Effects of AlMnCa and AlMnFe Alloys on Deoxidization of Low Carbon and Low Silicon-Aluminum Killed Steels

To confirm the effects of AlMnCa and AlMnFe alloys on the deoxidization and modification of Al2O3 inclusions, experiments of 4-heat low carbon and low silicon aluminum killed steels deoxidized by AlMnCa and AlMnFe alloys were done in a MoSi2 furnace at 1 873 K. It is found that the 1^# AlMnCa alloy has the best ability of deoxidization and modification of Al2O3 inclusions than 2^# AlMnCa and AlMnFe alloys. Steel A deoxidized by 1^# AlMnCa alloy has the lowest total oxygen content in the terminal steel, which is 37× 10^-6. Most of the inclusions in the steel deoxidized by 1^# AlMnCa alloy are spherical CaO-eontaining compound inclusions, and 89.1% of them are smatter than 10 μm. The diameter of the inclusion bigger than 50 μm is not found in the final steels deoxidized by AlMnCa alloys. Whereas, for the steels deoxidized by AlMnFe alloys, most inclusions in the terminal steel are Al2O3 or Al2O3-MnO inclusions, and a few of them are spherical, and only 76.8% of them are smaller than 10 μm. Some in- clusions bigger than 50μm are found in the steel D deoxidized by AlMnFe alloy.

Aquaporin proteins were demonstrated to play an important regulatory role in transporting water and other small molecules. To better understand physiological functions of aquaporins in extremophile plants, a novel ThPIP1 gene from the Thellungiella halophila was isolated and functionally characterized in the transgenic rice. Data showed that the ThPIP1 protein encoded 284 amino acids, and was identified to be located on the plasma membrane. The expression of ThPIP1 gene in the shoots and roots of T. halophila seedlings were induced by high salinity. The transgenic rice overexpressing ThPIP1 gene significantly increased plants tolerance to salt stress through the pathway regulating the osmotic potentials, accumulation of organic small molecules substances and the ratio of K＋/Na＋ in the plant cells. Moreover, split-ubiquitin yeast two-hybrid assay showed that Th PIP1 protein specifically interacted with ThPIP2 and a non-specific lipid-transfer protein 2, suggesting that ThPIP1 probably play a key role in responding to the reactions of multiple external stimulus and in participating in different physiological processes of plants exposed to salt stress.

苹果在采摘、分拣、储存和运输过程中容易受到挤压、振动和碰撞而损伤,轻微损伤早期肉眼很难识别,轻微损伤部位易被病原微生物入侵而导致自身和周围水果腐烂,因此,苹果轻微损伤的早期快速准确地判别能有效地降低经济损失,对苹果的采后处理和储存具有重要意义。本研究应用拉曼光谱结合化学计量学方法对苹果早期轻微损伤进行快速识别。采用Savitzky-Golay(SG)卷积对原始拉曼光谱进行平滑去噪,用自适应迭代重加权惩罚最小二乘(airPLS)算法进行基线校正,用非线性的支持向量机(SVM)回归算法建立分类判别模型,采用KS法划分训练集和验证集后,基于线性和多项式核函数建立SVM分类模型的分类准确率可达到97.8%。结果表明,拉曼光谱技术结合化学计量学方法可快速识别苹果的早期轻微损伤,展示了拉曼光谱技术用于判别苹果早期轻微损伤的应用前景。

Endometriosis （ EM ） as a common and intractable gynecological disease is characterized by unknown etiology and complex pathologic changes. Many factors of the disease are uncertain at the molecular level and it is difficult to study clinically. In this study, we attempted to establish a nude mice model of EM for dynamical observation of the genesis and development of the disease, morphological changes in tissue, and biological behaviors.

The clean steel refining tests carried out in a 100 kg plasma ladle furnace(PLF)were to show the metallurgical effects of the different plasma gases such as Ar-H_2 and Ar-CO_*** variations of carbon,nitrogen contents in steels and the mechanism of denitrogenation were *** with the conventional ladle furnace,when the plasma gases were injected into the ladle furnace,there was a decarburization process,the carburetion rates were reduced obviously. The carburetion rate is 3.6×10^(-6) per minute for the steel heated by conventional LF,and is 2.20 and 1.35 times of the heats blown 85%Ar-15%H_2 and 85%Ar-15%CO_2,*** the plasma ladle furnace operated with Ar-H_2 plasma gas, the denitrogenation of the molten steel *** lowest denitrogenation rate is 0.30×10^(-6)per minute when Ar-H_2 gas mixtures were *** main reactant gas is monatomic hydrogen and the main product of denitrogenation is NH_3 for Ar-H_2 injection.

通过构建4个一级指标与相应的19个二级指标体系测算金砖国家贸易便利化水平,在此基础上,选取2008-2016年的样本数据,运用拓展的引力模型检验金砖国家贸易便利化对中国农产品出口的影响。研究结果表明,金砖国家贸易便利化水平整体较低,仍有较大提升空间,南非的贸易便利化水平最高;金砖国家贸易便利化对中国农产品出口带来显著的正向影响,且影响作用最大;贸易便利化一级指标电子商务、海关环境以及口岸与物流效率对中国农产品出口贸易流量有显著的促进作用,规制环境变量影响不显著;进口国的GDP水平、是否同属SCO成员有助于扩大中国农产品出口贸易,两国的地理距离、人均GDP差异以及人口规模对中国农产品出口贸易起到了阻碍作用,未来,在提升金砖国家贸易便利化水平的进程中,应优先关注提升口岸与物流效率,提高电子商务的广泛应用领域与普及程度,优化海关环境,加强信息互通,搭建便利化的组织与协作机制。

贫困问题研究的多维视角是制定与实施扶贫政策的重要着力点.本文利用山西省和甘肃省515户农户的微观调研数据,运用Logit模型和PSM估计检验合作经济组织的多维减贫效应.结果表明,合作经济组织对农户多维贫困状况的改善有重要作用,参与合作经济组织能够有效改善农户的人均收入水平,促进农户教育水平提高;但是否参与合作经济组织对农户健康贫困与信息贫困的影响并不呈显著性差异.为持续而充分地发挥合作经济组织精准扶贫的作用,需要继续加大对合作经济组织的扶持力度;高度重视其多维减贫作用;增强合作经济组织减贫理念,调动贫困农户参与合作经济组织的积极性;支持合作经济组织选择适宜贫困农户生计发展的特色产业.
