In this study,Tremella fuciformis residues as raw material,dietary fibers from tremella were prepared by multiple *** structure of dietary fibers from tremella was studied by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).We analyzed their lipidlowering properties in vitro(water holding,oil holding swelling cholesterol and sodium cholate binding capacitises)and the hypolipidemic effects in *** results showed that tremella dietary fibers presented the infrared absorption spectrum characteristics of polysaccharides and the characteristic diffraction peaks of cellulose type *** results indicated that the surface of insoluble dietary fiber(IDF)was porous,while the soluble dietary fiber(SDF)was relatively compact and *** exhibited significantly higher water holding,oil holding,and swelling binding capacities than the corresponding ***,SDF exhibited significantly higher viscosity than *** results showed tremella dietary fibers were significant in swelling,water holding and oil holding,cholesterol and bile *** vivo experiment results in mice indicated that SDF has the best effect on hyperlipidemia mice than IDF and total dietary fiber(TDF).SDF showed that the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)contents dropped by 28.33%,18.65%,and 48.97%,respectively,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content increased by 43.80%.Compared with the high-fat control(HCM)group,the arteriosclerosis index(AI)and liver index(LI)of the SDF group mice showed significant differences,indicating that SDF has a good auxiliary effect of lowering blood *** administration of tremella fibers improved the lipid metabolism disorderly situation of hyperlipidemia *** results provide a reference for further research and rational development of ***.

Selective swelling of block copolymers of polysulfone-b-poly(ethylene glycol)is an emerging strategy to prepare new types of polysulfone ultrafiltration ***,we prepared nanoporous polysulfoneb-poly(ethylene glycol)ultrafiltration membranes by selective swelling and further promoted their porosity and ultrafiltration performances by using CaCO_(3) nanoparticles as the sacrificial *** contents of CaCO_(3) nanoparticles were doped into the solution of polysulfone-b-poly(ethylene glycol),and thus obtained suspensions were used to prepare both self-supported and bi-layered composite *** swelling was performed on the obtained block copolymer structures in the solvent pair of ethanol/acetone,producing nanoporous membranes with poly(ethylene glycol)lined along pore *** CaCO_(3) nanoparticles dispersed in polysulfoneb-poly(ethylene glycol)were subsequently etched away by hydrochloric acid and the spaces initially occupied by CaCO_(3) provided extra pores to the block copolymer *** porosity of the membranes was increased with increasing CaCO_(3) content up to 41%,but further increase in the CaCO_(3) content led to partial collapse of the *** sacrificial CaCO_(3) particles provided extra pores and enhanced the connectivity between adjacent ***,the membranes prepared under optimized conditions exhibited up to 80%increase in water permeance with slight decrease in rejection compared to neat membranes without the use of sacrificial CaCO_(3) particles.

A novel fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor with three-dimensional(3D)fused deposition modeling(FDM)approach is proposed for effective stress measurement in soil *** three-diaphragm structure design is developed to measure earth and water pressures *** proposed transducer has advantages of small size,high sensitivity,low cost,immunity to electromagnetic interference and rapid *** working principle,design parameters,and manufacturing details are *** proposed transducer was calibrated for earth and water pressures measurement by using weights and a specially designed pressure chamber,*** calibration results showed that the wavelength of the transducer was proportional to the applied *** sensitivity coefficients of the earth and water pressures were 12.633 nm/MPa and 6.282 nm/MPa,*** tests and error analysis demonstrated the excellent stability and accuracy of the earth and water pressure *** performance of the proposed transducer was further verified by a model experimental test and numerical analysis,which indicated that the proposed transducer has great potential for practical applications.

Six new abietane diterpenoids(1−6)and five undescribed iridoids(7−11)have been isolated from the aerial parts of Caryopteris *** intricate structural characterization of these compounds was meticulously undertaken using an array of advanced spectroscopic *** process was further enhanced by the application of DP4+probability analyses and electronic circular dichroism(ECD)*** isolation and structural elucidation,the cytotoxicity of these compounds was *** them,compound 3 stood out,displaying significant cytotoxic activity against HeLa cells with an IC50 value of 7.83±1.28μmol·L^(−1).Additionally,compounds 1,2,4,9,and 10 manifested moderate cytotoxic effects on specific cell lines,with IC50 values ranging from 11.7 to 20.9μmol·L^(−1).

Distribution and sources of solvent extractable organic compounds in PM_(2.5) during 2007 Chinese Spring Festival in Beijing

The solvent extractable organic compounds （SEOC）, including n-alkanes, polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons, fatty acids, and dicarboxylic acids in PM2.5 during the 2007 Chinese Spring Festival in Beijing, were measured via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for determining the characteristics and sources of these organic pollutants. The concentrations of total n-alkanes, PAHs, and organic acids before Chinese Spring Festival Eve （1025.5, 95.9, and 543.3 ng/m3, respectively） were higher than those after （536.6, 58.9, and 331.8 ng/m3, respectively）, n-Aalkanes and PAHs had much higher concentration in nighttime than those in daytime because of high relative humidity and low wind speed during the night. Combustion of coal and exhaust emission were major sources of n- alkanes. It could be concluded by the characteristic ratios that the primary source of PAHs in fine particles was the combustion of coal, but the combustion of gasoline was in the next place. The ratios of C18：0/C16 indicated the contribution of vehicular emissions to the fatty acids. Dicarboxylic and aromatic acids were abundant in daytime than in nighttime because these acids were secondary organic acid and the photochemical degradation of aromatic hydrocarbons was the main source.

