Efficacy and Safety of Bufei Jiedu Granules in Treating Multidrug-Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis:A Multi-center,Double-Blinded and Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Bufei Jiedu(BFJD) Granules as adjuvant therapy for patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-PTB). Methods: A large-scale, multi-center, double-blinded, and randomized controlled trial was conducted in 18 sentinel hospitals in China from December 2012 to December 2016. A total of 312 MDR-PTB patients were randomly assigned to BFJD Granules or placebo groups(1:1) using a stratified randomization method, which both received the long-course chemotherapy regimen for 18 months(6 Am-Lfx-P-Z-Pto, 12 Lfx-P-Z-Pto). Meanwhile, patients in both groups also received BFJD Granules or placebo twice a day for a total of 18 months, respectively. The primary outcome was cure rate. The secondary outcomes included time to sputum-culture conversion, changes in lung cavities and quality of life(QoL) of patients. Adverse reactions were monitored during and after the trial. Results: A total of 216 cases completed the trial, 111 in the BFJD Granules group and 105 in the placebo group. BFJD Granules, as adjuvant treatment, increased the cure rate by 13.6% at the end of treatment, compared with the placebo(58.4% vs. 44.8%, P=0.02), and accelerated the median time to sputum-culture conversion(5 months vs. 11 months). The cavity closure rate of the BFJD Granules group(50.6%, 43/85) was higher than that of the placebo group(32.1%, 26/81;P=0.02) in patients who completed the treatment. At the end of the intensive treatment, according to the 36-item Short Form, the BFJD Granules significantly improved physical functioning, general health, and vitality of patients relative to the placebo group(all P<0.01). Overall, the death rates in the two groups were not significantly different;5.1%(8/156) in the BFJD Granules group and 2.6%(4/156) in the placebo group. A deoxidation thermodynamic model for 304 stainless steel considering multiple-components coupled reactions

A thermodynamic model for predicting the equilibrium oxygens of 304 stainless steel was developed based on the theory of slag-steel equilibrium,the law of mass conservation,and the ion and molecule coexistence *** the developed model,the Fe-Cr-Mn-Si-Al-S-O-melts reaction system and CaO-MgO-CaF_(2)-FeO-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-Cr2O_(3)slags were *** oxygen contents calculated by the model are in good agreement with experimental results and reference *** equilibrium oxygen contents in 304 stainless steel mainly decrease with increasing binary basicity(w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2)),where w(i)is the mass percentage of component i)and decreasing *** binary basicity at 2.0 while maintaining temperatures lower than 1823 K will keep the oxygen contents in the 304 stainless steel lower than 15×10^(-6).The equilibrium oxygen contents may also be decreased with increasing content of MgO in slags,which is more significant at lower binary ***,a small amount of FeO,MnO,and Al_(2)O_(3)(about 0-2.5 wt.%)in slags has little effect on equilibrium oxygen ***,it is found that the[C]-[O]reaction may occur during refining process but will not significantly affect the equilibrium oxygen contents.

73例耐多药肺结核并发肺毁损的临床特征分析

目的分析耐多药肺结核并发肺毁损的临床特征,为结核性毁损肺的诊治及防治提供依据。方法采用回顾性病例系列研究方法,选取从2013年1月—2017年12月来自15个省18家医院确诊的耐多药肺结核患者662例。其中,并发肺毁损患者73例(肺毁损组),未并发肺毁损患者589例(非肺毁损组),分析两组患者的人口学资料、实验室检查、耐药情况、结核病病史、中医证候积分、影像学表现及治疗结局等临床资料。结果肺毁损组患者的平均年龄高于非肺毁损组患者(P0.05)。肺毁损组患者的肺结核初次诊断到耐多药肺结核初次诊断时间、耐多药肺结核初次诊断到耐多药肺结核治疗的时间均长于非肺毁损组患者(P<0.05)。肺毁损组患者咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、气短及潮热等症状严重于非肺毁损组患者(P<0.05)。肺毁损组患者的病灶平均肺叶受累数量多于非肺毁损组患者(P<0.05)。肺毁损组患者的治愈率低于非肺毁损组患者(P<0.05)。结论关注伴有毁损肺高危因素(农民、中年、诊断治疗延迟、肺叶病变广泛等)的耐多药肺结核患者,加强抗结核全程督导治疗,减少肺毁损的发生,提高治愈率。

