Trimethylation of histone H3K4(H3K4me3)is widely distributed at numerous actively transcribed protein-coding genes throughout the ***,the interplay between H3K4me3 and other chromatin modifications in plants remains poorly *** this study,we show that the Arabidopsis thaliana ALFIN-LIKE(AL)proteins contain a C-terminal PHD finger capable of binding to H3K4me3 and a PHD-associated AL(PAL)domain that interacts with components of the Polycomb repressive complex 1,thereby facilitating H2A ubiquitination(H2Aub)at H3K4me3-enriched genes throughout the ***,we demonstrate that loss of function of SDG2,encoding a key histone H3K4 methyltransferase,leads to a reduction in H3K4me3 level,which subsequently causes a genome-wide decrease in H2Aub,revealing a strong association between H3K4me3 and ***,we discover that the PAL domain of AL proteins interacts with various other chromatin-related proteins or complexes,including those involved in regulating H2A.Z deposition,H3K27me3 demethylation,histone deacetylation,and chromatin *** genome-wide analysis suggests that the AL proteins play a crucial role in coordinating H3K4me3 with multiple other chromatin modifications across the genome.

以‘榆糜1号’和‘榆糜3号’为试验材料,采用PEG模拟水分胁迫方法,研究了干旱胁迫对糜子幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果显示,（1）2品种幼苗叶片的细胞电解质外渗率、叶片的MDA含量、游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量均在胁迫2d后逐渐上升,但保护酶SOD和POD的活性均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,2品种幼苗在不同强度PEG胁迫下总体变化趋势基本一致,且各胁迫处理间差异显著（P〈0.05）。（2）2品种在相同处理下差异显著（P〈0.05）,其中,10%～30%PEG胁迫8d时,‘榆糜3号’比‘榆糜1号’的细胞电解质外渗率、叶片的MDA含量增加幅度小,而游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量增加幅度较大,但保护酶SOD和POD的活性下降幅度较小,说明相同渗透胁迫下‘榆糜1号’比‘榆糜3号’叶片的细胞膜透性增加幅度大,但渗透调节物质增加较少,细胞膜系统受干旱伤害会更大,其抗旱性相对较弱。综合各项生理指标的分析认为,‘榆糜3号’具有较强的抗旱能力。

Fake Face Detection Based on Fusion of Spatial Texture and High-Frequency Noise

The rapid development of the Internet has led to the widespread dissemination of manipulated facial images, significantly impacting people's daily lives. With the continuous advancement of Deepfake technology, the generated counterfeit facial images have become increasingly challenging to distinguish. There is an urgent need for a more robust and convincing detection method. Current detection methods mainly operate in the spatial domain and transform the spatial domain into other domains for analysis. With the emergence of transformers, some researchers have also combined traditional convolutional networks with transformers for detection. This paper explores the artifacts left by Deepfakes in various domains and, based on this exploration, proposes a detection method that utilizes the steganalysis rich model to extract high-frequency noise to complement spatial features. We have designed two main modules to fully leverage the interaction between these two aspects based on traditional convolutional neural networks. The first is the multi-scale mixed feature attention module, which introduces artifacts from high-frequency noise into spatial textures, thereby enhancing the model's learning of spatial texture features. The second is the multi-scale channel attention module, which reduces the impact of background noise by weighting the features. Our proposed method was experimentally evaluated on mainstream datasets, and a significant amount of experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach in detecting Deepfake forged faces, outperforming the majority of existing methods.

An internal state variable(ISV)model was established according to the experimental results of hot plane strain compression(PSC)to predict the microstructure evolution during hot spinning of ZK61 *** effects of the internal variables were considered in this ISV model,and the parameters were optimized by genetic *** validation,the ISV model was used to simulate the evolution of grain size(GS)and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)fraction during hot spinning via Abaqus and its subroutine *** comparing the simulated results with the experimental results,the application of the ISV model was proven to be ***,the strength of the thin-walled spun ZK61 tube increased from 303 to 334 MPa due to grain refinement by DRX and texture ***,some ultrafine grains(0.5μm)that played an important role in mechanical properties were formed due to the proliferation,movement,and entanglement of dislocations during the spinning process.

