Introduction:Traditional methods for determining radiation dose in nuclear medicine include the Monte Carlo method,the discrete ordinate method,and the point kernel integration *** study presents a new mathematical model for predicting the radiation dose rate in the vicinity of nuclear medicine ***:A new algorithm was created by combining the physical model of“cylinder superposition”of the human body with integral analysis to assess the radiation dose rate in the vicinity of nuclear medicine ***:The model accurately predicted radiation dose rates within distances of 0.1–3.0 m,with a deviation of less than 11%compared to observed *** model demonstrated greater accuracy at shorter distances from the radiation source,with a deviation of only 1.55%from observed values at 0.1 ***:The model proposed in this study effectively represents the spatial and temporal distribution of the radiation field around nuclear medicine patients and demonstrates good agreement with actual *** model has the potential to serve as a radiation dose rate alert system in hospital environments.

目的克隆东方巴贝斯虫核糖体蛋白L26(RPL26)全长cDNA序列,对编码的蛋白特性进行分析,并探讨它们在研究系统发育中的应用。方法采用经EST测序获得的东方巴贝斯虫RPL26的5′特异性引物及文库载体3′通用引物对东方巴贝斯虫cDNA文库进行扩增,测序获得东方巴贝斯虫RPL26全长cDNA序列。用BLASTX程序搜索相似性序列及保守结构域,所获序列在GenBank中登记,并用Neighbor-Joining(N-J)法构建基于L26氨基酸序列的系统发育树。结果东方巴贝斯虫RPL26全长cDNA序列(GenBank登录号为FJ492804)长度为716 bp,开放阅读框为414 bp,编码137个氨基酸;同源性分析结果表明东方巴贝斯虫RPL26序列较保守,与牛巴贝斯虫(Babesia bovis)、小泰勒虫(Theileria par-va)等亲缘关系较近,在系统发育树中的遗传距离也较近。结论首次获得东方巴贝斯虫RPL26基因,其可能作为分子指标应用于研究生物系统发育。

Climate change has been known to cause variations in the geographically suitable areas for the schistosome-transmitting Oncomelania hupensis(***).The spread of snails not only depends on the degree of warming but also on the socioeconomic development of the next few *** socioeconomic pathways(SSPs)published by CMIP6 consider carbon emission pathways as well as influences of distinct types of social development and land use on the regional climate,providing the possibility to accurately evaluate the impact of socioeconomic development and climate variation on the spread of *** study employed SSP126,SSP245,SSP370,and SSP585 and the correlative approach to explore the impacts of climate change and socioeconomic development on the potential diffusion areas for *** in *** results exhibited strong evidence that *** will spread in the north of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and disappear from a small part of its current southern habitat,whereas in Sichuan and Yunnan,*** may spread slightly to the *** projection also demonstrated that fossil fuel-driven development(SSP585)will be more conducive to the spread of *** breeding sites in the 2030s,whereas the continuous increase in snail breeding habitats under the regional rivalry path(SSP370)may lead to great challenges in snail control in the long term(2020-2080).

目的　为了合理地应用硼镁石粉杀螺 ,对其安全性进行评价 ,特别是对灭螺现场土壤砷含量进行评价。方法　采用我国推荐的土壤卫生标准测定方法——“二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银法”(Ag DDTC法 )对实验土壤中的砷含量进行测定。结果　该方法的稳定性和精确性均较好 ,18个灭螺现场土壤样品砷含量均低于国家土壤卫生标准的要求。但是 ,用药土壤的砷含量比对照土壤样品含量高约 2 .81m g/ kg,差异有显著性。

目的了解南水北调东线、中线工程对血吸虫病传播与扩散的可能性,提出防止血吸虫病传播扩散的防范措施。方法收集有关南水北调工程进展和影响血吸虫病传播扩散的主要因素资料,座谈工程对血吸虫病传播可能产生的影响并提出防范设想。结果新建工程对原血吸虫病流行区的疫情扩散问题,主要出现在江苏段工程中的苏中里下河地区、引江济淮工程的安徽巢湖地区、引江济汉工程的湖北四湖地区。而对南水北调能否引起钉螺北移问题,在全球气候变暖的影响下,钉螺有可能向洪泽湖、巢湖周围地区扩散。结论东线工程中,如能结合血防工程,所产生的社会和经济效益不可估量。否则,极有可能造成已控制地区重新出现血吸虫病流行。

Background: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) Omicron (B.1.1.529) variant is highly transmissible with potential immune escape. Hence, control measures are continuously being optimized to guard against large-scale coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreaks. This study aimed to explore the relationship between the intensity of control measures in response to different SARS-CoV-2 variants and the degree of outbreak control at city ***: A retrospective study was conducted in 49 cities with COVID-19 outbreaks between January 2020 and June 2022. Epidemiological data on COVID-19 were extracted from the National Health Commission, People’s Republic of China, and the population flow data were sourced from the Baidu migration data provided by the Baidu platform. Outbreak control was quantified by calculating the degree of infection growth and the time-varying reproduction number (Rt). The intensity of the outbreak response was quantified by calculating the reduction in population mobility during the outbreak period. Correlation and regression analyses of the intensity of the control measures and the degree of outbreak control for the Omicron variant and non-Omicron mutants were conducted, ***: Overall, 65 outbreaks occurred in 49 cities in China from January 2020 to June 2022. Of them, 66.2% were Omicron outbreaks and 33.8% were non-Omicron outbreaks. The intensity of the control measures was positively correlated with the degree of outbreak control (r = 0.351,P = 0.03). The degree of reduction in population mobility was negatively correlated with the R_(t) value (r = - 0.612,P control measure intensity, the number of new daily Omicron infections was 6.04 times higher than those attributed to non-Omicron variants, and theRt value of Omicron outbreaks was 2.6 times higher than that of non-Omicron variants.