Selective core-shell doping enabling high performance 4.6 V-LiCoO2

Constructing robust surface and bulk structure is the prerequisite for realizing high performance high voltage LiCoO2（LCO）.Herein,we manage to synthesize a surface Mg-doping and bulk Al-doping coreshell structured LCO,which demonstrates excellent cycling ***-cell shows 94.2% capacity retention after 100 cycles at 3.0-4.6 V（***/Li+） cycling,and no capacity decay after 300 cycles for fullcell test（3.0-4.55 V）.Based on comprehensive microanalysis and theoretical calculations,the degradation mechanisms and doping effects are systematically *** the undoped LCO,high voltage cycling induces severe interfacial and bulk degradations,where cracks,stripe defects,fatigue H2 phase,and spinel phase are identified in grain *** the doped LCO,Mg-doped surface shell can suppress the interfacial degradations,which not only stabilizes the surface structure by forming a thin rock-salt layer but also significantly improves the electronic conductivity,thus enabling superior rate *** Al-doping can suppress the lattice "breathing" effect and the detrimental H3 to H1-3 phase transition,which minimizes the internal strain and defects growth,maintaining the layered structure after prolonged *** theoretical calculations,this work deepens our understanding of the doping effects of Mg and Al,which is valuable in guiding the future material design of high voltage LCO.

Chinese Medicine Combined with Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Improving Myelosuppression in Colorectal Cancer Patients:A Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis

Objective To assess the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)combined with adjuvant chemotherapy on myelosuppression for colorectal cancer(CRC)patients using network meta-analysis(NMA).Methods Literature searches in both international(PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library)and Chinese(China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure)databases for relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were conducted from inception until October 10,*** included RCTs of patients who received CHM combined with chemotherapy,including FOLFOX,XELOX,FOLFIRI,and other relevant regimens in the CHM treatment *** outcomes included the incidence of myelosuppression,leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and *** reviewers independently screened the databases,extracted the data,and assessed the risk of bias and credibility of *** 5.4.1 software and STATA 14.0 were used to perform the *** A total of 31 RCTs were included,published from 2008 to 2021 in *** these,2,314 participants comparing the following 9 CHMs were identified:Shengbai Recipe(SBR),Bazhen Decoction(BZD),Jianpi Jiedu Recipe(JJR),Jianpi Recipe(JR),Compound Cantharis Capsule(CCC),Zaofan Pill(ZFP),Guilu Erxian Gel(GL),Buzhong Tiaogan Decoction(BZ),and Qiamagu Capsule(QM).The results of NMA found an indirect *** on the surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA),the ZFP+chemotherapy group had the lowest incidence of myelosuppression,with an odds ratio(OR)of 0.08[95%confidence interval(CI):0.01,0.76],whereas the GL+chemotherapy group had the lowest incidence of leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and thrombocytopenia,with an OR of 5.25(95%CI:2.41,11.43),4.66(95%CI:2.23,9.72),and 0.27(95%CI:0.13,0.54),***,BZD+chemotherapy could alleviate leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and thrombocytopenia(P<0.01).Pairwise comparison showed that there was no difference in the efficacy among the 8 CHMs+c

Distributed Multicircular Circumnavigation Control for UAVs with Desired Angular Spacing

This paper addresses a multicircular circumnavigation control for UAVs with desired angular spacing around a nonstationary *** defining a coordinated error relative to neighboring angular spacing,under the premise that target information is perfectly accessible by all nodes,a centralized circular enclosing control strategy is derived for multiple UAVs connected by an undirected graph to allow for formation behaviors concerning the moving ***,to avoid the requirement of target’s states being accessible for each UAV,fixed-time distributed observers are introduced to acquire the state estimates in a fixed-time sense,and the upper boundary of settling time can be determined offline irrespective of initial properties,greatly releasing the burdensome communication ***,with the aid of fixed-time distributed observers,a distributed circular circumnavigation controller is derived to force all UAVs to collaboratively evolve along the preset circles while keeping a desired angular *** is inferred from Lyapunov stability that all errors are demonstrated to be *** are offered to verify the utility of proposed protocol.
