OBJECTIVE To detect the underlying mechanism of time window for estrogen(E2)replacement treating cognitive *** E2 begun 1 week after the ovariectomy(OVXST)or 3 months after the ovariectomy(OVXLT).Learning and memory ability were examined by trace fear memory test and inhibitory avoidance *** and LTD were detected by *** throughput gene expression sequencing and microRNA(miR NA) sequencing were used to detecte the differently expressed genes between OVXSTand OVXLTafter estrogen *** Subcutaneous injection of E2 improved fear memory formation in both 1 week after ovariectomy(OVXST) mice or 3 months after ovariectomy(OVXLT) ***,for fear memory extinction,facilitated by E2 in OVXSTmice,but impaired by E2 in *** researches showed in medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC),estrogen facilitates LTD in OVXSTmice but impairs LTD in *** of highthroughput sequencings of mR NA and miRNA in mPFC from sham,OVXSTmice,E2 treated OVXST mice,OVXLTmice,and E2 treated OVXLTmice indicated decreased miR-221-5 p expression in OVXLTmice compared with *** OVXLT mice,miR-221-5 p could be further reduced by E2 ***,miR-221-5 p targeted neuralized E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1 a/b(Neurl1 a/b) m *** miR-221-5 p will promotes cannabinoid receptor 1(CB1) ubiquitination through up-regulating Neurl1 a/b protein levels in E2 treated OVXLTmice,which disrupted the retrograde endocanabinoids *** miR-221-5 p or treating with CB1 agonist rescued the fear extinction impairment in E2 treated *** These results uncovered a epigenetic change after long term E2 responsible for failure of E2 improving cognitive performance in OVXLTmice,moreover miR-221-5 p and CB1 agonist as potential targets for prolonging the time window for E2 replacement therapy.

为克服误差逆向传播算法的多层前馈型BP神经网络收敛速度慢、局部极小化问题,提出用遗传算法(GA)的全局搜索能力寻求最优的BP神经网络权值和阀值,以提高神经网络的收敛速度和克服局部最优。以磁流变液压悬置动态特性试验结果为数据样本,分别用未优化的BP神经网络和优化后的GA-BP神经网络对磁流变液压悬置正、逆模型进行辨识。结果表明,相对于BP神经网络,GA-BP神经网络具有更高的辨识精度、更快的收敛速度,在磁流变液压悬置数学模型辨识方面具备更优的性能。

The mixing enthalpies and structural order in liquid Mg−Si system were investigated via ab-initio molecular dynamics at 1773 *** calculating the transferred charges and electron density differences,the dominance of Si−Si interactions in the chemical environments around Si was demonstrated,which determined that the mixing enthalpy reached the minimum on Mg-rich *** terms of Honeycutt and Anderson(HA)bond pairs based on the partial pair correlation functions,the attraction between Si−Si pairs and Mg atoms was revealed,and the evolution of structural order with Si content was characterized as a process of constituting frame structures by Si−Si pairs that dispersed Mg *** on tetrahedral order of local Si-configurations,a correlation between the mixing enthalpy and structural order was uncovered ultimately,which provided a new perspective combining the energetics with geometry to understand the liquid Mg−Si binary system.

Owing to the unique electronic structure,kagome materials AV_(3)Sb_(5)(A=K,Rb,Cs)provide a fertile platform of quantum phenomena such as the strongly correlated state and topological Dirac *** is well known that RbV_(3)Sb_(5)exhibits a 2×2 unconventional charge density wave(CDW)state at low temperature,and the mechanism is ***,by using scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy(STM/STS),we successfully manipulated the CDW state in the Sb plane of RbV_(3)Sb_(5),and realized a new3(1/2)×3(1/2)modulation together with the ubiquitous 2×2 period in the CDW state of RbV_(3)Sb_(5).This work provides a new understanding of the collective quantum ground states in the kagome materials.

