Over the last several hundred years,donkeys have adapted to high-altitude conditions on the Tibetan ***,the kiang,a closely related equid species,also inhabits this *** reports have demonstrated the importance of specific genes and adaptive introgression in divergent lineages for adaptation to hypoxic conditions on the Tibetan ***,we assessed whether donkeys and kiangs adapted to the Tibetan Plateau via the same or different biological pathways and whether adaptive introgression has *** assembled a de novo genome from a kiang individual and analyzed the genomes of five kiangs and 93 donkeys(including 24 from the Tibetan Plateau).Our analyses suggested the existence of a strong hard selective sweep at the EPAS1 locus in *** Tibetan donkeys,however,another gene,i.e.,EGLN1,was likely involved in their adaptation to high *** addition,admixture analysis found no evidence for interspecific gene flow between kiangs and Tibetan *** findings indicate that despite the short evolutionary time scale since the arrival of donkeys on the Tibetan Plateau,as well as the existence of a closely related species already adapted to hypoxia,Tibetan donkeys did not acquire adaptation via admixture but instead evolved adaptations via a different biological pathway.

Sika deer are known to prefer oak leaves,which are rich in tannins and toxic to most mammals;however,the genetic mechanisms underlying their unique ability to adapt to living in the jungle are still *** identifying the mechanism responsible for the tolerance of a highly toxic diet,we have made a major advancement by explaining the genome of sika *** generated the first high-quality,chromosome-level genome assembly of sika deer and measured the correlation between tannin intake and RNA expression in 15 tissues through 180 *** genome analyses showed that the UGT and CYP gene families are functionally involved in the adaptation of sika deer to high-tannin food,especially the expansion of the UGT family 2 subfamily B of UGT *** first chromosome-level assembly and genetic characterization of the tolerance to a highly toxic diet suggest that the sika deer genome may serve as an essential resource for understanding evolutionary events and tannin *** study provides a paradigm of comparative expressive genomics that can be applied to the study of unique biological features in non-model animals.

冬小麦品种(系)叶绿素荧光参数的因子分析

为了解小麦叶绿素荧光参数间的相互关系,在大田条件下应用PAM-2100型叶绿素荧光仪对18个冬小麦品种(系)叶绿素荧光动力学参数进行了不同生育时期的观测,分析了冬小麦叶绿素荧光参数Fo等14个荧光参数间的相关性,并通过因子分析和聚类分析对其荧光特性进行了综合评价。结果表明,将14个叶绿素荧光参数压缩成可变荧光转换因子、实际量子效率因子、光合因子、稳态荧光产量因子和基础荧光因子5个相互独立的综合指标,分别决定总变异的49.06%、20.25%、15.96%、9.12%和4.30%,累计可表达总变异的98.69%。并通过聚类分析将18个小麦品种(系)划分为3类。

Studying the regulatory mechanisms that drive nitrogen-use efficiency(NUE)in crops is important for sustainable agriculture and environmental *** this study,we generated a high-quality genome assembly for the high-NUE wheat cultivar Kenong 9204 and systematically analyzed genes related to nitrogen uptake and *** comparative analyses,we found that the high-affinity nitrate transporter gene family had expanded in *** studies showed that subsequent functional differentiation endowed the expanded family members with saline inducibility,providing a genetic basis for improving the adaptability of wheat to nitrogen deficiency in various *** explore the genetic and molecular mechanisms of high NUE,we compared genomic and transcriptomic data from the high-NUE cultivar Kenong 9204(KN9204)and the low-NUE cultivar Jing 411 and quantified their nitrogen accumulation under high-and low-nitrogen *** with Jing 411,KN9204 absorbed significantly more nitrogen at the reproductive stage after shooting and accumulated it in the shoots and *** data analysis revealed that nitrogen deficiency clearly suppressed the expression of genes related to cell division in the young spike of Jing 411,whereas this suppression of gene expression was much lower in *** addition,KN9204 maintained relatively high expression of NPF genes for a longer time than Jing 411 during seed *** and transcriptome data revealed that KN9204 was more tolerant of nitrogen deficiency than Jing 411,especially at the reproductive *** high NUE of KN9204 is an integrated effect controlled at different *** together,our data provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of NUE and important gene resources for improving wheat cultivars with a higher NUE trait.

