Background To investigate the effects of lighting conditions and accommodation on the three-dimensional position of Visian implantable collamer lens(ICL V4c).Methods This observational study recruited 62.eyes of 3. myopia patients underwent ICL V4c *** segment optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT)assessed the anterior chamber depth(ACD),ACD-ICL(distance from the corneal endothelium to anterior surface of the ICL V4c),vault(distance between the posterior ICL V4c surface and anterior crystalline lens surface),and crystalline lens tilt under various lighting conditions and accommodation relative to the corneal topographic axis at one year after ICL V4c *** was defined as the scotopic condition,which was also the non-accommodative stimulus *** ICL V4c tilt was analyzed using *** significance level was set at P2.,46 eyes)tilts were not significantly different(P=0.063..Crystalline lens under various lighting conditions and accommodation exhibited similar *** vertical tilt of ICL V4c was significantly larger under photopic conditions than the baseline(P=0.03.).The horizontal and total tilts were significantly decreased during accommodation(P=0.043.and 0.013.respectively).Conclusions The axial position of ICL V4c in the anterior chamber was stable under various lighting *** conditions and accommodation may influence vertical,horizontal and total tilts of ICL V4c.

Walking on the water surface is an effective method for miniature robots to transport payloads with dramatically decreased interfacial drag. Current aquatic robots reported are generally actuated by a beam of focused light that can trigger asymmetrical deformation, enabling the directional movement through horizontal momentum transfer of photoinduced actuation force to the water. However, the operations are heavily dependent on manual manipulation of the focused light, making the long-term actuation and application of the aquatic robots in vast scenarios challenging. Herein, we developed a kind of water striderinspired robot that can autonomously manage the motion on the water surface under solar irradiation, with their direction steerable by a magnetic field. The motion of this bioinspired robot on the water surface was achieved by the use of a solar cell panel as a driving module to enable propulsive motion based on the conversion of light-electric-mechanical energies. The superhydrophobic design of its leg surfaces enables the aquatic robots with weight-bearing and drag-reducing abilities. With the assistance of magnetic navigation, the bioinspired robot can continuously and controllably locomote to the oily spill floating on the water body and collect them with high efficiency. For further demonstration, the treatment of oil spills in a campus pool with high efficiency has also been achieved. This on-site oil-spill treating strategy, taking advantage of a home-made bioinspired robot actuated by natural sunlight under magnetic steering, shows great potential applications in water-body remediation.

The coexistence of multi-component active sites like single-atom sites,diatomic sites(DAS)and nanoclusters is shown to result in superior performances in the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Metal diatomic sites are more complex than single-atom sites but their unique electronic structures can lead to significant enhancement of the HER *** the synthesis and identification of DAS is usually challenging,we report a simple access to a diatomic catalyst by anchoring Co-Ru DAS on nitrogen-doped carbon supports along with Ru nanoparticles(NPs).Experimental and theoretical results revealed the atomic-level characteristics of Co-Ru sites,their strong electronic coupling and their synergy with Ru NPs within the *** unique electronic structure of the catalyst resulted in an excellent HER activity and stability in alkaline *** work provides a valuable insight into a widely applicable design of diatomic catalysts with multi-component active sites for highly efficient HER electrocatalysis.

Based on the researches of the Mesozoic thermal evolution history, the deformed structures, and fission track analysis of the zhangjiakou-Xuanhua area, we obtained the following knowledge: the area experienced in 140 Ma an underplating which is marked by emplacement of mantle derived magma; during 13.—110 Ma a series of eruptions and intrusions happened, and during 80—10 Ma a rising process occurred which is synchronous with the adjacent Taihang and Yanshan Mountains and was accompanied by a series of structures down slipping from the just formed zhang-Xuan uplift toward its periphery. Combining the zhang-Xuan thermal lift with the large detachment structure in Baoding depression of the North china Basin in the Late Mesozoic confirms that an even larger extensional tectonic background existed in North china during this period.

Yield improvement has long been an important task for soybean breeding in the world in order to meet the increasing demand for food and animal *** R3.6 genes have been shown to negatively regulate grain size in rice,but whether mi R3.6 family members may function in a similar manner in soybean is ***,we generated eight soybean mutants harboring different combinations of homozygous mutations in the six soybean mi R3.6genes through genome editing with clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated nuclease(Cas)12.F01 in the elite soybean cultivar Zhonghuang 3.2.ZH3.2..Four triple mutants(mir3.6aci,mir3.6acd,mir3.6adf,and mir3.6cdf),two quadruple mutants(mir3.6-abcd and mir3.6acfi),and two quintuple mutants(mir3.6abcdf and mir3.6bcdfi)were *** found that plants of all the mir3.6 mutants produced larger seeds compared to ZH3.2.*** tests showed that mir3.6adf and mir3.6cdf plants have significantly increased yield in growth zones with relatively high latitude which are suited for ZH3.2.and moderately increased yield in lower *** contrast,mir3.6abcdf and mir3.6bcdfiplants have increased plant height and decreased yield in growth zones with relatively high latitude due to lodging issues,but they are suited for low latitude growth zones with increased yield without lodging *** together,our study demonstrated that loss-of-function of mi R3.6 genes leads to significantly enlarged seed size and increased yield in soybean,providing valuable germplasms for breeding high-yield soybean.

