空调滤网灰尘中多环芳烃分布特征及来源研究

利用气相色谱-质谱法对6台置于不同室内环境的空调滤网灰尘中16种优控多环芳烃(PAHs)进行分析测定.结果表明,6台置于不同室内环境的空调滤网灰尘中16种PAHs均可检出,且总浓度水平差异显著,∑PAHs为0.475～13.090μg/g,平均浓度4.345μg/g,其中餐馆∑PAHs的浓度最高;PAHs单体浓度也存在着较大的差异,其中苯并[a]蒽(BaA)的含量最高,其次为(Chr),苊(AcP)含量最低;6台置于不同室内环境的空调滤网灰尘中PAHs的环数分布特征较为相似,4环和5环PAHs占优势,平均比例分别为38.3%和28.3%;家居室ρ(BaA)/ρ(Chr)为0.680,餐馆中ρ(BaA)/ρ(Chr)为1.564,初步判定2类主要的PAHs污染源分别是烟草烟气的燃烧源和烹饪源;6台置于不同室内环境的空调滤网灰尘中PAHs毒性当量差异明显,其中苯并[a]芘(BaP)的毒性当量平均占55.7%.

A new HPV-16/18 bivalent vaccine expressed by the Escherichia coli has been proven to be efficacious in adult women.A randomized,immunogenicity noninferiority study of this candidate vaccine was conducted in December 2015 in *** aged 9–14 years were randomized to receive 2 doses at months 0 and 6(n=301)or 3 doses at months 0,1 and 6(n=304).Girls aged 15–17 years(n=149)and women aged 18–26 years(n=225)received 3 *** objectives included noninferiority analysis of the IgG geometric mean concentration(GMC)ratio(95%CI,lower bound>0.5)to HPV-16 and HPV-18 at month 7 in girls compared with *** the per-protocol set,the GMC ratio of IgG was noninferior for girls aged 9–17 years receiving 3 doses compared with women(1.76(95%CI,1.56,1.99)for HPV-16 and 1.93(95%CI,1.69,2.21)for HPV-18)and noninferior for girls aged 9–14 years receiving 2 doses compared with women(1.45(95%CI,1.25,1.62)for HPV-16 and 1.17(95%CI,1.02,1.33)for HPV-18).Noninferiority was also demonstrated for neutralizing *** immunogenicity of the HPV vaccine in girls receiving 3 or 2 doses was noninferior compared with that in young adult women.

BACKGROUND: There is no large-cohort report on living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) for biliary atresia (BA) patients from the mainland of China. This single-center study describes our initial experience with 43 LDLTs for BA patients aged two years or younger. METHODS: In this study, the eligibility criteria were BA as the primary diagnosis and two years of age or younger. From October 2006 to December 2010, the clinical data of 43 LDLTs, including pre-operative evaluations, surgical techniques, postoperative complications and outcomes of donors and recipients, were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: Donor graft type was the left lateral segment with compatible ABO blood groups. Forty-three recipients were selected in this study. The median patient age at operation was 9 months (range 6-24), and the median body weight was 8 kg (range 5.7-12.5). Fourteen (32.6%) recipients received Kasai operations before liver transplantation. The overall one- and two-year cumulative survival rates for grafts and recipients were 81%, 81% and 76%, 76%, respectively. No donor mortality was encountered, with a minimal morbidity and no long- term sequelae. Nine out of 43 recipients died. Postoperative complications of recipients were biliary leakage and refluxing cholangitis (11/43, 25.6%), hepatic artery thrombosis (4, 9.3%), pulmonary infections (4, 9.3%), portal vein thrombosis (3, 7.0%), wound disruption (3, 7.0%), acute rejection (3, 7.0%), cytomegalovirus infection (2, 4.7%), and intra-abdominal bleeding (1, 2.3%).CONCLUSION: Despite the relatively low survival rates due to lack of experience initially, LDLT still provides encouraging outcomes for pediatric recipients with BA, even small children under two years old.