The unavoidable dendrite growth and shuttle effect have long been stranglehold challenges limiting the safety and practicality of lithium-sulfur ***,we propose a dual-action strategy to address the lithium dendrite issue in stages by constructing a multifunctional surface-negatively-charged nanodiamond layer with high ductility and robust puncture resistance on polypropylene (PP) *** uniformly loaded compact negative layer can not only significantly enhance electron transmission efficiency and promote uniform lithium deposition,but also reduce the formation of dendrite during early deposition *** importantly,under the strong puncture stress encountered during the deterioration of lithium dendrite growth under limiting current,the high ductility and robust puncture resistance(145.88 MPa) of as-obtained nanodiamond layer can effectively prevent short circuits caused by unavoidable lithium *** Li||Li symmetrical cells assembled with nanodiamond layer modified PP demonstrated a stable cycle of over 1000 h at 2 mA cm^(-2)with a polarization voltage of only 29.3 ***,the negative charged layer serves as a physical barrier blocking lithium polysulfide ions,effectively mitigating capacity *** improved cells achieved a capacity decay of only 0.042%per cycle after 700 cycles at 3 C,demonstrating effective suppression of dendrite growth and capacity attenuation,showing promising prospect.

以榆糜3号糜子为试验材料,测定了拔节至成熟期糜子根系与旗叶生长指标、保护酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量等变化,初步分析了其根系与旗叶协同衰老的生理生化机制.结果表明：从拔节期到成熟期,糜子根系活性、表面积和干物质重,旗叶绿叶面积和干物质重,以及根系与旗叶的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、过氧化氢酶（CAT）、过氧化物酶（POD）活性均呈先升高后降低的趋势,并均在拔节后34-41 d（籽粒灌浆前期~中期）达到最大值;根系与旗叶的可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐降低,而丙二醛（MDA）含量却持续大幅度上升;糜子旗叶的保护酶（SOD、CAT、POD）活性、可溶性蛋白含量始终极显著高于同期根系,而其MDA含量却始终极显著低于同期根系.研究发现,在糜子生育后期,其光合产物分配中心转移,造成根系和旗叶中光合产物亏缺;同时其旗叶和根系中保护酶活性逐渐降低,清除活性氧的能力减弱,引起细胞内活性氧积累和膜氧化伤害逐渐加重,最终导致植株逐渐衰老;在植株衰老过程中,根系与叶片衰老密切相关,并且根系抗氧化酶的活性相对较弱.

Likelihood-based modified Kalman filter for estimating vehicle lateral states with random measurement delay

Accurate lateral state estimation is crucial for ensuring the stability and safety of vehicles. The Kalman filter is widely utilized to estimate the lateral state of vehicles. However, vehicle state measurement suffers from inherent time delays and model discrepancies. The existence of fractional and random delays necessitates long sampling periods for the inputs of the Kalman filter,leading to update mismatch and deterioration of the accuracy of the estimation. This situation poses a threat to driving *** addition, the tire cornering stiffness, a critical model parameter, exhibits nonlinear and dynamic variations that cannot be measured in real time. This inherent variability significantly affects the accuracy of lateral state estimation. Considering internal and external uncertainties, an observer framework for vehicle lateral state estimation based on the Kalman filter was designed in this work. First, a modified delayed Kalman filter method that considers the random fractional delays was developed. The relationship correlation between the delayed measurement and the prior state was constructed based on a likelihood ***, the tire cornering stiffness was estimated online by an algorithm based on recursive least squares. This parameter was used to dynamically adjust the vehicle model for the Kalman filter. Finally, two simulations and a real vehicle experiment were performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. In particular, the root mean squared error(RMSE) of the slip angle decreased by 30.70%, and that of the yaw rate decreased by 61.03% in the double lane change scenario. Actual vehicle experiments demonstrated that the algorithm can be effectively applied in real situations.

In this paper, we construct a single-qubit dephasing noise channel based on the nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR） system by employing the bath-engineering technology, and achieve the construction of the tunable non-Markovian environment in the dephasing noise channel. Our findings indicate that for the single-qubit system, the transition of system dynamics from Markovian to non-Markovian can be achieved by adjusting the base frequency of the noise power spectrum. However, the base frequency corresponding to this phase transition point is not fixed, and there is a certain relationship between it and the total evolution time of the single-qubit system. Through our research, we discovered a fundamental relationship: if the single-qubit system dynamics undergoe a transition from Markovian to non-Markovian at ω0within 0-2t ms, shortening the evolution time to 0-t ms results in an increase of the phase transition point to 2ω0. This insight offers crucial guidance for artificially crafting non-Markovian environments across arbitrary time scales in single-qubit systems, and it is not limited by the type of noise. Apart from system dynamics, quantum coherence is also a focal point of our research. We find that when the system dynamics exhibit non-Markovian behavior, the quantum coherence of the single-qubit system experiences revivals. Notably, the timing of these coherence revivals aligns with the instants of the non-Markovianity enhancement. Therefore, our research also serves as a pivotal foundation for the artificial manipulation and realization of quantum coherence revivals within diverse single-qubit systems.
