Microbial communities,derived from food,ambient,and inner,can affect host ecological adaption and *** with most phytophagous arthropods,predators may have more opportunities to develop specific microbiota depending on the level of prey *** explore how diet sources affect host microbial communities and vary across predator species,we considered 3 types of predators from Phytoseiidae(Acari:Mesostigmata):polyphagous(Amblyseius orientalis Ehara,Neoseiulus barkeri Hughes,and Amblyseius swirski Athias-Henrio),oligophagous(Neoseiulus californicus McGregor),and monophagous(Phytoseiulus persimilis Athias-Henriot)predatory *** polyphagous species were fed on 2 types of diets,natural prey and alternative *** using 16S rRNA sequencing,we found that diet was the main source of microbiota in predatory mites,while there was no clear pattern affected by prey *** 3 polyphagous predators,host species had a larger impact than prey on microbial *** *** or *** which showed consistency in their microbiota,prey switching significantly affectedβ-diversity of bacterial composition in ***,with 56%of the microbial *** short,our results confirmed the substantial influence of diet on host microbial construction in predatory species,and highlighted species differences in shaping the microbiota which are not necessarily related to prey specialization.

This study considers a nonlinear grey Bernoulli forecasting model with conformable fractionalorder accumulation,abbreviated as CFNGBM(1,1,λ),to study the gross regional product in the ChengYu *** new model contains three nonlinear parameters,the power exponentγ,the conformable fractional-orderαand the background valueλ,which increase the adjustability and flexibility of the CFNGBM(1,1,λ)*** parameters are determined by the moth flame optimization algorithm,which minimizes the mean absolute prediction percentage *** CFNGBM(1,1,λ)model is applied to the gross regional product of 16 cities in the Cheng-Yu area,which are Chongqing,Chengdu,Mianyang,Leshan,Zigong,Deyang,Meishan,Luzhou,Suining,Neijiang,Nanchong,Guang’an,Yibin,Ya’an,Dazhou and *** data from 2013 to 2021,several grey models are established and results show that the new model has higher accuracy in most cases.

Development of urban human settlement environments(HSEs)is an integral part of promoting high-quality and sustainable regional development and constructing a beautiful *** city of Lanzhou,located at the geometric center of china,is the only provincial capital traversed by the Yellow *** the constraints posed by the valley topography and the need for economic development,the development of this HSE,which is located within an arid region,poses considerable ***,an understanding of the evolution of HSEs and drivers of changes in them contributes to high-quality,sustainable urban development in arid and semi-arid *** analytical model was developed using the parameters of relief degree of land surface,human comfort days,the land cover index,nighttime light index,and *** model was used in combination with population density and the gross domestic product to analyze the spatial distribution of Lanzhou's HSE and its *** results showed that landscapes in Lanzhou underwent significant changes between 2000 and 2022,with an increase in building-up land(+0.94.%),cultivated land(+0.134.),and forest land(+0.018%)and a decrease in grassland(-1.10%).There was significant outward expansion of the main urban zone of Lanzhou and of various county towns,with the increase in building-up land being most *** this period,there were significant changes in the periphery of the core urban area and county towns in Lanzhou,with decreases moving from the urban center(the highest value)to the surrounding areas(Yongdeng County had the lowest value).The correlation between the HSE and population density grew stronger in Anning and Chengguan Districts but became weaker in Xigu and Qilihe *** variations in the HSE were primarily caused by climate change,followed by human activities,and were also influenced by the valley ***,the spatial distribution of population density and the HSE in Lanzhou d

The electrochemical coupling of biomass oxidation and nitrogen conversion presents a potential strategy for high value-added chemicals and nitrogen cycling. Herein, in this work, CuO/Co3O4.ith heterogeneous interface is successfully constructed as a bifunctional catalyst for the electrooxidation of5-hydroxymethylfurfural to 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid and the electroreduction of nitrate to ammonia （NH3）. The open-circuit potential spontaneous experiment shows that more 5-hydroxymethylfurfural molecules are adsorbed in the Helmholtz layer of the CuO/Co3O4.omposite, which certifies that the CuO/Co3O4.eterostructure is conducive to the kinetic adsorption of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural. In situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy further shows that CuO/Co3O4.as faster reaction kinetics and lower reaction potential in oxygen evolution reaction and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural electrocatalytic oxidation. Moreover, CuO/Co3O4.lso has a good reduction effect on NO3-. The ex-situ Raman spectroscopy shows that under the reduction potential, the metal oxide is reduced, and the generated Cu2O can be used as a new active site for the reaction to promote the electrocatalytic conversion of NO3-to NH3synthesis. This work provides valuable guidance for the synthesis of value-added chemicals by 5-hydroxymethylfurfural electrocatalytic oxidation coupled with NO3-while efficiently producing NH3.

