目的探讨鞘内连续输注吗啡、氢吗啡酮以及氢吗啡酮联合氯胺酮和加巴喷丁治疗难治性癌痛鼻咽癌患者的疗效和不良反应。方法选取2022年1—6月呼和浩特市第一医院接受治疗的伴有难治性癌痛晚期鼻咽癌患者并进行随机分组。吗啡组(M组)接受鞘内连续输注吗啡治疗;氢吗啡酮组(HM组)接受鞘内连续输注氢吗啡酮治疗;氢吗啡酮+氯胺酮组(HM+KET组)接受鞘内连续输注氢吗啡酮联合静脉输注氯胺酮治疗;氢吗啡酮+氯胺酮+加巴喷丁组(HM+KET+GBP组)接受鞘内连续输注氢吗啡酮联合静脉输注氯胺酮和口服加巴喷丁治疗。持续记录并比较不同药物治疗组患者的疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、24 h内爆发性癌痛次数、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、不良反应以及生存状况。结果共纳入204例患者,男149例(73.0%),女55例(27.0%)患者,平均年龄为(45.8±9.9)岁。其中M组101例,HM组34例,HM+KET组34例,HM+KET+GBP组35例,各组患者临床症状、血液参数和病理类型资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,各组NRS评分、24 h内爆发性癌痛次数和PSQI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);HM组患者治疗后所有时点的NRS评分、PSQI评分显著低于M组,24 h内暴发性疼痛次数少于M组患者;HM+KET+GBP组患者治疗后1 d、3 d、7 d、15 d和1个月的NRS评分低于HM组和HM+KET组,治疗后所有时点24 h内暴发性疼痛次数少于HM组和HM+KET组,治疗后1个月和2个月的PSQI评分低于HM组和HM+KET组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全性分析显示,HM组患者的便秘发生率低于M组,HM+KET+GBP组患者恶心呕吐、便秘、嗜睡和皮肤瘙痒发生率均低于HM组和HM+KET组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生存分析显示,HM组比M组的患者具有更长的总生存期(P=0.042)。结论鞘内输注氢吗啡酮治疗难治性癌痛鼻咽癌患者有较大优势,且氢吗啡酮联合氯胺酮和加巴喷丁疗效更好。

Failure mechanisms and risk mitigation of check dams on the Chinese Loess Plateau: A case study at the Gutun Gully

Loess is long-term aeolian dust deposition, characterized by loose structure, concentrated participle distribution and unstable mineral composition, and thus easy to cause extensive collapsibility and have general water sensitivity. To reveal the difference in water sensitivity between naturally intact(NI) loess and mechanically compacted(MC) loess used for the check dam, the transient water release and imbibition method(TRIM) was used to acquire the suction stress–expanded hydraulic characteristic curves for the NI and MC loess and explore possible approaches for formulating the potential of loess water sensitivity. Based on the Local Field of Safety(LFS) associated with slope stability, we constructed a finite element model of a check dam to depict its failure processes under different rainfall scenarios. The results revealed the strong water sensitivity in NI loess, while the MC loess retained a certain water-sensitive potential. This capacity depends on the ‘water sensitivity coefficient’ obtained from the suction-stress characteristic curve,which better presented the deformation potential of the two loess samples at different water content levels. In the context of LFS, we identified two failure patterns in the dam body that were involved in loess water sensitivity under hydromechanical conditions: rainfall erosion-induced shallow mudflow failure, and preferential-infiltration progressive failure. These patterns may provide new insights into dam-breakage mechanisms and potential chain effects of check dams on the Chinese Loess Plateau from the perspective of soil–water interactions, which is vital for predicting the position and timing of check dam failure, and mitigating risks.

Assessment of landslide susceptibility using DBSCAN-AHD and LD-EV methods

Landslide susceptibility assessment plays a vital role in understanding landslide information in advance and taking preventive as well as control measures. The need to initially specify the number of clusters, difficulty in handling noise and quantifying rainfall data, limits the application of traditional clustering models in landslide susceptibility assessment which then lowers their performance accuracy. Thus, to overcome these limitations, this study proposed an improved clustering algorithm titled the DBSCAN-AHD algorithm, which combines the traditional DBSCAN(Density Based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise) algorithm and an Adaptive Hausdorff Distance(AHD) for landslide susceptibility modeling. Firstly, AHD was introduced to the traditional DBSCAN to quantify rainfall. Then,the DBSCAN-AHD grouped the mapping units with similar topology and geology characteristics into subclasses without specifying the number of clusters in advance for its ability to handle noise in the ***, the LD-EV(landslide density or eigenvalues) approach was introduced to obtain the susceptibility levels using K-means algorithm. Finally,to verify the model’s performance, statistical indices and the area under the curve(AUC) were applied and compared to the traditional DBSCAN, KPSO, Kmeans and Hierarchical Clustering algorithms,whereby, the proposed model outperformed the others. Also, the obtained susceptibility map can provide references in taking relevant preventive and control measures.

