Objective:We aim to develop a polymer library consisting of phenylalanine-based poly(ester amide)s(Phe-PEAs)for cancer therapy and investigate the structure–property relationship of these polymers to understand their impact on the drug delivery efficiency of corresponding nanoparticles(NPs).Impact Statement:Our study provides insights into the structure–property relationship of polymers in NP-based drug delivery applications and offers a potential polymer library and NP platform for enhancing cancer therapy.Introduction:Polymer NP-based drug delivery systems have demonstrated substantial potential in cancer therapy by improving drug efficacy and minimizing systemic toxicity.However,successful design and optimization of these systems require a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between polymer structure and physicochemical properties,which directly influence the drug delivery efficiency of the corresponding NPs.Methods:A series of Phe-PEAs with tunable structures was synthesized by varying the length of the methylene group in the diol part of the polymers.Subsequently,Phe-PEAs were formulated into NPs for doxorubicin(DOX)delivery in prostate cancer therapy.Results:Small adjustments in polymer structure induced the changes in the hydrophobicity and thermal properties of the PEAs,consequently NP size,drug loading capacity,cellular uptake efficacy,and cytotoxicity.Additionally,DOXloaded Phe-PEA NPs demonstrated enhanced tumor suppression and reduced side effects in prostate tumor-bearing mice.Conclusion:Phe-PEAs,with their finely tunable structures,show great promise as effective and customizable nanocarriers for cancer therapy.

The clinical efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs is hindered by their poor aqueous solubility, low bioavailability and severe side effects. In recent years, polymeric nanocarriers have been used for drug delivery to improve the efficacy of many chemotherapeutics. In this study, a series of biodegradable phenylalaninebased poly(ester amide)(Phe-PEA) with tunable molecular weights(MWs) were synthesized to systematically investigate the relationship between the polymer MW and the efficacy of the corresponding polymeric nanoparticles(NPs). The results indicated that a range of polymers with different MWs can be obtained by varying the monomer ratio or reaction time. Doxorubicin(DOX), a classic clinical lymphoma treatment strategy, was selected as a model drug. The loading capacity and stability of the higher MW polymeric NPs were superior to those of the lower MW ones. Moreover, in vitro and in vivo data revealed that high MW polymeric NPs had better anticancer efficacy against lymphoma and higher biosafety than low MW polymeric nanoparticles and DOX. Therefore, this study suggests the importance of polymer MW for drug delivery systems and provides valuable guidance for the design of enhanced polymeric drug carriers for lymphoma treatment.

＜正＞The elasticity of driving shaft, the elasticity of output shaft bearings and the elasticity of movable teeth of swing movable teeth drive system are fully considered in this paper. The torsional vibration, flexural vibration of the system, and their coupling effect are analyzed. The dynamic model of swing movable teeth drive system is established. A set of multi-degrees of freedom vibrational differential equations, with time-variable coefficients, of the system is presented. The natural frequencies of the vibration system are obtained by using the iterative perturbation method.

A morphological study of a marine red alga from China, previously identified by various authors as "Solieria mollis (Harv.) Kylin", has been shown to be an undescribed species of Solieria. The present new species Solieria tenuis is characterized by the slender branches, the unbranched and non-septate connecting filament and the discoid holdfast surrounded by prop branches resembling prop roots of land plants.

Owing to the impact of timbering,building techniques and the historical background,there are the small width,great depth and small glazing floor area ratio as the plan pattern of the traditional residence of ancient towns in Chongqing.These factors lead to the room’s poor ventilation for the traditional residence in the ancient town.Taking Li Residence of Anju ancient town for example,the indoor ventilation of the Li Residence is measured actually to research and improve the indoor ventilation of the traditional residence in ancient town;the reforming scheme of indoor ventilation is presented according to the actual measurement data,and after the ventilation simulation by software it is found that it is not perfect for the improvement of indoor ventilation of the traditional residence in ancient town of Chongqing,only to use the passive way such as optimizing the plan function and reforming the windows and doors,and the active ventilation ancillary equipment is needed to solve the problem of poor indoor ventilation drastically.By the contrast experiment,at last in the Reconstruction of Li Residence,the new central self-balance ventilation system which is small-size and low-cost is chosen as the active ventilation improvement strategy.

在分析摆动活齿传动的啮合原理和载荷分布的基础上,应用弹性流体动力润滑理论对摆动活齿传动进行了研究,分析了该种传动所处的润滑状态,揭示了油膜厚度的分布规律,讨论了最小油膜厚度的影响因素。结果表明活齿与激波器啮合处,主要处于刚性-变粘度润滑区,而活齿与内齿圈啮合处,主要处于弹性-变粘度润滑区;在摆动活齿传动中,在活齿啮入、啮出以及齿圈曲线拐点附近,油膜厚度较小,容易发生磨损、胶合;摆动活齿传动低副等效机构的机构参数对油膜厚度分布和最小油膜厚度都存在不同程度的影响。在允许范围内,适当调整摆动活齿传动等效机构参数,有利于啮合副油膜的形成并可增大最小油膜厚度,从而提高摆动活齿传动的承载能力。

目的考察降脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的治疗效果及其对肠道菌群和代谢的影响。方法选取NAFLD患者13例作为患者组,选取体检健康志愿者15名作为健康组,患者组服用降脂方3月后,通过患者糖脂代谢、胰岛和肝脏功能的变化考察降脂方的治疗效果,通过16S rRNA测序技术考察粪便标本肠道菌群丰度的变化,代谢组学技术考察粪便标本代谢产物含量的变化。结果 NAFLD患者肠道菌群构成发生较大变化,多样性显著下降(P<0.05),巨单胞菌属占优势,服药3月后,降脂方可显著降低NAFLD患者肝脏硬度并改善其糖脂代谢、胰岛和肝脏功能,肠道中布劳特氏菌属相对丰度显著上调(P<0.05),栖粪杆菌属、布劳特氏菌属和拟杆菌属较占优势。与降脂方治疗前组相比,治疗后组患者粪便中代谢产物68个显著上调,43个显著下调(P均<0.05),嘧啶代谢等功能具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降脂方对NAFLD具有较好的治疗效果,可调控NAFLD患者肠道菌群和代谢功能。