The possibility of the 2 h oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)as an alternative to the 3 h OGTT was investigated based on data from a national survey on pregnancy-associated *** were retrieved from 4179 pregnant women who had OGTT performed after an abnormal 50 g glucose challenge test(GCT).All of the 4 glucose levels during their OGTT were collected and *** to American Diabetes Association(ADA)gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)diagnostic criteria,among the 4179 pregnant women who required OGTT,3429(82.1%)were normal and 750(17.9%)were diagnosed as *** the 3rd h glucose levels were omitted from OGTT,79 cases of GDM(10.5%)would be *** trend was shown where women with more risk factors were more likely to be overlooked if the 3rd h test was omitted(χ^(2) for trend=0.038,P>0.05).No significant differences were found in the rate of cesarean section(CS),preterm births or macrosomia between the 79 cases and those with normal OGTT results and in the gestational weeks when OGTT was *** shows that in order to diagnose one woman with GDM,another 52 pregnant women would have an innocent 3rd h glucose *** of the 3rd h glucose test in OGTT might be reasonable due to its convenience,better compliance and a small number of possibly miss-diagnosed cases,and their pregnancy outcomes have no significant difference from those of normal pregnant women.

Azvudine(FNC)is a nucleoside analog that inhibits HIV-1 RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp).Recently,we discovered FNC an agent against SARS-CoV-2,and have taken it into Phase III trial for COVID-19 *** monophosphate analog inhibited SARS-CoV-2 and HCoV-OC43 coronavirus with an EC_(50) between 1.2 and 4.3 μM,depending on viruses or cells,and selective index(SI)in 15-83 *** administration of FNC in rats revealed a substantial thymus-homing feature,with FNC triphosphate(the active form)concentrated in the thymus and peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC).Treating SARS-CoV-2 infected rhesus macaques with FNC(0.07 mg/kg, qd,orally)reduced viral load,recuperated the thymus,improved lymphocyte profiles,alleviated in flammation and orga n damage,and lessened grou nd・glass opacities in chest *** gle-cell seque ncing suggested the promotion of thymus function by FNC.A randomized,single-arm clinical trial of FNC on compassionate use(n=31)showed that oral FNC(5 mg,qd)cured all COVID-19 patients,with 100%viral ribonucleic acid negative conversion in 3.29±2.22 days(range:1-9 days)and 100%hospital discharge rate in 9.00±4.93 days(range:2-25 days).The side-effect of FNC is minor and transient dizziness and nausea in 16.12%(5/31)***,FNC might cure COVID-19 through its anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity concentrated in the thymus,followed by promoted immunity.

Background Multiple epiphysis dysplasia （MED） is a common skeletal dysplasia with a significant locus heterogeneity. In the majority of clinically ***, mutations have been identified in the gene encoding cartilage algometric matrix protein （ COMP）. Methods Five patients were included in the study. Linkage analysis and mutation analysis of the COMP gene were conducted in the patients and their family members. Results We have identified a novel mutation in axon 14 of COMP gene in the family. Conclusions This mutation produced a severe MED phenotype with marked short stature, early onset osteoarthritis, and remarkable radiographic changes. Our results extended the range of disease-causing mutations in COMP gene and contributed more information about relationship between mutations and phenotype.

The Chinese Small Telescope Array （CSTAR） is the first Chinese astronomical instrument on the Antarctic ice cap. The low temperature and low pressure testing of the data acquisition system was carried out in a laboratory refrigerator and on the 4500 m Pamirs high plateau, respectively. The results from the final four nights of test observations demonstrated that CSTAR was ready for operation at Dome A, Antarctica. In this paper, we present a description of CSTAR and the performance derived from the test observations.

Scleroderma is an autoimmune fibrosing disorder that can be further subclassified as localized scleroderma(LSc)and systemic sclerosis(SSc).LSc is characterized by sclerotic and pigmented skin lesions,while SSc is a more generalized disorder of the connective tissue involving a number of *** is characterized by the thickening of dermal collagen bundles,fibrosis,and vascular abnormalities in the visceral organs.[1]Despite the differences in their morphologic features and clinical presentation,these two diseases do share some characteristics including endothelial cell dysfunction,T helper 2(Th2)cell dominance during immune activation and excess fibrosis of the skin with similar pathologic findings,leading to the hypothesis that SSc and LSc share an underlying mechanism of ***,multiple lines of evidence suggest that genetic factors may contribute to SSc susceptibility.
