Correlation between psychological traits and the use of smart medical services in young and middle-aged adults: An observational study

BACKGROUND Psychological problems affect economic ***,there is a huge gap between mental health service resources and mental health service *** mental health service technology and platforms cannot meet all the diverse mental health needs of *** medicine is a new medical system based online that can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of medical services and make mental health services *** To explore the level of intelligent medical use among young and middle-aged people and its correlation with psychological *** Convenience sampling was used to select 200 young and middle-aged patients with medical experience at the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu between January 2022 and January 2023 as the research *** general condition Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,Symptom Checklist-90,General Health Questionnaire,and Smart Medical Service Use Intention Questionnaire were used to collect ***’s correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the participants’willingness to use smart medical services and their personality characteristics,psychological symptoms,and mental *** The results revealed that the mental health of young and middle-aged people was poor,and some had psycho-logical problems such as anxiety,depression,and physical ***,acceptance,and usage of smart healthcare in this population are at a medium level,and these levels correlate with psychological *** was positively correlated with E,and negatively correlated with P,anxiety,fear,anxiety/insomnia,and social *** degree of use was negatively correlated with P,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia,and somatic *** The familiarity,acceptance,and usage of smart medical services among the middle-aged and young groups are related to various psychological characteristics.

A Model for Detecting Fake News by Integrating Domain-Specific Emotional and Semantic Features

With the rapid spread of Internet information and the spread of fake news,the detection of fake news becomes more and more *** detection methods often rely on a single emotional or semantic feature to identify fake news,but these methods have limitations when dealing with news in specific *** order to solve the problem of weak feature correlation between data from different domains,a model for detecting fake news by integrating domain-specific emotional and semantic features is *** method makes full use of the attention mechanism,grasps the correlation between different features,and effectively improves the effect of feature *** algorithm first extracts the semantic features of news text through the Bi-LSTM(Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory)layer to capture the contextual relevance of news ***-BiLSTM is then used to extract emotional features and predict the probability of positive and negative emotions in the *** then uses domain features as an enhancement feature and attention mechanism to fully capture more fine-grained emotional features associated with that ***,the fusion features are taken as the input of the fake news detection classifier,combined with the multi-task representation of information,and the MLP and Softmax functions are used for *** experimental results show that on the Chinese dataset Weibo21,the F1 value of this model is 0.958,4.9% higher than that of the sub-optimal model;on the English dataset FakeNewsNet,the F1 value of the detection result of this model is 0.845,1.8% higher than that of the sub-optimal model,which is advanced and feasible.

Aptasensing biosynthesized phosphatidylserine with a AuNPs nanozyme-based colorimetric aptasensor

Sensitive monitoring of the target products during the biosynthesis process is crucial,and facile analytical approaches are urgently ***,phosphatidylserine(PS)was chosen as the model target,a colorimetric aptasensor was developed for the rapid quantitation in biosynthesis samples.A chimeric aptamer was constructed with two homogeneous original PS *** recognition between the chimeric aptamer and PS results in the desorption of aptamer from the surface of the AuNPs nanozyme,and the peroxidase-like enzymatic activity of the AuNPs nanozyme was weakened in a relationship with the different *** developed aptasensor performed well when applied for analyzing PS in biosynthesis *** aptasensor offers good sensitivity and selectivity,under optimal conditions,achieving monitoring and quantitation of PS in the range of 2.5-80.0μmol/L,with a limit of detection at 536.2 nmol/***,the aptasensor provides good accuracy,with comparison rates of 98.17%-106.40%,when compared with the *** study provides a good reference for monitoring other biosynthesized products and promoting the development of aptamers and aptasensors in real-world applications.

Plasma‐oxidized 2D MXenes subnanochannel membrane for high‐performance osmotic energy conversion

Nanofluidic channels inspired by electric eels open a new era of efficient harvesting of clean blue osmotic energy from salinity *** by less charge and weak ion selectivity of the raw material itself,energy conversion through nanofluidic channels is still facing considerable ***,a facile and efficient strategy to enhance osmotic energy harvesting based on drastically increasing surface charge density of MXenes subnanochannels via oxygen plasma is *** plasma could break Ti–C bonds in the MXenes subnanochannels and effectively facilitate the formation of more Ti–O,C═O,O–OH,and rutile with a stronger negative charge and work function,which leads the surface potential of MXenes membrane to increase from 205 to 430 *** significant rise of surface charge endows the MXenes membrane with high cation selectivity,which could make the output power density of the MXenes membrane increase by 248.2%,reaching a high value of 5.92Wm^(−2)in the artificial sea‐river water ***,with the assistance of low‐quality heat at 50℃,the osmotic power is enhanced to an ultrahigh value of 9.68Wm^(−2),which outperforms those of the state‐of‐the‐art two‐dimensional(2D)nanochannel *** exciting breakthrough demonstrates the enormous potential of the facile plasma‐treated 2D membranes for osmotic energy harvesting.

