Updating targets for natural killer/T-cell lymphoma immunotherapy

Microwave-promoted Synthesis of Novel Fused Osthole Analogues

Osthole is a natural coumarin derivative and has a broad scope of biological activities. Two series of novel fused osthole analogues were designed, and synthesized through a highly efficient microwave-promoted synthetic proto- col via the reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarins and fl-ketoesters. The reaction conditions including solvent, catalyst, microwave power and irradiation time were also optimized. The pyrano[3,2-c]chromene-2,5-diones and furo[3,2-c]- coumarins were obtained through two distinct intramolecular cyclization processes, and the proposed mechanism was also discussed.

The Integration of Water and Fertilizer Regulated Soil Nutrients and Enzyme Activities of Greenhouse Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) by Moistube Irrigation

Genomic landscape of T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma

Objective: T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma(T-LBL) is an aggressive neoplasm of precursor T cells, however,detailed genome-wide sequencing of large T-LBL cohorts has not been performed due to its rarity. The purpose of this study was to identify putative driver genes in ***: To gain insight into the genetic mechanisms of T-LBL development, we performed whole-exome sequencing on 41 paired tumor-normal DNA samples from patients with ***: We identified 32 putative driver genes using whole-exome sequencing in 41 T-LBL cases, many of which have not previously been described in T-LBL, such as Janus kinase 3(JAK3), Janus kinase 1(JAK1), Runtrelated transcription factor 1(RUNX1) and Wilms’ tumor suppressor gene 1(WT1). When comparing the genetic alterations of T-LBL to T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL), we found that JAK-STAT and RAS pathway mutations were predominantly observed in T-LBL(58.5% and 34.1%, respectively), whereas Notch and cell cycle signaling pathways mutations were more prevalent in T-ALL. Notably, besides notch receptor 1(NOTCH1), mutational status of plant homeodomain(PHD)-like finger protein 6(PHF6) was identified as another independent factor for good prognosis. Of utmost interest is that co-existence of PHF6 and NOTCH1 mutation status might provide an alternative for early therapeutic stratification in ***: Together, our findings will not only provide new insights into the molecular and genetic mechanisms of T-LBL, but also have tangible implications for clinical practice.

Different Deficit Irrigation Lower Limits and Irrigation Quotas Affect the Yield and Water Use Efficiency of Winter Wheat by Regulating Photosynthetic Characteristics

To determine suitable thresholds for deficit irrigation of winter wheat in the well-irrigated area of the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain,we investigated the effects of different deficit irrigation lower limits and quotas on the photosynthetic characteristics and grain yield of winter *** irrigation lower limits were set for initiating irrigation(i.e.,light drought(LD,50%,55%,60%and 50%of field holding capacity(FC)at the seedling-regreening,jointing,heading and filling-ripening stages,respectively),medium drought(MD,40%,50%,55%and 45%of FC at the same stages,respectively),adequate moisture(CK1,60%,65%,70%and 60%of FC at the same stages,respectively),heavy drought(CK2,35%,40%,45%and 40%of FC at the same stages,respectively))and five irrigation quota per event(30,60,90,120 and 180 mm)were set for each lower *** found that the increase of drought stress is conducive to normal photosynthesis of winter wheat leaves which is supported by the following ***,photosynthetic rate(Pn)of LD60 treatment was higher than that of LD30,LD90,LD120,LD180,MD30,MD60,MD90,MD120 and ***,Under the 90 mm irrigation quota treatment,the yield of winter wheat basically increased with the increase of irrigation’s lower ***,With the increase in irrigation quota,the yield of winter wheat increased,and the water use efficiency(WUE)of winter wheat increased at first and then *** addition,compared with the LD30,MD30,MD60,MD90,MD120,and MD180,the yield of winter wheat in LD60 treatment increased by about 3.23%(3-year average),32.3%,19.9%,11.7%,10.1%,and 14.6%.At the same time,the WUE with LD60 treatment of winter wheat was significantly higher than LD90,LD120,LD180,MD30,MD60,MD90,MD120,MD180 *** was a positive correlation between soil volumetric water content and Pn and between yield and *** key period for yield formation in winter wheat is 180 days after *** conclusion,to achieve the dual goals of stable winter wheat yield and efficient uti

Subsurface aeration alters the fungal composition of rhizosphere soil and tomato plant performance in Northwest China

Rhizosphere hypoxia constrains plant growth,and numerous studies have shown that root zone aeration accelerates plant photosynthesis and growth and increases crop ***,the mechanism by which soil microorganisms are involved in this process is not *** purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of aeration and irrigation depth on the composition and structure of rhizosphere soil fungal communities and tomato plant *** amount of aeration assayed was equal to 0(CK),0.5(V1),1(V2),and 1.5(V3)times the porosity of the *** two depths of subsurface drip irrigation used were 15(D15)and 40 cm(D40).The results demonstrated that soil aeration not only increased tomato plant performance but also influenced fungal diversity and *** to the no-aeration treatment,the V3 soil aeration treatment increased the total dry weight and fruit yield by 39.9%and 65.6%,*** results also showed that the abundance of the phylum Ascomycota and the family Lasiosphaeriaceae increased with increasing soil aeration,whereas those of members of the phylum Zygomycota and the order Capnodiales decreased with increasing soil ***,the variation in subsurface irrigation depth altered the rhizosphere soil fungal *** general,the results of this study demonstrate that root zone aeration can ameliorate hypoxic conditions in Lou soils and is beneficial to soil fungal communities and tomato plant performance.

Response of Bacterial Community and Enzyme Activity of Greenhouse Tomato under Different Irrigation Systems

Palmitic acid reduces the methylation of the FOXO1 promoter to suppress the development of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma via modulating the miR-429/DNMT3A axis

Genetic and Phenotypic Investigation of a Chinese Pedigree with Lattice Corneal Dystrophy ⅢB Subtype

Comprehensive ophthalmic investigations were performed before and after cataract surgery of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the proband's both eyes..Peripheral blood was collected from the proband,.and genomic DNA was extracted..All exons of the TGFBI gene were sequenced to screen possible ***:.A bilateral LCD IIIB subtype was observed in the proband..Optical coherence tomography further revealed superreflective changes in the subepithelial and stroma layers of the cornea,.with reduced central corneal thickness..Notably,bilateral cataract was found in the proband..Direct sequencing detected a recurrent heterozygous missense c.1877A>G mutation in exon 14 of the TGFBI gene,.resulting in substitution of histidine with arginine(p.H626R).Conclusion:.The current study was the first report of the TGFBI p.H626R mutation in Southern Chinese,.suggesting that it could be a mutation hotspot across populations..Moreover,.the mutation was associated with LCD IIIB subtype with complicated cataract,.which had not been reported before,pointing to clinical heterogeneity of the mutation.
