Hypotrichs are one of the highly differentiated ciliated lineages which play important roles in ecological, environmental,evolutionary and basic biological studies. In the present study, we investigated the living characteristics, infraciliature, nuclear apparatus, ontogenesis and phylogenetic position of a marine hypotrichous ciliate, Apokeronopsis wrighti Long et al., 2008, which was isolated from coastal waters in Shenzhen, China. The new isolate resembles the type population in terms of morphological characteristics, morphometrics, and SSU rRNA gene sequence that is with a 99.7% similarity. Ontogenesis of A. wrighti is characterized by oral primordium for the proter as well as marginal and dorsal kineties anlagen in both filial products formed de novo, and the cirral row arranged along the paroral and endoral arises from several anterior frontoventral-transverse cirral streaks. Phylogenetic analyses based on SSU and concatenated gene data suggest that five species of Apokeronopsis form a monophyletic clade, and the genus Apokeronopsis is closely related to Thigmokeronopsis and Metaurostylopsis.

Astronomical knowledge entities,such as celestial object identifiers,are crucial for literature retrieval and knowledge graph construction,and other research and applications in the field of *** methods of extracting knowledge entities from texts face numerous challenging obstacles that are difficult to ***,there is a pressing need for improved methods to efficiently extract *** study explores the potential of pre-trained Large Language Models(LLMs)to perform astronomical knowledge entity extraction(KEE)task from astrophysical journal articles using *** propose a prompting strategy called PromptKEE,which includes five prompt elements,and design eight combination prompts based on *** select four representative LLMs(Llama-2-70B,GPT-3.5,GPT-4,and Claude 2)and attempt to extract the most typical astronomical knowledge entities,celestial object identifiers and telescope names,from astronomical journal articles using these eight combination *** accommodate their token limitations,we construct two data sets:the full texts and paragraph collections of 30 *** the eight prompts,we test on full texts with GPT-4and Claude 2,on paragraph collections with all *** experimental results demonstrate that pre-trained LLMs show significant potential in performing KEE tasks,but their performance varies on the two data ***,we analyze some important factors that influence the performance of LLMs in entity extraction and provide insights for future KEE tasks in astrophysical articles using ***,compared to other methods of KEE,LLMs exhibit strong competitiveness in multiple aspects.

Multistage tungsten mineralization was recently discovered in the Mamupu copper-polymetallic deposit in the southern Yulong porphyry copper belt(YPCB),*** study reports the results of cathodoluminescence,trace element and Sr isotope analyses of Mamupu scheelite samples,undertaken in order to better constrain the mechanism of W mineralization and the sources of the ore-forming *** different types of scheelite are identified in the Mamupu deposit:scheelite A(Sch A)mainly occurs in breccias during the prograde stage,scheelite B(Sch B)forms in the chlorite-epidote alteration zone in the retrograde stage,while scheelite C(Sch C)occurs in distal quartz sulfide *** extremely high Mo content and negative Eu anomaly in Sch A represent high oxygen fugacity in the prograde *** with ore-related porphyries,Sch A has a similar REE pattern,but with higher ΣREE,more depleted HREE and slightly lower(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)i *** features suggest that Sch A is genetically related to ore-related porphyries,but extensive interaction with carbonate surrounding rocks affects the final REE and Sr isotopic *** B shows dark(Sch B-I)and light(Sch B-II)domains under CL *** Sch B-I to Sch B-II,LREEs are gradually depleted,with MREEs being gradually *** C has the highest LREE/HREE ratio,which indicates that it inherited the geochemical characteristics of fluids after the precipitation of HREE-rich minerals,such as diopside and garnet,in the early prograde *** Mo content in Sch B and Sch C gradually decreased,indicating that the oxygen fugacity of the fluids changed from oxidative in the early stages to reductive in the later,the turbulent Eu anomaly in Sch B and Sch C indicating that the Eu anomaly in the Mamupu scheelite is not solely controlled by oxygen *** extensive interaction of magmatic-hydrothermal fluids and carbonate provides the necessary Ca^(2+)for the precipitation of scheelite in the Mamupu deposit.

