原儿茶醛对环磷酰胺诱导急性肾损伤的保护作用及机制研究

目的研究原儿茶醛对环磷酰胺(CTX)所致急性肾损伤的预防作用及其机制。方法将24只SPF级雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组及原儿茶醛低、高剂量(15、30mg·kg^(-1))组,每组各6只。对照组和模型组ig给予0.9%氯化钠溶液,原儿茶醛低、高剂量组每日1次ig对应药物。连续给药14d,末次给药1h后,除对照组外,其余各组单次ip给药CTX(200mg·kg^(-1))。次日,在称体质量麻醉后取血和肾脏,分离血清,检测小鼠血清肌酐(CRE)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等生化指标;采用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察肾脏病理损伤情况;采用荧光染色检测小鼠肾脏TUNEL的表达情况;采用Westernblotting检测B淋巴细胞瘤2(Bcl-2)和Bcl-2相关X蛋白(BAX)等凋亡相关蛋白的表达情况。结果与对照组比较,模型组小鼠的肾脏指数显著降低(P<0.01);血清CRE水平显著升高(P<0.001);血清SOD、CAT、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平显著降低(P<0.05、0.01、0.001),丙二醛(MDA)水平显著升高(P<0.01);模型组小鼠肾脏细胞排列错乱、可见明显的炎症细胞浸润,伴随肾小管空泡变性和肾小管扩张;模型组小鼠肾脏TUNEL阳性表达显著增多(P<0.001);且肾脏天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)和Bcl-2的表达显著下降(P<0.01、0.001),而cleaved-Caspase3、BAX蛋白的表达显著上升(P<0.01、0.001)。与模型组比较,原儿茶醛低、高剂量组小鼠肾脏指数均显著增加(P<0.05);原儿茶醛高剂量组小鼠血清中的CRE水平明显降低(P<0.001);原儿茶醛低、高剂量组小鼠血清中SOD、CAT、GSH-Px水平显著上升(P<0.05、0.01、0.001),MDA水平显著下降(P<0.05;原儿茶醛低、高剂量组肾脏组织细胞排列比较规整,炎症细胞浸润及肾小管空泡变性和肾小管扩张等病理改变少见;原儿茶醛低、高剂量组肾脏TUNEL阳性表达有所下降(P<0.01、0.001),Caspase-3和Bcl-2蛋白表达显著上升(P<0.05、0.01、0.001)),cleaved-Caspase-3和BAX蛋白表达显著下降(P<0.01、0.001),呈剂量相关性。结论原儿茶醛可预防CTX所致急性肾损伤,其机制可能与抗细胞凋亡有关。

The four-body interaction plays an important role in many-body systems, and it can exhibit interesting phase transition behaviors. In this letter, we report the experimental demonstration of a four-body interaction in a four-qubit nuclear magnetic resonance quantum information processor. The strongly modulating pulse is used to implement spin selective excitation. The results show a good agreement between theory and experiment.

Three-body interaction plays an important role in many-body physics,and quantum computer is efficient in simulating many-body interactions. We have experimentally demonstrated the general three-body interactions in a three-qubit nuclear magnetic resonance ensemble quantum computer. Using a nuclear magnetic resonance computer we implemented general forms of three-body interactions including σ 1x σ z2 σ x3 and σ 1x σ z2 σ y3 . The results show good agreement between theory and experiment. We have also given a concise and practical formula for a general n-body interaction in terms of one-and two-body interactions.

The Hydrobios in Dongping Lake, Shandong Province, mainly includes phytoplankton, zooplankton, benthic animals, fishes and hydrophytic vascular plants. Nitrogen and phosphorus are the restrictive factors for the growth and propagation of hydrophyta, therefore the key to the prevention and control of eutrophication in lakes lies in the control of the contents of the two elements in the water. Artificial fishing of algae can reduce the concentrations of trophic substances such as nitrogen and phosphorus in the water bodies, and biological measures may decrease the contents of these trophic substances in the bottom sediments and the water bodies, thereby playing an active role in modifying the eutrophication of the lake.

