Two parallel optical surfaces often exhibit colorful fringes along the lines of equal thickness because of the interference of *** simple phenomenon allows one to observe subwavelength corrugations on a reflective surface by simply placing on it a flat reference dielectric surface,a so-called optical flat,and inspecting the resultant interference *** this work,we extend this principle from dielectric surfaces to two-dimensional plasmonic *** couplings between an Au nanodisk array and an Au thin film were measured quantitatively using two different techniques,namely,the classical Newton’s rings method and a closed-loop nano-positioning *** high spectral sensitivity to the inter-surface distance was observed in the near-field coupling regime,where a 1-nm change in distance could alter the resonance wavelength by almost 10 nm,440 times greater than the variation in the case without near-field *** the help of a numerical fitting technique,the resonance wavelength could be determined with a precision of 0.03 nm,corresponding to a distance precision as high as 0.003 *** this effect,we demonstrated that a plasmonic nanodisk array can be utilized as a plasmonic optical flat,with which nanometer-deep grooves can be directly visualized using a low-cost microscope.

Recent evidence suggests that CD147 serves as a novel receptor for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)*** CD147 via anti-CD147 antibody could suppress the in vitro SARS-CoV-2 *** is a humanized anti-CD147 IgG_(2) monoclonal antibody,which may effectively prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)***,we conducted a randomized,double-blinded,placebo-controlled phase 1 trial to evaluate the safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of meplazumab in healthy subjects,and an open-labeled,concurrent controlled add-on exploratory phase 2 study to determine the efficacy in COVID-19 *** phase 1 study,59 subjects were enrolled and assigned to eight cohorts,and no serious treatment-emergent adverse event(TEAE)or TEAE grade≥3 was *** serum and peripheral blood Cmax and area under the curve showed non-linear pharmacokinetic *** obvious relation between the incidence or titer of positive anti-drug antibody and dosage was observed in each *** biodistribution study indicated that meplazumab reached lung tissue and maintained>14 days stable with the lung tissue/cardiac blood-pool ratio ranging from 0.41 to *** the exploratory phase 2 study,17 COVID-19 patients were enrolled,and 11 hospitalized patients were involved as concurrent *** meplazumab treatment significantly improved the discharged(P=0.005)and case severity(P=0.021),and reduced the time to virus negative(P=0.045)in comparison to the control *** results show a sound safety and tolerance of meplazumab in healthy volunteers and suggest that meplazumab could accelerate the recovery of patients from COVID-19 pneumonia with a favorable safety profile.

Meplazumab,a humanized CD147 antibody,has shown favourable safety and efficacy in our previous clinical *** DEFLECT(NCT04586153),167 patients with severe COVID-19 were enroled and randomized to receive three dosages of meplazumab and a *** at 0.12 mg/kg,compared to the placebo group,showed clinical benefits in significantly reducing mortality by 83.6%(2.4%vs.14.6%,p=0.0150),increasing the proportion of patients alive and discharged without supplemental oxygen(82.9%vs.70.7%,p=0.0337)and increasing the proportion of patients who achieved sustained clinical improvement(41.5%vs.31.7%).The response rate in the 0.2 mg/kg group was relatively increased by 16.0%compared with the placebo group(53.7%vs.46.3%).Meplazumab also reduced the viral loads and multiple cytokine *** with the placebo group,the 0.3 mg/kg significantly increased the virus negative rate by 40.6%(p=0.0363)and reduced IL-8 level(p=0.0460);the 0.2 mg/kg increased the negative conversion rate by 36.9%,and reduced IL-4(p=0.0365)and IL-8 levels(p=0.0484).In this study,the adverse events occurred at a comparable rate across the four groups,with no unexpected safety findings *** conclusion,meplazumab promoted COVID-19 convalescence and reduced mortality,viral load,and cytokine levels in severe COVID-19 population with good safety profile.