In this study,we investigate the effect of rail vibrations on the lubrication and efficiency of a splash-lubricated gearbox;specifically,the gearbox of a rail-transit vehicle.A high-fidelity 3D numerical model of the gearbox in a moving reference system is described,as well as computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations of the gearbox with different vibration *** effects of rotational speed,oil-immersion depth,and different oil-injection volume rates on lubrication and efficiency are *** propose a method of evaluating the internal lubrication condition of a splash-lubricated gearbox and quantitatively compare the effects of different operating parameters on lubrication and ***,our experiment to verify the feasibility of the simulation method is *** results show that with vibration,the churning loss and oil supply for the bearings are significantly higher than those under static *** addition,among different vibrational directions,lateral vibration has the greatest influence on the lubrication condition and efficiency of the *** the studied railway-vehicle gearbox,the best lubrication condition is achieved at a rotational speed of 1600 r/min and an oil-immersion depth of two times the tooth height(***).Rotational speed is the operating parameter that has the most significant effect on the lubrication and efficiencyofthegearbox.

The development of zero and negative therma expansion(i.e.,ZTE and NTE)materials is of crucial importance to the control of undesirable thermal expansion for high-precision *** the present work,ZTE and NTE were obtained in directionally-solidified Mn_(x)Fe_(5-x)Si_(3)alloys with a strongtexture,in striking contrast to positive thermal expansion in their isotropic counterparts Magnetometry and in-situ X-ray diffraction(XRD)measurements were performed to uncover the origin of the anomalous thermal *** measurements indicate a strong easy-plane magnetocrystalline anisotropy in the textured samples,where the magnetic moments are aligned within the ab plane of the hexagonal structure Temperature-dependent XRD on the x=1 sample reveals a ZTE character in the ab plane that is coupled to a ferromagnetic *** a result,the macroscopic ZTE(~0.22×10^(-6)K^(-1))in the x=1 sample can be attributed to the microscopic magneto volume effect within the ab plane,which is realized by the introduction of the-textured ***,the competition between antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic exchange coupling leads to NTE in textured x=1.5 and 2 ***,textured x=1 sample displays enhanced magnetocaloric properties as compared to the conventional counterparts with randomly-oriented *** this work demonstrates a new strategy toward the exploration of anomalous thermal expansion properties as well as the enhancement of magnetocaloric properties for materials with a strong magnetocrystalline anisotropy.

Oceanic intraplate volcanoes with linear age progressions are usually accepted to be derived from melting of an upwelling mantle *** seamount groups in NW Pacific,however,show complex age-distance relationships that are difficult to explain using the classic“mantle plume hypothesis”,and thus their origins are *** this study,we present ^(40)Ar-^(39)Ar age,geochemical,and Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic data of lavas from Hemler,Vlinder,and Il’ichev seamounts in NW Pacific,to elucidate their petrogenesis and geodynamic *** lavas from Hemler,Vlinder,and Il’ichev seamounts are classified as alkali basalt,basanite/nephelinite,and *** with Mg O>8 wt.%exhibit high contents of CaO,FeO^(T),and TiO_(2),similar to the composition of melts formed from reaction between carbonated eclogite-derived melts and fertile *** lavas have elevated Zr/Hf ratios(40.6-45.2)and negative Zr and Hf anomalies,indicating the presence of a carbonate component in the mantle *** are enriched in incompatible trace elements and have enriched mantle 1(EM1)-like SrNd-Pb-Hf isotopic *** isotopic compositions of Vlinder,Il’ichev basanite,and Hemler lavas in this study are similar to the Rarotonga *** occurring at the same seamount,the Il’ichev alkali basalts display more depleted SrNd-Hf isotopic compositions compared to Il’ichev *** to plate tectonic reconstruction results,the ages of Hemler(100.1 Ma),Vlinder pre-(100.2 Ma)and post-shield(87.5 Ma),and Il’ichev(56.4 Ma)lavas clearly deviate from the Macdonald,Arago,Rarotonga,and Samoa hotspot tracks,indicating that they cannot directly originate from mantle *** propose that in the mid-Cretaceous,when the Pacific plate passed over Rarotonga hotspot,melting of Rarotonga plume formed the Vlinder(main-shield stage),Pako,and Ioah *** Rarotonga(and possibly Samoa)plume materials would have been dispersed into the surrounding asthenosphere by mantle conve