小麦冷源是一种冷温供体材料,有较强的降温作用,当受体小麦接受冷温供体的配子后,其后代冠温呈普遍下降态势,且部分受体小麦的温度型可由非冷型转化为后代的冷型,而冷型小麦具有代谢功能好且利于高产、稳产的特征,故小麦冷源不但对冷型小麦的问世有重要诱导作用,且能更好促进小麦的高产、稳产。将小麦冷源材料放置在不同的气象条件之下,以研究其籽粒品质的变异状况。结果表明,小麦冷源和非冷源相比,17项籽粒品质性状变异等级的加权平均值为1.9877,后者为2.8171,显示出小麦冷源的籽粒品质具有明显变异小、较稳定的特征,这和籽粒形成过程中蛋白质、淀粉及其组分的含量,相互间的比例变异小密切相关。由于小麦冷源具有籽粒品质变异小的特性,因而,这种特性就利于在其后代冷型小麦上显现,从而使冷型小麦的一些优良品质性状能在生产上反复重演,这不但进一步赋予了利于高产、稳产的冷型小麦以优质、稳质的性状,并能最终促进小麦生产的较大发展,其意义是十分重要的。

目的观察巴戟天寡糖胶囊用于治疗轻、中度抑郁症患者的24周巩固期的疗效和安全性。方法本研究采用开放、单臂、多中心设计,纳入已完成巴戟天寡糖急性期治疗的成人轻、中度抑郁症患者,继续给予巴戟天寡糖胶囊24周,巩固期维持治疗剂量不变,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床总体印象量表-严重度(CGI-S)和亚利桑那性体验量表(ASEX)评估治疗前后的变化,评估患者的缓解率、复燃率及复燃时间,观察患者治疗相关不良事件的发生情况。结果治疗前后患者的HAMD-17评分分别为(6.60±1.87)和(5.85±4.18)分,HAMA评分分别为(6.36±3.02)和(4.93±3.09)分,CGI-S评分分别为(1.49±0.56)和(1.29±0.81)分,ASEX评分分别为(15.92±4.72)和(15.57±5.26)分,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。用药24周末,患者的缓解率为54.59%(202例/370例),复燃率为6.49%(24例/370例),复燃时间为(64.67±42.47)d。巴戟天寡糖胶囊药物不良反应发生率为15.35%(64例/417例)。结论巴戟天寡糖胶囊能用于轻、中度抑郁症患者的巩固期治疗,且具有良好的耐受性和安全性。

BACKGROUND Whether regional lymphadenectomy(RL)should be routinely performed in patients with T1b gallbladder cancer(GBC)remains a subject of *** To investigate whether RL can improve the prognosis of patients with T1b *** We studied a multicenter cohort of patients with T1b GBC who underwent surgery between 2008 and 2016 at 24 hospitals in 13 provinces in *** logrank test and Cox proportional hazards model were used to compare the overall survival(OS)of patients who underwent cholecystectomy(Ch)+RL and those who underwent Ch *** investigate whether combined hepatectomy(Hep)improved OS in T1b patients,we studied patients who underwent Ch+RL to compare the OS of patients who underwent combined Hep and patients who did *** Of the 121 patients(aged 61.9±10.1 years),77(63.6%)underwent Ch+RL,and 44(36.4%)underwent Ch ***(9.1%)patients in the Ch+RL group had lymph node *** 5-year OS rate was significantly higher in the Ch+RL group than in the Ch group(76.3%vs 56.8%,P=0.036).Multivariate analysis showed that Ch+RL was significantly associated with improved OS(hazard ratio:0.51;95%confidence interval:0.26-0.99).Among the 77 patients who underwent Ch+RL,no survival improvement was found in patients who underwent combined Hep(5-year OS rate:79.5%for combined Hep and 76.1%for no Hep;P=0.50).CONCLUSION T1b GBC patients who underwent Ch+RL had a better prognosis than those who underwent ***+Ch showed no improvement in prognosis in T1b GBC *** recommended by both the National Comprehensive Cancer Network and Chinese Medical Association guidelines,RL was only performed in 63.6%of T1b GBC *** Ch+RL should be advised in T1b GBC.

As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. It was designed to perform pointing, scanning and gamma-ray burst(GRB)observations and, based on the Direct Demodulation Method (DDM), the image of the scanned sky region can be *** we give an overview of the mission and its progresses, including payload, core sciences, ground calibration/facility, ground segment, data archive, software, in-orbit performance, calibration, background model, observations and some preliminary results.
