Hypoxic preconditioning activates endogenous mechanisms that protect against cerebral isch- emic and hypoxic injury. To better understand these protective mechanisms, adult rats were housed in a hypoxic environment （8% 02.92. N2. for 3.hours, and then in a normal oxygen environment for 12.hours. Their cerebrospinal fluid was obtained to culture cortical neurons from newborn rats for 1 day, and then the neurons were exposed to oxygen-glucose deprivation for 1.5 hours. The cerebrospinal fluid from rats subjected to hypoxic preconditioning reduced oxygen-glucose deprivation-induced injury, increased survival rate, upregulated Bcl-2.expression and downregulated Bax expression in the cultured cortical neurons, compared with control. These results indicate that cerebrospinal fluid from rats given hypoxic preconditioning protects against oxygen-glucose deprivation-induced injury by affecting apoptosis-related protein expres- sion in neurons from newborn rats.

全球探明钾盐资源主体为古代海相可溶性固体钾盐矿床(氯化钾、光卤石),仅少量来自现代盐湖卤水钾矿。与国外不同的是,目前我国探明钾盐资源主体为现代陆相盐湖钾矿,古代海相可溶性固体钾盐找矿40余年,未获突破。四川盆地是我国主要大型海相成钾盆地之一,前人在中—下三叠统发现大量与硬石膏和白云石共伴生或互层的杂卤石,但绝大部分埋深超过2.00 m,目前尚难以开发利用。2.17年以来,笔者通过对四川盆地东北部宣汉盐盆普光地区卤水探井(恒成2.3.)岩芯复查,发现杂卤石主要与石盐共伴生,大量破碎的杂卤石碎屑颗粒分布于石盐基质中,KCl含量达边界工业品位以上,不同于钾石盐和光卤石,亦不同于前人发现的与硬石膏和白云石共伴生或互层的杂卤石(石膏型杂卤石),将之命名为“新型杂卤石钾盐矿”。小试和中试结果表明,该“新型杂卤石钾盐矿”可以采用对接井注水溶采,是能够得到规模化开发利用的“活矿”,是一种全新的硫酸盐+氯化物复合型海相可溶性固体钾盐矿床新类型。通过成钾条件、成矿规律综合研究,笔者提出了新型杂卤石钾盐矿“双控复合成矿”理论新认识、建立了“三高、两低、一大”综合测井识别新模型,创新理论技术指导设计部署“钾锂兼探”基准井——川宣地1井,探获厚2..46 m、氯化钾(KCl)平均含量12.03.(最高2..5%)的“新型杂卤石钾盐矿”厚层高品位工业矿层。与此同时,采用岩芯样品实测数据和测井解释数据拟合的方法,建立矿石K含量和密度参数的测井定量预测模型,结合“气钾兼探”,利用3.口钻井数据,依据古代固体盐类勘查规范(2.2.),运用“几何法”,初步估算“新型杂卤石钾盐矿”氯化钾(KCl)资源规模:推断资源量2.45亿t(超大型)、潜在资源4.65亿t,合计7.1亿t,奠定了川东北达州市宣汉地区形成中国首个亿吨级海相钾盐基地的资源基础,取得了我国海相可溶性固体钾盐找矿的重大突破。

Objective: Anti-angiogenic drugs are an emerging treatment option against malignant tumors. The aim of this study was to determine whether the addition of perioperative rh-endostatin to chemotherapy could improve the probability of distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS) and overall survival(OS) in patients newly diagnosed with non-metastatic conventional ***: This was a controlled non-randomized clinical study that included 3.8 patients without clinically detectable metastatic disease enrolled from January 2.08 to April 2.12. The control treatment group had 2.2.patients; 180 were male and 92. female,with a median age of 17 years. The treatment group had 58 patients; 3. were male and 2., female, with a median age of 16 *** control group received preoperative chemotherapy followed by surgery and postoperative chemotherapy. The treatment group received 4 cycles of rh-endostatin perioperatively in addition to chemotherapy as per the control group. Patients were followed up from 6-101 months with a median follow-up period of 50.2.***: The 5-year DMFS of the control group(61%) was significantly lower than that of the rh-endostatin group(79%)(P = 0.013.. The 5-year OS of the control group(74%) was significantly lower than that of the rh-endostatin treatment group(87%)(P = 0.02.). No difference in adverse drug reactions was found between these 2.***: The addition of perioperative rh-endostatin to chemotherapy could significantly improve the DMFS and OS of patients with non-metastatic osteosarcoma.

An earthquake cluster occurred in the Shanxi reservoir, located around Wenzhou city in Zbejiang Province. From February 4 to February 11, 2.06, 9 earthquakes with ML ≥ 4.0 occurred, and the greatest magnitude was ML4.6. The correlations of earthquake occurrence time with reservoir level changes and tides are discussed, and the possible factors that induced the reservoir earthquakes and the trend of seismic activity are analyzed based on the characteristics of earthquake occurrence time. Finally, we suggest that it is necessary to slow down the speed of storing water and to maintain a level below the highest historical level to avoid greater earthquakes in the reservoir.

提出一种基于生成对抗网络的遮挡图像修复算法,能够在大量像素缺失的场景下复原出图像的本来面目.该算法不同于其他的样本块搜索复原算法,可直接生成并且填充可能的缺失元素,改进了生成对抗网络生成模型的结构和生成损失的计算方法,具有半监督学习的特点.实验结果表明,在满足图像整体轮廓的前提下,新算法优于其他算法.