There is a large surface-groundwater exchange downstream ofwastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),and antibiotics upstream may influence sites downstream of ***,samples from 9 effluent-receiving urban rivers(ERURs)and 12 groundwater sites were collected in Shijiazhuang City in December 2020 and April *** ERURs,8 out of 13 target quinolone antibiotics(QNs)were detected,and the total concentration of QNs in December and April were 100.6-4.398 ng/L and 8.02–2,4.6 ng/L,*** groundwater,all target QNs were detected,and the total QNs concentration was 1.09–23.03 ng/L for December and 4.54.170.3 ng/L for *** distribution of QNs was dissimilar between ERURs and *** QN concentrations were weakly correlated with land use types in the *** results of a positive matrix factorization model(PMF)indicated four potential sources of QNs in both ERURs and groundwater,and WWTP effluents were the main source of *** December to April,the contribution of WWTP effluents and agricultural emissions increased,while livestock activities *** value decomposition(SVD)results showed that the spatial variation of most QNs was mainly contributed by sites downstream(7.09%-88.86%)of ***,a new method that combined the results of SVD and PMF was developed for a specific-source-site risk quotient(SRQ),and the SRQ for QNs was at high level,especially for the sites downstream of *** temporal variation,the SRQ for WWTP effluents,aquaculture,and agricultural emissions ***,in order to control the antibiotic pollution,more attention should be paid to WWTP effluents,aquaculture,and agricultural emission sources for the benefit of sites downstream of WWTPs.

The inflammasome is a multiprotein complex involved in innate immunity that mediates the inflammatory response leading to pyroptosis,which is a lytic,inflammatory form of cell *** is accumulating evidence that nucleotide-binding domain and leucine-rich repeat pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3)inflammasome-mediated microglial pyroptosis and NLRP1 inflammasome-mediated neuronal pyroptosis in the brain are closely associated with the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s *** this review,we summarize the possible pathogenic mechanisms of Alzheimer’s disease,focusing on *** also describe the structures of NLRP3 and NLRP1 and the role their activation plays in Alzheimer’s ***,we examine the neuroprotective activity of small-molecule inhibitors,endogenous inhibitor proteins,microRNAs,and natural bioactive molecules that target NLRP3 and NLRP1,based on the rationale that inhibiting NLRP3 and NLRP1 inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis can be an effective therapeutic strategy for Alzheimer’s disease.

Numerical study on influence of protrusion heights on Reynolds stress and viscous stress variations in turbulent vortical structures

Analysing the infuence mechanism of the riblet protrusion height on turbulent drag components is more beneficial in organising the vortical structure over the riblet ***,the Large Eddy Simulation(LES)is used to investigate the vortex structure over the rib-let surface with different protrusion ***,the variations of Reynolds stress and viscous shear stress in a turbulent channel are *** a result,the drag reduction rate increases from 3.4.when the riblets are completely submerged in the turbulent boundary layer to 7.9%when the protrusion height is *** analysis shows that the protrusion height affects the streamwise vortices and the normal diffusivity of spanwise and normal vortices,thus driving the variation of Reynolds *** with the smooth surface,the vorticity strength and the number of streamwise vortices are weakened near the wall but increase in the logarithmic layer with increased protrusion ***,the normal diffusivity of spanwise vorticity decreases with the increase of protrusion height,and the normal diffusivity of normal vorticity is the smallest when the protrusion height is ***,the protrusion height affects the velocity gradient of the riblet tip and riblet valley,thus driving the variation of viscous shear *** the increase of protrusion height,the velocity gradient of the riblet tip increases dramatically but decreases in the riblet valley.

Aiming at the tracking problem of a class of discrete nonaffine nonlinear multi-input multi-output(MIMO) repetitive systems subjected to separable and nonseparable disturbances, a novel data-driven iterative learning control(ILC) scheme based on the zeroing neural networks(ZNNs) is proposed. First, the equivalent dynamic linearization data model is obtained by means of dynamic linearization technology, which exists theoretically in the iteration domain. Then, the iterative extended state observer(IESO) is developed to estimate the disturbance and the coupling between systems, and the decoupled dynamic linearization model is obtained for the purpose of controller synthesis. To solve the zero-seeking tracking problem with inherent tolerance of noise,an ILC based on noise-tolerant modified ZNN is proposed. The strict assumptions imposed on the initialization conditions of each iteration in the existing ILC methods can be absolutely removed with our method. In addition, theoretical analysis indicates that the modified ZNN can converge to the exact solution of the zero-seeking tracking problem. Finally, a generalized example and an application-oriented example are presented to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed process.

Modeling and analysis of gradient metamaterials for broad fusion bandgaps

A gradient metamaterial with varying-stiffness local resonators is proposed to open the multiple bandgaps and further form a broad fusion ***,three local resonators with linearly increasing stiffness are periodically attached to the spring-mass chain to construct the gradient *** dispersion relation is then derived based on Bloch's theorem to reveal the fusion bandgap *** dynamic characteristic of the finite spring-mass chain is investigated to validate the fusion of multiple ***,the effects of the design parameters on multiple bandgaps are *** results show that the metamaterial with a non-uniform stiffness gradient pattern is capable of opening a broad fusion bandgap and effectively attenuating the longitudinal waves within a broad frequency region.