Recent geophysical surveys and basin modeling suggest that the No.1 fault in the Ying- gehai basin (YGHB) is the seaward elongation of the Red River fault zone (RRFZ) in the South china Sea (SCS). The RRFZ, which separates the South china and Indochina block, extends first along the Yuedong fault, offshore of Vietnam, and then continues southward and breaks off into two branches: the Lupar fault and the Tin{3.a fault. The southern extension of the Lupar fault dies out beneath the NW Borneo while the Tin{3.a fault extends southeast and reaches the Brunei-Sabah area. According to the gravity and geomagnetic data, and the tectonic evolution of the basins, there are different evolution histories between the Wan’an basin (WAB) and the basins in the Nansha block. The Tin{3.a fault may be the boundary between the Balingian block and the Nansha block. Hence, the line linking the Yue- dong fault and the Tin{3.a fault, which both are continental margin faults and strike-slip ones in the geological evolution histories, constitute the boundary between the Indochina and Nansha block. The Lupar fault, in contrast, is an intraplate fault within the Indochina block. The results provide new hints for reconstructing the tectonic evolution history of the RRFZ and the opening of the SCS, and also a framework for hydrocarbon prospecting in the region.

Background The aim of this study was to characterize the variable phenotypes and outcomes associated with the methylmalonic aciduria and homocystinuria type C protein gene(MMACHC)c.482.>A mutation in 195 Chinese cases with CblC *** We carried out a national,retrospective multicenter study of 195 Chinese patients with CblC disease attributable to the MMACHC c.482.>A variant either in a homozygous or compound heterozygous *** control group consisted of 2.0 patients diagnosed with CblC disease who did not possess the c.482.>A *** features,including disease onset,symptoms,biochemical metabolites,gene mutation,and follow-up outcomes were reviewed and analyzed in *** median follow-up period spanned 3.years and 8 months,with a range of 1 year and 2.months to 12.years and 10 *** Among 195 patients carrying the c.482.>A variant,12.(64.1%)cases were diagnosed by newborn screening(NBS),60(3..8%)cases were detected due to disease onset,and 10(5.1%)cases were identified from sibling *** hundred and seventeen(93.6%)individuals who were diagnosed by NBS,and nine patients who came from sibling diagnoses remained asymptomatic in this *** 69 symptomatic patients of the c.482.>A group,more patients presented with later onset,and the top six common clinical symptoms at disease onset were developmental delay(59.4%),lower limb weakness and poor exercise tolerance(50.7%),cognitive decline(3..7%),gait instability and abnormal posture(3..2.),seizures(2..1%),and psychiatric and behavioral disturbances(2..6%).In the 159 symptomatic patients lacking c.482.>A variants,the most frequently observed clinical manifestations at disease onset included developmental delay(81.8%),lethargy and feeding difficulty(62.9%),lower limb weakness and poor exercise tolerance(54.7%),prolonged neonatal jaundice(51.6%),vomiting(47.2.),and seizures(3.0}7%).Before treatment,the levels of blood propionylcarnitine,propionylcarnitine/acetylcarnitine ratio

在移动互联网蓬勃发展的时代背景下,移动端应用软件显著推动了零售商业虚拟空间的迅猛扩展。本研究从消费行为需求端出发,使用互联网位置服务数据测度实体商业中心服务范围,探究实体商业中心的竞争实效及其影响因素。研究选取了上海主城区内2.个实体商业中心为研究对象,以电子口碑表征虚拟空间的属性,以建成环境表征实体空间的属性,以竞争实效表示实体商业中心服务范围竞争的实际效用。探究电子口碑和建成环境对其的影响。研究发现,实体商业中心的竞争实效不仅受到实体空间的影响,也受到虚拟空间的影响。在建成环境的影响因素中,业态混合度和停车场数量仍起到重要的作用。在电子口碑的影响因素中,优质口碑数量能够显著提升商业中心的竞争实效。时空大数据用于探索虚拟空间属性与实体空间属性相互影响,为适应当前虚实共存的城市商业空间,提升规划决策的科学性和有效性提供了支持。