Fluorometric Discrimination Technique of Phytoplankton Population Based on Wavelet Analysis

The discrete excitation-emission-matrix fluorescence spectra (EEMS) at 12 excitation wavelengths (400, 430, 450, 460, 470, 490, 500, 510, 525, 550, 570, and 590 nm) and emission wavelengths ranging from 600-750 nm were determined for 43 phytoplankton species. A two-rank fluorescence spectra database was established by wavelet analysis and a fluorometric discrimination technique for determining phytoplankton population was developed. For laboratory simulatively mixed samples, the samples mixed from 43 algal species (the algae of one division accounted for 25%, 50%, 75%, 85%, and 100% of the gross biomass, respectively), the average discrimination rates at the level of division were 65.0%, 87.5%, 98.6%, 99.0%, and 99.1%, with average relative contents of 18.9%, 44.5%, 68.9%, 73.4%, and 82.9%, respectively; the samples mixed from 32 red tide algal species (the dominant species accounted for 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100% of the gross biomass, respectively), the average correct discrimination rates of the dominant species at the level of genus were 63.3%, 74.2%, 78.8%, 83.4%, and 79.4%, respectively. For the 81 laboratory mixed samples with the dominant species accounting for 75% of the gross biomass (chlorophyll), the discrimination rates of the dominant species were 95.1% and 72.8% at the level of division and genus, respectively. For the 12 samples collected from the mesocosm experiment in Maidao Bay of Qingdao in August 2007, the dominant species of the 11 samples were recognized at the division level and the dominant species of four of the five samples in which the dominant species accounted for more than 80% of the gross biomass were discriminated at the genus level; for the 12 samples obtained from Jiaozhou Bay in August 2007, the dominant species of all the 12 samples were recognized at the division level. The technique can be directly applied to fluorescence spectrophotometers and to the developing of an in situ algae fluorescence auto-analyzer for phytoplankton

Level set method has been extensively used for image segmentation,which is a key technology of water ***,one of the problems of the level-set method is how to find the appropriate initial surface parameters,which will affect the accuracy and speed of level set ***,the semantic segmentation based on deep learning has opened the exciting research *** addition,the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)has shown a strong feature representation ***,in this paper,the CNN method is used to obtain the initial SAR image segmentation map to provide deep a priori information for the zero-level set curve,which only needs to describe the general outline of the water body,rather than the accurate *** with the traditional circular and rectangular zero-level set initialization method,this method can converge to the edge of the water body faster and more precisely;it will not fall into the local minimum value and be able to obtain accurate segmentation *** effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by the experimental results of flood disaster monitoring in South China in 2020.

The Stopped-Rotor(SR)UAV combines the advantages of vertical take-off and landing of helicopter and high-speed cruise of fixed-wing *** the same time,it also has a unique aerodynamic layout,which leads to great differences in the control and aerodynamic characteristics of various flight modes,and brings great challenges to the flight dynamics modelling and control in full-mode *** this paper,the flight dynamics modelling and control method of SR UAV in full-mode flight is ***,based on the typical flight profile of SR UAV when performing missions,using the theory and method of fuzzy mathematics,the T-S flight dynamics model of SR UAV in full-mode flight is established by synthesizing the flight dynamics model of each flight ***,an explicit model tracking and parameter adjusting control system based on fuzzy theory is designed to enhance the stability of the inner loop of SR UAV in full-mode flight,which effectively reduces the coupling between axes and improves the control quality of the ***,the outer loop control system is designed by using classical control method,and the control law of SR UAV in full-mode automatic flight is *** simulation results show that the proposed control system design method is feasible and effective,which lays a solid foundation for the subsequent engineering implementation of the SR UAV.

Two diphosphine-protected superatom gold selenido nanoclusters,[Au_(8)Se_(2)(dppm)4]^(2+)(SD/Au_(8)a,dppm=Ph_(2)PCH_(2)PPh_(2))and[Au_(8)Se_(2)(dppe)4]^(2+)(SD/Au_(8)b,dppe=Ph_(2)P(CH_(2))2PPh_(2)),were obtained by the reduction of[Au(SMe2)Cl]in the presence of Ph3PSe as the selenium ion releasing *** can be regarded as“superatoms”with 1S^(2)configuration based on the spherical Jellium *** the same metal-ligand binding motifs on the surface and the intrinsic C_(2)molecular symmetry,the configurations of Au_(8)Se_(2)kernels in them are different in terms of Au-Au bonded metallic ***/Au_(8)a displays a heart-shaped[core+exo]type structure(Au4 tetrahedron core+two exo Au2Se units),whereas the two exo Au_(2)Se counterparts in SD/Au_(8)b are additionally locked by an obvious Au-Au bond,forming a distorted hexagonal Au6 ring with two capping AuSe units appended above and below ***,they showed different photophysical properties as reflected by their electronic absorption and emission ***,both SD/Au_(8)a and SD/Au_(8)b exhibit blue-shifted thermochromic luminescence upon cooling from 293 to 83 K but the latter exhibits anomalous emission intensity evolution trends due to the occurrence of temperature-induced phase transition as revealed by varied-temperature crystallographic *** work not only clearly illustrates the significance of ligands on tuning the kernel structure but also provides two rarely comparable examples for better understanding of the structure-property relationship of gold nanoclusters.
