In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party collaboration is crucial due to concerns over privacy and data *** Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such collaboration,allowing diverse entities to collectively enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training ***,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility to privacy inference attacks,where an honest but curious server could potentially reconstruct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by the *** vulnerability poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway transportation *** this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy-enhancing method to against privacy inference attacks in ***,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively limiting the information contained in shared *** reducing the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively resist reverse privacy attacks and prevent the reconstruction of the original data from the *** experiments were conducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy of *** results show that SensFL can effectively mitigate privacy inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy of the primary learning *** results underscore SensFL’s potential to advance privacy protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway systems,addressing critical security concerns in collaborative learning environments.

为使抗骨结核药物在病灶区长期维持一定浓度,并促进术后缺损处的骨修复,应用羟基磷灰石、聚乙烯醇、丝素蛋白作为药物载体材料,结合自制机械式挤出装置制备同轴梯度骨组织工程支架。为使骨组织工程支架顺利植入体内,且保证支架负载的药物持续缓慢地释放,现对药物载体材料骨组织工程支架降解性能进行测试。研究发现降解10周后,无丝素蛋白的单轴支架的降解率为40.14%,同轴骨组织工程支架降解率为28.15%,说明复合丝素后降解速率明显变缓,这为药物长期释放提供可能。降解10周后,降解液pH值为6.8,溶液呈弱酸性。高倍扫描电镜图显示同轴骨组织工程支架微孔结构分布均匀,孔径尺寸随降解时间延长不断变大,可为新骨生长提供空间。力学实验测试结果表明同轴骨组织工程支架降解10周后抗压强度是12.61MPa,满足人体松质骨承载要求。

与基于短时谱的语音增强方法相比,卡尔曼滤波的语音增强方法是基于语音生成模型的增强方法,这种基于模型的递推计算,导致卡尔曼滤波时的计算量很大。为了减少卡尔曼滤波的计算量,本文给出一种基于子带卡尔曼滤波的语音增强方法。先将带噪语音分解成子带信号,并通过子带频域谱减后估计低阶AR模型参数,然后利用卡尔曼滤波对子带信号进行滤波,最后由滤波后的子带信号重构全带语音信号,实现语音增强。实验表明该方法在提高语音质量的同时,通过子带分解降低了卡尔曼滤波的模型阶数,明显减少了语音增强系统的计算量,更容易实时实现。

Deciphering the role of ultra-low-loaded rhodium in NiFe-MIL-53 for superior oxygen evolution reaction

Designing highly active and stable electrocatalysts of oxygen evolution reaction （OER） is one of the crucial *** this study,a novel OER electrocatalyst,NiFe-MIL-53 modified with ultra-low rhodium（Rh@NiFe-MIL-53）,is successfully prepared via the hydrothermal ***-situ Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy reveal that the doped Rh accelerates the phase transformation of NiFe-MIL-53 and the in-situ formed Rh@NiFeOOH is the actual active *** importantly,the enhanced reversibility of electrochemical reconstruction between NiFeOOH and NiFe（OH）2after doping Rh is beneficial for improving the electrochemical stability of the catalyst.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectra show the strong electronic interaction between single-atom Rh and Ni/Fe in Rh@***,theoretical calculations confirm that the integration of single-atom Rh into the NiFeOOH successfully reduces the band gap,regulates the d-band center （εd）,accelerates the charge transfer,and optimizes the adsorption behavior of oxygen-containing intermediates,thereby lowering the energy barrier of rate-determining ***,the optimized Rh@NiFe-MIL-53 exhibits excellent OER activity （240 mV） with a small Tafel slope of 48.2 mV dec-1and long-term durability (over1270 h at 10 m A cm-2and 110 h at 200 mA cm-2).This work presents a new perspective on designing highly efficient OER electrocatalysts.

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A), the most prevalent and conserved RNA modification in eukaryotic cells, profoundly influences virtually all aspects of mRNA metabolism. mRNA plays crucial roles in neural stem cell genesis and neural regeneration, where it is highly concentrated and actively involved in these processes. Changes in m^(6)A modification levels and the expression levels of related enzymatic proteins can lead to neurological dysfunction and contribute to the development of neurological diseases. Furthermore, the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, as well as nerve regeneration, are intimately linked to memory function and neurodegenerative diseases. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, as well as its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases. m^(6)A has demonstrated divergent effects on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. These observed contradictions may arise from the time-specific nature of m^(6)A and its differential impact on neural stem cells across various stages of development. Similarly, the diverse effects of m^(6)A on distinct types of memory could be attributed to the involvement of specific brain regions in memory formation and recall. Inconsistencies in m^(6)A levels across different models of neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, suggest that these disparities are linked to variations in the affected brain regions. Notably, the opposing changes in m^(6)A levels observed in Parkinson's disease models exposed to manganese compared to normal Parkinson's disease models further underscore the complexity of m^(6)A's role in neurodegenerative processes. The roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, and its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases, appear contradictory. Morphological alterations in dendritic spines have been linked to changes in functional communication between neurons that affect learning and ***-4 KIF21A helps organize the microtubule-actin network at the cell cortex by interacting with KANK1;however,whether KIF21A modulates dendritic structure and function in neurons remains *** this study,we found that KIF21A was distributed in a subset of dendritic spines,and that these KIF21A-positive spines were larger and more structurally plastic than KIF21A-negative ***,the interaction between KIF21A and KANK1 was found to be critical for dendritic spine morphogenesis and synaptic *** of either KIF21A or KANK1 inhibited dendritic spine morphogenesis and dendritic branching,and these deficits were fully rescued by coexpressing full-length KIF21A or KANK1,but not by proteins with mutations disrupting direct binding between KIF21A and KANK1 or binding between KANK1 and *** down KIF21A in the hippocampus of rats inhibited the amplitudes of long-term potentiation induced by high-frequency stimulation and negatively impacted the animals’cognitive *** together,our findings demonstrate the function of KIF21A in modulating spine morphology and provide insight into its role in synaptic function.

目的探讨凝血酶原时间测定中不同对照血浆对INR结果的影响,为临床提供更加准确、稳定的数据。方法采用Sysmex CA-530型全自动血凝分析仪,分析以健康人混合血浆、冻干、定标血浆及单份健康人血浆3种作为正常对照血浆,对INR结果的影响。结果以冻干定标血浆作为正常对照血浆与健康人混合血浆相比,标本的INR测定结果差异无显著性,但以单价健康人血浆作为正常对照,测定标本的INR结果有显著差异性。结论在日常的PT检测中,不应采用单价健康人血浆作为正常对照血浆。

针对美国30m望远镜(TMT)三镜系统在工作时的特殊要求,对三镜系统的Rotator组件轴承进行了设计,提出了在载荷连续变化条件下轴系的设计方法。通过分析该系统独特的运动和受力方式并对比现有大型望远镜结构形式,确定了三排滚柱支撑的轴系方案及轴承结构参数。计算中将天顶角定义为变量,确定了轴承的最恶劣工况及此时的望远镜指向。采用了数值计算和有限元仿真的方法对这一条件下的轴承变形和应力同时进行校核,两种方法得到的结果符合得很好,证明了模型的正确性。结果表明,天顶角为0°～65°时,轴承在x、y、z方向上的变形不超过0.015mm,轴承倾角不超过1.7×10-5 rad,满足设计要求,并留有很大裕度。
