The relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of gas metal arc weld metal with strength over 890 MPa is discussed. The microstructure of the weld metals is characterized with OM, SEM, TEM and EBSD. The microstructure of the weld metals is mainly composed of martensite and bainite. Experimental results show that the microstructure with predominant fine lath bainite possesses good toughness of 77 .l, while its yield strength is less than 800 MPa. The microstructure of coarse lath martensite and bainite has the lowest toughness of 43 J and its yield strength is 820 MPa. The mixed microstructure with fine martensite, bainite and retained austenite films bears good combination of toughness and yield strength （62 J and 880 MPa, respectively）. It is concluded that fine effective grain size and ductile phase of austenite films are two main factors to achieve good mechanical properties.

Neuroendocrine neoplasms(NENs)are rare heterogeneous tumors that can develop in almost any organ,with the digestive organs,including the gastrointestinal tract and pancreas being the most commonly affected *** the fact that advances in initial therapies have progressed,there is presently no recognized effective treatment for advanced *** checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have shown superior efficacy in treating several types of solid *** their successful role in the treatment of partial NENs,such as small cell lung cancer,and Merkel cell carcinoma,the role of ICIs in most of the NENs remains ***,due to their specific anti-tumor mechanisms and acceptable safety profile,ICIs are a promising avenue for further study in NENs *** clinical trials have illustrated that combination therapy with ICI is more efficient than monotherapy,and multiple clinical trials are constantly ongoing to evaluate the efficacy and safety of these combination ***,the purpose of this review is to provide a comprehensive summary of the clinical progress of immunotherapy in NENs affecting the digestive system,with a specific emphasis on the application of programmed cell death protein 1/programmed death receptor ligand 1 ***,this review has an exploration of the potential beneficiary population and the inherent value of utilizing immunotherapy in the management of NENs.

Atomically dispersed catalysts exhibit significant influence on facilitating the sluggish oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)kinetics with high atom economy,owing to remarkable attributes including nearly 100%atomic utilization and exceptional catalytic ***,accurately controlling atomic physical properties including spin,charge,orbital,and lattice degrees of atomically dispersed catalysts can realize the optimized chemical properties including maximum atom utilization efficiency,homogenous active centers,and satisfactory catalytic performance,but remains ***,through physical and chemical insight,we review and systematically summarize the strategies to optimize atomically dispersed ORR catalysts including adjusting the atomic coordination environment,adjacent electronic orbital and site density,and the choice of dual-atom *** the emphasis is on the fundamental understanding of the correlation between the physical property and the catalytic behavior for atomically dispersed ***,an overview of the existing challenges and prospects to illustrate the current obstacles and potential opportunities for the advancement of atomically dispersed catalysts in the realm of electrocatalytic reactions is offered.

【目的】探讨2种不同释放期控释尿素不同配施模式对水稻产量、氮素吸收累积及氮肥利用率的影响,以期为我国华南双季稻区优化施氮提供科学依据。【方法】采用田间试验,设6个处理:T1,不施氮处理;T2,速效氮肥单施处理;T3,60 d控释尿素单施处理;T4,90 d控释尿素单施处理;T5,60 d控释尿素配施处理(30%60 d控释尿素+70%速效氮肥);T6,90 d控释尿素配施处理(30%90 d控释尿素+70%速效氮肥)。动态分析不同处理的水稻叶片SPAD值,灌浆后地上部、剑叶、穗部氮含量及干物重;收获期测定水稻产量及产量构成因素;计算不同施肥处理的氮肥利用效率。【结果】由早、晚稻年平均产量可知,施用控释尿素的T3~T6处理较速效氮肥单施的T2处理产量显著增加(P0.05)。与T1处理相比,施用氮肥提高了早稻剑叶SPAD值,T6处理的剑叶SPAD值一直处于较高水平,且始终高于T5处理,T3处理的剑叶SPAD值总体高于T4处理。T5处理产量较高归因于其有效穗数和穗粒数同时保持较高水平。随着时间的推移,水稻植株地上部氮含量逐渐下降,而干物重逐渐增加,且各处理不同部位干物重存在明显差异,至收获期,T5和T6处理穗干物重均显著高于T2处理,但T5处理地上部氮素累积量相对低于其他施氮处理。各控释尿素处理的氮素表观回收率和氮肥农学效率均显著高于T2处理,其中氮素表观回收率以T3处理最高(35.7%),氮肥农学利用率以T5处理最高(7.3%)。【结论】等氮肥用量下,30%60 d控释尿素配施70%速效氮肥处理在提高籽粒产量和养分利用效率方面具有优势,可作为华南双季稻区的推荐施肥模式。

