为提高含能微芯片的能量特性和燃烧特性,推进其在微推进器、微驱动器、微毁伤器等装置中的应用,通过在铜箔上原位生长含能配位聚合物(ECP)、电子束沉积n-Al及重结晶CL-20的方法制备了ECP@Al@CL-20的含能阵列,采用SEM、XRD、TG/DSC及高速摄影等表征方法对其微观形貌、物相组成、热分解特性、燃烧性能及贮存寿命进行了测试与分析。在此基础上,将其与微机电系统(MEMS)集成制得了功能性的ECP@Al@CL-20含能微芯片,并对含能微芯片进行了电容点火测试。结果表明,由于ECP的导热系数低,使ECP@Al@CL-20含能阵列从外到内的传热效率降低,导致放热峰温相比纯CL-20提高了8.5℃,从而提高了ECP@Al@CL-20的热稳定性;ECP@Al@CL-20含能阵列具有优异的燃烧性能,自持燃烧时间(340 ms)远大于ECP@Al的自持燃烧时间(120 ms),含能微芯片可在15 mJ的输入能量下激发。

Correlation of genes associated with drug response to prognosis of large cell lung carcinoma

Platinum-based chemotherapy remains the main treatment of advanced lung cancer. However, platinum resistance has become a major treatment obstacle. Novel therapies, particularly tyrosine kinase inhibitors of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR-TKI) and agents that target vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), have improved the treatment. Both chemotherapy and targeted therapy have their molecular mechanisms. This study aimed to determine the mutation, amplification, or expression status and interrelationships of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), K-Ras proto-oncogene, excision repair cross-complementation group 1 (ERCC1), and VEGF genes as well as their correlations to prognosis of large cell lung carcinoma (LCLC) after EGFR-targeted therapy, chemotherapy, and anti-VEGF therapy. EGFR and K-Ras mutations in 60 specimens of LCLC were detected by direct DNA sequencing. EGFR, ERCC1, and VEGF protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC). EGFR gene copy number was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). One (1.7%) patient had an EGFR L858M point mutation in exon 21, 3 (5.0%) had K-Ras mutations, and 10 (19.6%) had EGFR amplification (FISH positive). Positive rates of EGFR, ERCC1, and VEGF proteins were 38.3%, 56.7%, and 70.0%, respectively. EGFR amplification was positively correlated to EGFR protein expression (r = 0.390, P = 0.005). The positive rate of VEGF protein was significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than in those without (84.6% vs. 58.8%, P = 0.046). No significant correlations were observed among the EGFR, K-Ras, ERCC1, and VEGF genes. EGFR gene amplification and the low rate of EGFR mutation suggest that patients with LCLC are likely to obtain little benefit from anti-EGFR therapies.

Evolution hydrothermal aging resistance mechanism study of zirconium and manganese doped CeO_(2)catalysts in soot catalytic combustion based on low Miller indices crystal surface effect

The thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)experiments were carried out to reveal the mechanism of Zr and Mn doping on catalytic activity of CeO_(2)catalyst both fresh and after hydrothermal aging,and the lattice morphology and valence changes were characterized by means of Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)method,X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and H_(2)-temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR).Density functional theory(DFT)and molecular thermodynamics calculations were applied to investigate the change in catalytic activity,crystal surface energy and crystal morphology caused by hydrothermal *** maximum reaction rate temperature of fresh Mn/CeO_(2)(389℃)is similar to that of CeO_(2)(371℃)and lower than that of Zr/CeO_(2)(447℃),but the catalytic performance of CeO_(2)decreases more severely after hydrothermal *** catalyst crystals show different degrees of crystal surface migration after hydrothermal aging,which leads to the reduction of Ce^(3+)/Ce^(4+) ratio and the active sites *** calculations indicate that the doping of Zr and Mn reduces the surface energy of the low Miller indices surface and increases the oxygen vacancy formation energy,leading to better thermal stability and lower catalytic *** Zr and Mn doping also changes the adsorption energy and Gibbs free energy of H_(2)O,which dominates the migration of(111)to(110)and(100)in the vapor *** crystal surface migration mechanism of CeO_(2)catalysts doped with Zr and Mn induced by H_(2)O molecules at high temperature obtained in this study can provide a valuable addition to the regeneration of CeO_(2)catalysts in the after-treatment systems of diesel engines.