为了减少风机齿轮箱严重故障的发生,提出了一种基于随机子空间识别方法的齿轮箱故障预测算法。该算法首先建立齿轮箱的随机状态空间模型,并利用正常运行时的振动监测数据计算模型的参数矩阵的特征值,并将其作为参考特征值;然后将由实际振动数据所求得的特征值与参考特征值进行比较,如果两者误差很小,则说明齿轮箱正常,反之则异常。为了减少计算量,引入均方根误差(RMSE)作为齿轮箱故障判别指标,并利用统计过程控制(SPC)原理定义该指标的阈值。最后,对一台实际风机的振动监测数据进行仿真,结果表明了所提出算法的有效性。

Serial therapies oriented by surgery for large primary liver carcinoma

Objective: To discuss the methods and effects of serial therapies oriented by surgery in the treatment of pri- mary large liver cancers. Methods: From January 1993 to June 1999, 191 pa- tients with large liver carcinoma were treated surgi- cally. The size of tumors varied from 5.2 to 19.7 cm (mean 9.4 cm). Several types of liver resections were made in 121 patients and as a supplement, cry- osurgery was carried out for the remaining 70 pa- tients. Importable drug delivery system was institu- ted intraoperatively. Transcatheter arterial chemo- embolization (THP 30-60 mg, E-ADM 20-40 mg, CDDP 40-80 mg, MMC 10-20 mg, iodin oil 5-30 ml), percutaneous ethanol injection, bioimmunother- apy and traditional Chinese medicine were used pre- and post-operatively. CT angiography and CT dur- ing arterial portography were used to find satellite nodules. Early stage recurrences were predicted by AFPmRNA in peripheral blood. Child-Pugh's classi- fication plus branch chain amino acid/aromatic ami- no acid ratio (BCAA/AAA) was adopted in evalua- ting pre-operative liver functions. Results: Marked results were observed after serial treatments oriented by surgery. The 1-, 3- and 5- year survival rates in resection group were 75.8 %, 45.6% and 30.4%. respectively. The 1- and 3-year survival rates in cryosurgery group were 63.2 % and 37.0 %. The operative mortality was 1.57 %. Recur- rence rates were 69.2 % in AFPmRNA positive group and 33.3% in AFPmRNA negative group (P< 0.05). The BCAA/AAA ratio was lower than 1.5 in two patients who died of hepatic failure after resec- tion. Conclusions: Serial treatments with surgery as the chief modality gives satisfactory results in patients with large primary liver carcinoma. This regimen should be regarded as a main strategy to deal with large liver carcinoma. AFPmRNA in the peripheral blood, signifying a recurrence, may become a new clinical parameter. The BCAA/AAA ratio plus Child-Pugh's classification is able to evaluate more accurately liver

Proteome Analysis of Neisseria meningitidis Serogroup Strains C Associated with Outbreaks in China

Objective During 2003-2005, an outbreak of meningitis due to Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C occurred in China. With the aim to find strain clues result in the final epidemics, the ancestral strain 053442, a clinical isolate, and a carrier strain 053426 with different gene type were analyzed. Methods Clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 were cultured on GC agar plates under the same condition. Two-dimensional electrophoresis was performed using the pH 3–10 nonlinear IPG strips of 24 cm length, and all the protein spots were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight spectrometry. Results 502 and 380 protein spots were identified in 053426 and 053442 respectively, relating to 266 and 202 different genes covering a wide range of cellular functions. The express volume and number of proteins involved in energy metabolism, protein synthesis and amino acid biosynthesis in 053426 were higher than in 053442. Virulence factor Opa, Opc and a series of proteins involved in pilus assembly and retraction were identified in 053442, which appear to be of primary importance in colonization and invasion of human cells. Compared to 053442, virulence protein species were less in 053426, with lower express volumes too. No Opa and Opc were detected in 053426. Conclusion The different protein expression profiles of the clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 in the present study provide some clues of the different pathogenicity of the two strains, which may account for result in the final epidemics.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.