为了进一步提高齿轮油CKD 320的摩擦学性能,设计、制备了3种带有不同官能团的绿色环保含硼添加剂:饱和碳链的硬脂酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯(C18)、带有C=C双键的油酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯(C18∶1)和带有极性基团羟基和双键的蓖麻油酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯(C18∶1OH)。通过调控硼酸酯润滑油添加剂的极性,研究硼酸酯的极性对齿轮油CKD 320摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:3种硼酸酯添加剂可以在不改变齿轮油CKD 320理化性能的情况下,提高齿轮油的减摩和抗磨性能以及承载能力,硼酸酯的极性越强,越易在摩擦表面吸附,抗磨性越高。

人核仁磷酸化蛋白1(Nucleolar and coiledbody phosphoprotein 1,NOLC1)在癌症的发生发展过程中起着至关重要的调控作用,为探讨NOLC1对肺癌细胞的作用,本研究通过Gateway系统构建重组NOLC1腺病毒载体,成功包装NOLC1腺病毒后,分别感染正常人类胚胎肺细胞(HEL)和非小细胞肺癌细胞(A549细胞),过表达NOLC1。通过MTT实验、AnnexinV-APC/PI双染法和线粒体膜电位实验,证明与HEL细胞相比,NOLC1的过表达对A549细胞的活性降低、凋亡增加、线粒体膜电位下降影响较为显著;通过Real-time PCR检测Caspase家族、TNF与受体家族和BCL2家族基因的表达,发现过表达NOLC1明显上调了A549细胞中促凋亡基因的表达,下调了抗凋亡基因的表达,其中两种重要的促凋亡蛋白CASP8和BAX均显著上调,但是在HEL细胞中这种影响不明显。研究结果表明过表达NOLC1蛋白通过对线粒体通路和死亡受体通路的共同作用,对非小细胞癌具有显著的抗肿瘤活性。

Unbalanced private set intersection with linear communication complexity

The private set intersection(PSI) protocol allows two parties holding a set of integers to compute the intersection of their sets without revealing any additional information to each other. The unbalanced PSI schemes consider a specific setting where a client holds a small set of the size n and a server holds a much larger set of the size m(n ■ m). The communication overhead of state-of-the-art balanced PSI schemes is O(m + n) and the unbalanced PSI schemes are O(nlogm). In this paper, we propose a novel secure unbalanced PSI protocol based on a hash proof system. The communication complexity of our protocol grows only linearly with the size of the small set. In other words, our protocol achieves communication overhead of O(n). We test the performance on a personal computer(PC) machine with a local area network(LAN)setting for the network. The experimental results demonstrate that the client only takes 2.01 s of online computation, 4.27 MB of round trip communication to intersect 1600 pieces of 32-bit integers with 220pieces of 32-bit integers with the security parameter λ = 512. Our protocol is efficient and can be applied to resource-constrained devices, such as cell phones.

A framework of force of information influence and application for C4KISR system

The subversive nature of information war lies not only in the information itself, but also in the circulation and application of information. It has always been a challenge to quantitatively analyze the function and effect of information flow through command, control, communications, computer, kill, intelligence,surveillance, reconnaissance (C4KISR) system. In this work, we propose a framework of force of information influence and the methods for calculating the force of information influence between C4KISR nodes of sensing, intelligence processing,decision making and fire attack. Specifically, the basic concept of force of information influence between nodes in C4KISR system is formally proposed and its mathematical definition is provided. Then, based on the information entropy theory, the model of force of information influence between C4KISR system nodes is constructed. Finally, the simulation experiments have been performed under an air defense and attack scenario. The experimental results show that, with the proposed force of information influence framework, we can effectively evaluate the contribution of information circulation through different C4KISR system nodes to the corresponding tasks. Our framework of force of information influence can also serve as an effective tool for the design and dynamic reconfiguration of C4KISR system architecture.

文章选取了一款市售普通发动机油作为研究对象,研究了甲醇及其燃烧副产物对该润滑油主要性能的影响。微动摩擦磨损试验机(SRV)摩擦磨损试验(往复模式)结果显示:甲醇及其燃烧副产物对该发动机油的减摩抗磨性能具有较大的负面影响,使摩擦副的平均摩擦系数增大19%、磨损率增大54%。这是由于甲醇及其燃烧副产物与润滑油中的减摩抗磨剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)发生反应,导致其析出所致。抗氧化试验结果显示:加入甲醇、甲醛、甲酸三者的混合物,使得该发动机油的起始氧化温度降低7℃,在210℃下的氧化诱导期缩短7 min。曲轴箱模拟试验表明:甲醇对结焦行为影响最大,而三者混合物的引入使得该发动机油的结焦评级达10级,结焦量增加400%。此外,甲醇及其燃烧副产物的加入会使润滑油碱值下降幅度增大,并导致黏度指数改进剂析出,从而使其运动黏度下降。