本文基于组织交易的分析视角,将基层负担概念化为基层政府工作人员为了执行政策而在同政府内外人员持续互动的过程中感到繁重的经历。从互动的发起方和影响方两个维度构建了基层负担的概念分析框架,区分出基层负担的四种类型:内部行为型、主动服务型、被动回应型、外部关系型。利用系统综述方法,搜集2001—2021年基层负担相关研究文献,采用内容分析法进行编码分析。研究发现,基层负担具有丰富的概念图景;不同类型的负担占比存在显著差异,内部行为负担、主动服务负担、被动回应负担、外部关系负担的出现频率依次递减;基层负担受到了越来越多的关注,特别是激励分配、繁文缛节、政策压力、一般任务、专项任务等议题在近些年迅速增加。本文有助于理解基层负担的不同形态,深化关于基层负担差异性和动态性的研究,也为基层减负提供政策设计建议。

The redox properties of four series of more than one handred acids and salts of rare earth heteropoly compounds, such as LnHSiMoi2O40, In (PMo11 O39)211-, Ln (PW11 O39)211-, Ln (AsW11 O39)211-, Ln(GeW11O39)213-, Ln(BW11O39)215-, Ln(GaW11O39)216-, Ln(P2Mo17O61)217-, Ln (As2W17O61)217-, Ln2P2Mo18O62and Ln2HP2Mo17VO62(Ln=La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, etc. ) which have Keggin, Daw-son and their derivative structures, were studied by means of potentiometric titration, polarography and cy-clovoltammetry. The mechanisms of the redox reactions were supposed-and the orders of redox ability of the heteropoly compounds were concluded. The periodic changes in reduction potentials of Ln(PMo11O39)211-and Ln(P2Mo17O61)2217- with Ln atomic numbers, and the correlation between E1/2 of Ln(XMo11O39)2(?)-(X =P, Ge, Si) and nq2(n is the main quantum number of the central atoms and q is their charges) were found.

In this paper, the assignment of acomplex 8-spin-half system (7,7-dichloro-6-oxo-2-tio-bicycle [3.2.0] heptane-4-carboxlic acid) using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) techniques is presented and the hamiltonian obtained, was used to demonstrate universal control. The system has 313C and 51H, in our work, we carried out traditional 1-D and 2-D experiments and also made use of coherent control together with simulation to get the full hamiltonian of this weakly coupled system. Spin-echo J-resolved 2-D experiments were used to obtain the heteronuclear and homonuclear coupling values; COSY45 experiments were used to obtain the signs of homonuclear coupling constants. The signs of heteronuclear coupling constants were obtained using the polarization transfer method. All the data obtained in the experiments were used in the simulation of the 1-D spectra and then optimized using the least square fitting method. After obtaining the full hamiltonian of the 8-spin system, we used it in QIP, prepared pseudopure states and implemented 1-qubit and 2-qubit gates on one of its 6-qubit subsystems.

采用熔融冷却法制备了掺杂不同比例Yb^(3+)和Tm^(3+)的磷酸盐玻璃,通过在630℃保温1 h得到透明的微晶玻璃,对样品进行XRD测试,表明析出的晶体为Na_(3.6)Y_(1.8)(PO_(4))_(3),通过Jade6.0计算和TEM分析,其晶粒尺寸均在20~40 nm之间,小于可见光波长,透过率光谱表明,经过热处理之后微晶玻璃仍保持70%以上的透过率。研究了前驱体玻璃和微晶玻璃在980 nm LD泵浦下的上转换荧光光谱,微晶玻璃的上转换效率明显高于前驱体玻璃,在上转换荧光光谱中,475 nm处发射强烈的上转换蓝光,654 nm处发射微弱的红光,795 nm处发射较弱的红外光。随着Yb^(3+)掺杂浓度的增加其上转换效率先增大后减小,Yb^(3+)的掺杂浓度为0.9%时,产生浓度猝灭现象。通过分析上转发光强度与激光器泵浦功率之间的关系,在Yb^(3+)和Tm^(3+)共掺的磷酸盐微晶玻璃中,上转换蓝光、红光和红外光的发射均为双光子过程。解释了Yb^(3+)和Tm^(3+)在磷酸盐微晶玻璃中的上转换发光机制。利用CIE1931计算,可知Yb^(3+)和Tm^(3+)共掺磷酸盐微晶玻璃的上转换发光色度坐标落在了蓝光区域,有望用在光学储存、全色显示、蓝色防伪、蓝光激光玻璃等领域。
