Genetic features of gas-condensate reservoirs in the Kekeya Field,southwest depression in the Tarim Basin,china

Oils,condensates and natural gases in the Kekeya Field,southeast depression of the Tarim Basin were studied for their geochemical characteristics. According to the distribution analysis of the C2/C3 values with C1/C2 values,C2/C3 values with C1/C3 values,as well as C2/C3 values with dryness index,there are two different types of natural gases in the studied field,which are spatially regularly distributed. One is the oil cracking gas,located on shallow reservoirs over X52 reservoir,namely Upper oil legs;the other is kerogen cracking gas,located on X72 reservoirs,X8 reservoirs and E2k reservoirs,namely Lower oil legs. In addition,the distribution patterns of molar concentration of oils and condensates with different carbon numbers of the n-alkanes in the Kekeya Field indicate that the crude oils have experienced several kinds of secondary alterations,which were closely related to the charging of gaseous hydrocarbons after petroleum accumulation. These results indicate that,based on the research of δ13C values of individual hydrocarbons,heptane values and isoheptane values of light hydrocarbons and aromatic maturity parameters for oils,condensates and natural gases,oils and gases were charged at different geological time in the Kekeya Field.

Geochemical study on oil-cracked gases and kerogencracked gases (I)——Experimental simulation and products analysis

Eight types of samples:crude oil,chloroform bitumen A,oil fractions(saturated hydrocarbon,aromatic hydrocarbon,resin and asphaltene) ,source rock and kerogen,have been pyrolyzed in laboratory. The products have also been systematically analyzed. The results indicate that gaseous hydrocarbons yields for different types of samples at various temperatures are different,especially for different fractions of crude oil. There is difference for molecular compositions. The C2/C3 ratios of cracking gases in different types of samples have positive relationships with C2/iC4 as well as pyrolysis temperatures. Moreover,the ratios of C2/C3 and C2/iC4 are about 2 and 10,respectively,at the temperature of 500℃― 550℃. However,when the temperature is higher than 500℃,the ratios of C1/C2,C1/C3 and dryness index for gases cracking from source rock and kerogen are higher than those from oil and bitumen,indicating an important different feature between oil-cracked gases and kerogen-cracked gases at the high or over-mature stage. The ratios of C1/C2,C1/C3 vary more than 10% at 500℃―800℃. In this paper,experimental results can provide important academic foundation and useful geochemical parameters for distinguishing of oil-cracked gases and kerogen-cracked gases.

The crosstalk between clathrin-mediated endocytosis(CME)and the autophagy pathway has been reported in mammals;however,the interconnection of CME with autophagy has not been established in ***,we report that the Arabidopsis CLATHRIN LIGHT CHAIN(CLC)subunit 2 and 3 double mutant,clc2-1 clc3-1,phenocopies Arabidopsis AUTOPHAGY-RELATED GENE(ATG)mutants in both autoimmunity and nutrient ***,the autophagy pathway is significantly compromised in the clc2-1 clc3-1 ***,multiple assays demonstrate that CLC2 directly interacts with ATG8h/ATG8i in a domain-specific *** expected,both GFP-ATG8h/GFP-ATG8i and CLC2-GFP are subjected to autophagic degradation,and degradation of GFP-ATG8h is significantly reduced in the clc2-1 clc3-1 ***,simultaneous knockout of ATG8h and ATG8i by CRISPR-Cas9 results in enhanced resistance against Golovinomyces cichoracearum,supporting the functional relevance of the CLC2-ATG8h/8i *** conclusion,our results reveal a link between the function of CLCs and the autophagy pathway in Arabidopsis.

Dynamics analysis and experiment on the fishtailing type of valveless piezoelectric pump with rectangular vibrator

In recent years, the research and development of piezoelectric pumps have become an increasingly popular topic. minimization, structure simplification and stronger output become the focus of piezoelectric pumps’ research due to its possible application in MEMS technology. The valveless fishtailing piezoelectric pump, neither a volumetric nor a rotating pump, was invented according to the bionics of fish swimming. With assumption that the head of the fish is fixed while its tail is swinging, fluid would flow toward the end of the tail, achieving the function of a valveless pump. This type of pumps creates a new branch for the piezoelectric pump research, which is proposed for the first time in this paper. The relationship between the flow rates and vibrating frequencies was derived from the interaction between the vibrator and fluid. Numerical simulations with FEM software were conducted to study the first and second vibration modes of the piezoelectric vibrator. The results showed that the maximum amplitude of the vibrator was 0.9 mm at the frequency of 76 Hz for the first vibration mode, while the maximum amplitude of the vibrator was 0.22 mm at the frequency of 781 Hz for the second vibration mode. Experiments were conducted with the Doppler laser vibration measurement system, and the results were compared to those of the FEM simulation. It was shown that in the first vibration mode the piezoelectric vibrator reached its maximum amplitude of about 0.9 mm at the driving frequency of 49 Hz, which gives the flow rate of 2.0 mL/min, in the second vibration mode, the maximum amplitude was about 0.25 mm at the frequency of 460 Hz with the flow rate being 6.4 mL/min.

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the china Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

Studies have found a U-shaped relationship between sleep duration and chronic kidney disease(CKD)risk,but limited research evaluated the association of reallocating excessive sleep to other behavior with *** included 104538 participants from the nationwide cohort of the Risk Evaluation of Cancers in Chinese Diabetic Individuals:A Longitudinal Study,with self-reported time of daily-life *** isotemporal substitution models,we found that substituting 1 h of sleeping with sitting,walking,or moderate-to-vigorous physical activity was associated with a lower CKD ***-time physical activity displacement was associated with a greater prevalence reduction than occupational physical activity in working *** stratified analysis,a lower CKD prevalence related to substitution toward physical activity was found in long *** pronounced correlations were observed in long sleepers with diabetes than in those with prediabetes,and they benefited from other behavior substitutions toward a more active *** U-shaped association between sleep duration and CKD prevalence implied the potential effects of insufficient and excessive sleep on the kidneys,in which the pernicious link with oversleep could be reversed by time reallocation to physical *** divergence in the predicted effect on CKD following time reallocation to behavior of different domains and intensities and in subpopulations with diverse metabolic statuses underlined the importance of optimizing sleeping patterns and adjusting integral behavioral composition.

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in china in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in china-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in china used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 2813 cases(56.4%)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2327.9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in china and confirmed that some medical institutions in china have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

目的探讨美托洛尔与伊伐布雷定对老年患者新型冠状病毒感染后直立性心动过速综合征(POTS)疗效的差异。方法纳入2022年12月1日至2023年1月31日在首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院心内科就诊并诊断为POTS的患者110例,按治疗药物不同分为美托洛尔组62例和伊伐布雷定组48例。比较2组治疗第28天门诊复诊静息心率、直立10 min心率、症状消失率、住院治疗率及病死率。结果 2组第28天门诊复诊静息心率、直立10 min心率均低于初诊(P1);美托洛尔组与伊伐布雷定组第28天门诊复诊静息心率、直立10 min心率比较无显著差异[(71.0±7.0)次/min vs(72.1±7.0)次/min,P=0.401;(76.5±7.2)次/min vs(77.4±7.6)次/min,P=0.573]。美托洛尔组与伊伐布雷定组症状消失率、住院治疗率、病死率比较无显著差异(88.7%vs 89.6%,3.2%vs 2.1%,0%vs 0%,P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔和伊伐布雷定均可有效治疗老年患者新型冠状病毒感染后POTS。