Learning background restoration and local sparse dictionary for infrared small target detection

This paper proposes a method for learning background restoration for infrared small target detection,employing a local sparse dictionary alongside an equalized structural texture *** method is specifically designed for the detection of small infrared targets,accommodating various levels of brightness,spatial size,and *** proposed model intelligently combines global low-rankness and local sparsity to estimate the rank of the background tensor,leveraging spatial and structural information to overcome the limitations posed by insufficient detailed texture ***,a structural texture representation,combining local gradient maps and local intensity maps,is applied to emphasize small *** comparing our method with nine advanced and representative approaches and quantifying the comparison using various metrics,the experimental results indicate that our proposed method has achieved favorable outcomes in both quantitative assessments and visual results.

Efficient adsorption separation of methane from C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbons in a Co(Ⅱ)-nodes metal-organic framework

Methane(CH_(4))as a substitute for other mineral fuels plays a crucial role in reducing energy consumption and preventing environmental *** present study employs a solvothermal method to fabricate a porous framework Co-metal-organic framework(Co-MOF)containing two distinct secondary building units(SBUs):an anionic[Co_(2)(μ_(2)-OH)(COO)_(4)(H_(2)O)]and a neutral[CoN_(2)(COO)_(2)].Notably,within the anionic SBUs,the coordinated water molecules induce the generation of divergent unsaturated Co(Ⅱ)centers in the unidirectional porous channels,thereby creating open metal *** adsorption performance of Co-MOF towards pure component gases was systematically *** results demonstrated that Co-MOF exhibits superior adsorption capacity for C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbons compared to CH_(4),which offers the potential for efficient adsorption and separation of CH_(4) from C_(2)-C_(3) *** gas selectivity separation ratios of Co-MOF for C_(2)H_(6)/CH_(4) and C_(3)H_8/CH_(4) were calculated using the ideal adsorbed solution theory method at 273/298 K and 0.1 *** results revealed that Co-MOF achieved remarkable equilibrium separation selectivity for CH_(4) and C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbon gases among non-modified MOFs,signifying the potential of the synthesized Co-MOF for efficient recovery and purification of CH_(4) from C_(2)-C_(3) *** experiments further demonstrate the ability of Co-MOF to purify methane from C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbons in practical gas separation ***,molecular simulation calculations further substantiate the propensity of anionic SBUs to interact with C_(2)-C_(3) hydrocarbon *** study provides a novel paradigm for the development of porous MOF materials in the application of gas mixture separation.

Increasing risks of incidental and occupational exposures to two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides(2D TMDCs)due to their broad application in various areas raised their public health *** the composition-dependent cytotoxicity of 2D TMDCs has been well-recognized,how the outer chalcogenide atoms and inner transition metal atoms differentially contribute to their perturbation on cell homeostasis at non-lethal doses remains to be *** the present work,we compared the autophagy induction and related mechanisms in response to WS_(2),NbS_(2),WSe_(2)and Nb Se_(2)nanosheets exposures in MH-S murine alveolar *** these 2D TMDCs had comparable physicochemical properties,overall cytotoxicity and capability in triggering autophagy in MH-S cells,but showed outer chalcogen-dependent subcellular localization and activation of autophagy ***,WS_(2)and NbS_(2)nanosheets adhered on the cell surface and internalized in the lysosomes,and triggered m TOR-dependent activation of ***,WSe_(2)and Nb Se_(2)nanosheets had extensive distribution in cytoplasm of MH-S cells and induced autophagy in an m TOR-independent ***,the 2D TMDCs-induced perturbation on autophagy aggravated the cytotoxicity of respirable benzo[a]*** findings provide a deeper insight into the potential health risk of environmental 2D TMDCs from the perspective of homeostasis perturbation.
