理论方法体系化着手,提出在地统计学的空间变异理论、计量学的不确定性理论、运筹学的最优化理论等基础之上,研究真实性检验场网空间代表性表征、测量基准不确定性度量及传递、多途径检验结果综合定权合成、样本集与待检产品的最优匹配等方法,发展形成陆地观测卫星真实性检验场网方法体系框架。对标国家空间基础设施重大工程建设和关键共性产品的应用需求,综合考虑整体布局、产品覆盖完备性、时空基准一致性和可追溯性等因素,统筹建设完善真实性检验站网、航空协同真实性检验系统、基准参考构建及传递系统以及高精度检验服务系统,形成符合中国实际的陆地观测卫星遥感产品真实性检验技术方案。文章对于完善真实性检验场网理论方法体系,“用足”、“用好”国产陆地观测卫星遥感数据,提升定量化应用水平具有重要意义。

Suggestion on further strengthening ultra-low emission standards for PM emission from coal-fired power plants in china

china has established the largest clean coal-fired power generation system in the world by accomplishing the technological transformation of coal-fired power plants(CFPPs)to achieve ultra-low *** potential for further particulate matter(PM)emission reduction to achieve near-zero emission for CFPPs has become a hotspot *** this study,PM emission from some ultra-low emission CFPPs adopting advanced air pollutant control technologies in china was *** results revealed that the average filterable particulate matter(FPM)concentration,measured as the total particulate matter(TPM)according to the current national monitoring standard,was(1.67±0.86)mg/m^(3.,which could fully achieve the ultra-low emission standard for key regions(5 mg/m^(3.),but that achieving the near-zero emission standard was difficult(1 mg/m^(3.).However,the condensable particulate matter(CPM),with an average concentration of(1.06±1.2.)mg/m^(3.,was generally ignored during monitoring,which led to about 3..7%underestimation of the *** considering both FPM and CPM,the TPM emission from current CFPPs would contribute to less than 5%of atmospheric PM_(2.5) concentrations in the key cities and regions in ***,further reduction in FPM emission proposed by the near-zero emission plan of CFPPs may have less environmental benefit than emission control of other anthropogenic ***,it is suggested that the management of CPM emission should be strengthened,and a national standard for CPM emission monitoring based on the indirect dilution method should be established for *** measurements are helpful for optimal operation of air pollutant control devices and continuously promoting further emission reduction.