目的探讨中老年脑卒中患者多维衰弱发展轨迹及其影响因素,为临床医护人员开展衰弱干预提供理论依据。方法选取2022年10—12月徐州市某三级甲等医院神经内科住院的中老年脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、Zung焦虑自评量表和Zung抑郁自评量表收集患者的基线资料,采用Tilburg衰弱量表调查患者入院48 h、出院后3个月和出院后6个月多维衰弱得分情况,使用潜类别增长模型探究中老年脑卒中患者多维衰弱发展轨迹类别,采用无序多分类Logistic回归及决策树模型分析识别轨迹类别的影响因素。结果中老年脑卒中患者多维衰弱发展轨迹可分为3种类别:非衰弱稳定组(42.8%)、低水平衰弱快速加重组(36.3%)和高水平衰弱缓慢加重组(20.9%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、卒中严重程度评分、共病评分、日常生活活动能力评分和焦虑为中老年脑卒中患者多维衰弱发展轨迹的影响因素(P<0.05);决策树模型进一步分析结果显示,日常生活活动能力评分为最主要影响因素,其后依次为焦虑和卒中严重程度评分。结论本研究识别出3种类别中老年脑卒中患者多维衰弱发展轨迹,验证了衰弱发展异质性的特点。未来医护人员可通过筛查识别不同类别患者多维衰弱发展轨迹,制定针对性衰弱干预和居家衰弱管理方案,延缓甚至逆转多维衰弱。

Effect of myocardial protection during beating heart surgery with right sub-axiliary approach

Background Cardiac troponin-I （cTnl） is one of the three regulatory subunits of the cardiac troponin which has the high sensibility and specificity of responding to myocardial injury. Studies have demonstrated that cTnl is released into the blood stream within hours following acute myocardial reperfusion injury. The clinical utility of cTnl for the assessment of myocardial damage is that it is more specific than creatine kinase MB （CKMB）. This study investigated cTnl as a sensitive marker of myocardial reperfusion injury and its clinical value on beating heart surgery with right sub-axiliary incision. Methods From December 2002 through December 2004, 100 patients with atrial septal defect （ASD）, ventricular septal defect （VSD）, atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect （ASD＋VSD）, and tetralogy of Fallot were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （n=50） was operated on with a beating heart under extracorporeal circulation （ECC）, and the control group （n=50） on an conventional arresting heart under ECC. The two groups both used a right sub-axillary incision. Blood samples from a central venous catheter （CVC） were collected before, at the end of aortic clamping, immediately after discontinue cardiopulmonary bypass （CPB）, 3, 6, 24, and 48 hours after operation. The Abbott Axsym system with hol-automation fluorescent immunity analyzer was used for the quantitative determination of cTnl. cTnl was detected to investigate the effect of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and the clinical value of beating heart surgery with right sub-axillary incision. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups before operation. At the end of aortic clamping and thereafter, cTnl significantly increased in both groups, and reached the peak point at 6 hours after operation. At all the tested points, cTnl was significantly higher in the control group than the beating heart group （P 〈0.05）, especially at 6 hours post operation （P 〈0.01）. The

The security of Federated Learning(FL)/Distributed Machine Learning(DML)is gravely threatened by data poisoning attacks,which destroy the usability of the model by contaminating training samples,so such attacks are called causative availability indiscriminate *** the problem that existing data sanitization methods are hard to apply to real-time applications due to their tedious process and heavy computations,we propose a new supervised batch detection method for poison,which can fleetly sanitize the training dataset before the local model *** design a training dataset generation method that helps to enhance accuracy and uses data complexity features to train a detection model,which will be used in an efficient batch hierarchical detection *** model stockpiles knowledge about poison,which can be expanded by retraining to adapt to new *** neither attack-specific nor scenario-specific,our method is applicable to FL/DML or other online or offline scenarios.

Stability analysis of a liquid crystal elastomer self-oscillator under a linear temperature field
