Neuromorphic computing is known for its efficient computational speed,low latency,and reduced power consumption,which is considered a pivotal technology to overcome the von Neumann *** synapses are an indispensable component of neuromorphic computational artificial neural *** guarantee effective and precise processing of optical signals,it must have a high responsivity,detectivity,and the ability to adapt to various ***,a synaptic transistor based on the HfS_(2)/VO_(2) heterojunction with a responsivity of8.6×1.^(3) A·W^(-1.and a detectivity of 1.26×1.^(1.)Jones at405 nm laser was ***,the typical synaptic behavior was successfully simulated,including postsynaptic currents(PSCs),the transition from shortterm plasticity(STP)to long-term plasticity(LTP).When VO_(2) converts from the semiconductor state to the metal state,the HfS_(2)/VO_(2) heterojunction transforms into a Schottky heterojunction from a TypeⅡheterojunction with ***'s important,the heterojunction still exhibits excellent responsivity and detectivity,as well as stability of synaptic *** addition,the classical Pavlovian conditioning experiment is simulated under different laser intensity to study the brain's associative learning *** results demonstrate that the HfS_(2)/VO_(2) heterojunction synapse exhibits significant responsivity and detectivity and is adaptable to high-temperature environments,showing great potential for neuromorphic computational applic ations.

CFU/mL pathogens in the blood within 4 h,with higher sensitivity than qPCR.M-RAP and qPCR for SA,PA,and AB yielded Kappa values of 0.839,0.81.,and 0.856,respectively(P1.bead enrichment has been developed and can be potentially used for the early detection of bacteremia.

Surface Nanocrystallization of Magnesium Alloy AZ91. by High-Energy Shot Peening

High-energy shot peening （HESP）, a method to produce severe plastic deformation by high velocity flying balls, was applied on die cast magnesium alloy AZ91.. Effects of surface nanocrystallization by HESP and heat treatment at different temperatures were investigated. The mi- crostructure evolution was conducted using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and field emission scanning electronic microscopy （FESEM）. The hardness was measured by microhardness tester. The experimental results show that surface nanocrystrallization of AZ91. obtained by HESP would lead to the increase of microhardness. Low temperature heated at 1.0℃ for 1.h do not change the property obviously. However, both the microstructure and microhardness vary greatly after heat treatment at 400℃ for 1.h.

Expression and Identification of Mutated Osteoprotegerin in Culture Cells and Larvae of Silkworm

The mutated osteoprotegerin (OPG-372) gene was inserted into the baculovirus transfer vector pBacPAK8, and the recombinant plasmid was co-transfected with linearized Bm-BacPAK6 virus DNA into BmN cells, then homologous recombination occurred inside the cells. The recombinant virus BmNPV-OPG- 372 was screened and identified by Southern blotting. The recombinant human OPG-372 was expressed in cultured cells and the larvae of silkworm by inoculation of recombinant virus. The expression products were run on the SDS-PAGE and their immunoreactivities were determined by Western blotting. It was found that a 42 kD recombinant protein was expressed in BmN cells and a 46 kD one in larvae respectively. The bioactivi- ties of the recombinant proteins were determined by hypocalcemic effect assay in the mice. The results showed that the recombinant proteins had a significant hypocalcemic effect on mice sera.

The Properties of Solution Precursor Plasma Spray Nanostructured Thermal Barrier Coatings

About 300 μm thickness uniform thermal barrier coatings （TBCs） were deposited on the 1.r1.Ni9Ti samples by solution precursor plasma spray （SPPS）.The analysis methods,such as TEM,SEM,and XRD were used to characterize the coatings in the aspects of microstructure and phase *** samples were quenched from 1.21.℃ to room temperature by forced-air to measure the thermal cycling *** density were measured by means of water *** experimental results show that grain size of the SPPS TBCs is about 30 nm with desired tetragonal phase ZrO2,and the SPPS TBCs（with 1.% porosity） consist of arcuate pores,gelatin and melted *** hardness of the coatings is HR45Y38.5 and bond strength between coatings and substrates is 24.2 *** thermal shock test show the coatings have a average life of 500 cycles which is about 2.5 times than that of conventional air plasma spray （APS） TBCs.

Understanding the response of the Earth system to varying concentrations of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))is critical for projecting possible future climate change and for providing insight into mitigation and adaptation strategies in the near *** this study,we generate a dataset by conducting an experiment involving carbon dioxide removal(CDR)—a potential way to suppress global warming—using the Chinese Academy of Sciences Earth System Model version 2.0(CASESM2.0).A preliminary evaluation is *** model is integrated from 200–340 years as a 1.yr^(−1. CO_(2) concentration increase experiment,and then to~478 years as a carbon dioxide removal experiment until CO_(2) returns to its original ***,another 80 years is integrated in which CO_(2) is kept *** in the 2-m temperature,precipitation,sea surface temperature,ocean temperature,Atlantic meridional overturning circulation(AMOC),and sea surface height are all *** the ramp-up period,the global mean 2-m temperature and precipitation both increase while the AMOC *** of all the above variables change in the opposite direction in the ramp-down period,with a delayed peak relative to the CO_(2) *** CO_(2) returns to its original value,the global mean 2-m temperature is still~1.K higher than in the original state,and precipitation is~0.07 mm d^(–1. *** the end of the simulation,there is a~0.5°C increase in ocean temperature and a 1.Sv weakening of the *** model simulation produces similar results to those of comparable experiments previously reported in the literature.

Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 1.B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1.1.0 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1.1.0 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.