近红外光谱(NIRS)技术是当前发展最快、最具前景的现代无损分析技术之一。NIRS技术融合了计算机、光学、数学、化学和化学计量学等多个学科的最新研究成果,具有简便、快速、低成本、无污染、不接触等优点,目前被广泛应用于食品品质分析与检测研究。本文综述了近十年来NIRS技术在小麦粉理化指标(如水分、灰分、蛋白质、淀粉)、粉质指标(如面筋、面筋指数分、沉降值、吸水量、形成时间、稳定时间、弱化度)及掺杂物(如甲醛次硫酸氢钠、滑石粉、过氧化苯甲酰、石灰、偶氮甲酰胺、曲酸)等方面的检测研究进展。同时,基于当前研究进展,NIRS技术在光谱数据挖掘、建模算法优化、模型稳健性等方面还需大量研究,为研发小麦粉质量快速无损检测设备提供更多数据支撑和方法参考。

目的系统评价中药液冲洗治疗对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后术腔恢复的临床疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed(1980.1～2009.1)、MEDliNE(1980～2009)、EBSCOhost(1975.1～2009.1)、CAliS外文期刊网(1984～2009)、CNKI(1979～2007)、VIP(1989～2009)、CBM(1978～2009),并手工检索《中华耳鼻咽喉头颈科杂志》(1990～2008)、《临床耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》(1988～2008)、《耳鼻咽喉头颈外科》(1990～2008)、《中国中西医结合耳鼻咽喉科杂志》(1996～2008)等,收集慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后使用中药冲洗治疗的随机对照试验(RCT)。按纳入与排除标准筛选试验、提取资料和评价质量,而后采用RevMan 4.2.10软件进行统计分析。结果 3个亚组共纳入32篇中文文献,合计6272例患者进行Meta分析。结果显示,各试验组治愈率[OR=1.99,95%CI(1.78,2.23)],总有效率[OR=2.66,95%CI(2.20,3.22)],术后症状Ⅰ级改善率[OR=2.22,95%CI(1.60,3.06)],术后症状总改善率[OR=8.77,95%CI(1.09,70.64)],术腔清洁时间[OR=2.54,95%CI(1.70,3.79)],术腔上皮化时间[OR=–29.46,95%CI(–37.73,–21.18)],鼻腔纤毛运动速率(mucociliary transport rate,MTR)[OR=1.14,95%CI(0.22,2.06)]均优于对照组。安全性评价共纳入4篇文献进行Meta分析,结果显示试验组胃肠道反应与对照组相比差异无统计学意义[OR=0.25,95%CI(0.00,33.78)],而局部反应与对照组相比差异有统计学意义[OR=0.03,95%CI(0.01,0.12)]。结论在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后的治疗中,采用中药液冲洗治疗可提高临床疗效、加快愈合时间,不良反应发生率较小,但由于纳入试验方法学质量普遍较低,评价指标较完善的文献较少,尚需进一步开展设计科学、指标合理的随机对照试验。经过筛选,本课题组建议使用如下中药组成冲洗液:黄芩、薄荷、鱼腥草、金银花、辛夷、白芷、黄芪、当归、荆芥。

播期对冀西北寒旱区燕麦田杂草种群变化与饲草产量的影响

为了明确播期对燕麦田杂草种群变化以及燕麦草生产的影响,在冀西北寒旱区的砂质栗钙土农田,研究了不同播期(5月24日、6月8日、6月23日)对燕麦田杂草密度、优势杂草种类、杂草多样性以及杂草和燕麦生物量的影响。结果表明:5月24日播种与6月8日播种处理的燕麦田杂草密度始终差异不显著,晚播后燕麦田杂草密度明显降低。播期显著影响燕麦田杂草的群落结构,早播的燕麦田杂草以喜凉的灰绿藜为主,随着播期推迟,相对喜温的苋菜以及狗尾草、小画眉草和稗草等禾本科杂草成为优势种。早播和晚播的燕麦田植物群落Shannon多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Margalef物种丰富度指数有降低趋势。在燕麦最适刈割期抽穗后第10~20天,5月24日和6月8日播种的燕麦生物量均高于6月23日播种。对杂草群落结构、杂草生物量和燕麦产量进行综合分析发现,在冀西北寒旱区燕麦适当早播在一定程度上有利于抑制田间杂草,提高饲草产量。