Two novel tetra-armed conjugated microporous polymers with different geometries have been designed and synthesized via Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling polycondensation. Both polymers are stable in various organic solvents tested and are thermally stable. The pyrene-containing polymer of PrPy with the rigid pyrene unit shows a higher Brunauer-Emmet-Teller specific surface area of 1219m2g-1 than the tetraphenylethylene-containing polymer of PrTPE （770m2g 1）, which leads to a high CO2 uptake ability of 3.89mmolg I at 1.13bar/273K and a H2 uptake ability of 1.69wt% at 1.13bar/77K. The photocatalytic hydrogen production experiments revealed that PrPy also shows a better photocatalytic performance than PrTPE due to the higher conjugation degree and planar structure, the broader UV-visible （UV-Vis） absorption, the lower photoluminescence lifetime, and the higher specific surface area.

As the mining depth increases,the problem of high-temperature thermal damage mainly caused by heat dissipation of surrounding rock is becoming more and more *** is very important to solve the environmental problem of mine heat damage to improve the efficiency of mineral resource exploitation and protect the physical and mental health of *** can apply thermal insulation coating on the walls of mine roadways as a means of implementing active heat *** this paper,expanded perlite(EP)and glazed hollow bead(GHB)are used as the main thermal insulation materials,ceramsite and sand as aggregate,plus glass fiber and sodium dodecyl sulfate to develop a new lightweight composite thermal insulation coating through orthogonal experiment *** to the plate heat flow meter method and mechanical test method,the thermal insulation and mechanical properties of EP-GHB mixed ceramsite coating were studied by making specimens with different parameter ratios,and according to the analysis of the experimental results,the optimal mix ratio of the coating was *** addition,Fluent numerical simulation software was used to establish the roadway model,and the thermal insulation effect of the coating in the roadway under different working conditions was *** results show that the thermal conductivity of the prepared composite thermal insulation coating material is only 8.5% of that of ordinary cement mortar,and the optimal thickness of adding thermal insulation coating is 0.2 m,which can reduce the outlet air temperature of the roadway with a length of 1000 m by 4.87 K at this *** thermal insulation coating developed in this study has the advantages of simple technology and strong practicability,and has certain popularization and application value in mine heat damage control.

Coupling mechanism of mineralization and hydrocarbon-forming in hydrothermal convection system: An example from Longtoushan Sn-polymetal deposit, Dachang

Longtoushan Sn-polymetal deposit is a large-scale deposit of high-tenor. The ore-bodies occur in reef limestone of middle Devonian. There is much anthraxolite in reef limestone and ore-bodies. The anthraxolite is the postmature result of oil-gas' thermal metamorphism. The close relationship of anthraxolite and Sn-polymetal deposit reveals the space-time relation between oil-gas evolution and Sn-polymetal mineralization. Sulfur isotope of Longtoushan deposit is close to oil's sulfur in Devonian, which indicates obvious relationship between the sulfur's source of deposit and oil-gas' activity. The forming of Longtoushan deposit relates to exhalative-sedimentary mineralization in Devonian. Because of the favorable hydrocarbon-forming condition of Longtoushan reef and surrounding basin facies' black shale and peat, coupling of ore-formation and hydrocarbon-forming occurs in seabed's hydrothermal convection. The distributing of ore-forming elements indicates the presence of hydrothermal convection system. The thermal fluid containing organic matters conduces to Sn-polymetal elements' activation and transfer, and provides catalyzing condition to the transforming from SO42- to S2-. The erosion action of brine containing organic acid to reef limestone induces the growing of crannies and karst's caverns, which provides advantageous space to Sn-polymetal mineralization. The heat source of mineralization provides thermocatalysis condition to hydrocarbon-forming. When the circulatory fluid containing oil-gas enters the high-temperature region(＞150 ℃ ), the oil-gas is decomposed and anthraxolite comes into being.
