It is becoming increasingly difficult for Chinese citizens to access traditional public transport because of overcrowded community structures. Therefore, novel ideas are required to improve the transport system. In this respect, this study considers the design of a public transport scheduling model for a micro system. The model aims to minimize passenger waiting time and maximize number of passengers one bus carries, by simultaneously optimizing departure intervals and use of traditional and rapid buses. The model is superior to traditional models, as it analyzes the phenomena of vehicle overtaking, vehicle capacity limit, and passenger determination uncertainty. In addition, the model is a sophisticated nonlinear multi-objective optimization problem and contains more than one type of decision variable, therefore two composite algorithms, HPSO and GAPSO, are proposed, which are improvements of the Genetic Algorithm （GA） and Particle Swarm Optimization （PSO）. These two algorithms are compared to the classical GA with respect to stability and effect, and the results show them to be strong in both respects. In addition, the simultaneous optimization method has evident advantages compared to single-method optimizations.

Preliminary Study on the Treatment Efficiency of Pasteurized Lime Thermal Alkaline Hydrolysis for Excess Activated Sludge and Reduction of Tetracycline Resistance Genes

Thermal alkaline hydrolysis is a common pretreatment method for the utilization of excess activated sludge(EAS).Owing to strict environment laws and need for better energy utilization,new methods were developed in this study to improve the efficiency of pretreatment method.Direct thermal hydrolysis(TH),pasteurized thermal hydrolysis(PTH),and alkaline pasteurized thermal hydrolysis(PTH+CaO and PTH+NaOH)methods were used to treat EAS.Each method was compared and analyzed in terms of dissolution in ammonium nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)and soluble COD(SCOD)in EAS.Furthermore,the removal of tetracycline resistance genes(TRGs)and class 1 transposon gene intI1 from EAS was investigated.The NH_(4)^(+)-N and SCOD concentrations in EAS treated by PTH were 1.24 and 2.58 times higher than those of TH.However,the removal efficiency of total TRGs and intI1 between the groups was comparable.The SCOD concentration of the PTH+NaOH group was 4.37 times higher than that of the PTH group,and the removal efficiency of total TRGs was increased by 9.52%compared with that by PTH.The NH_(4)^(+)-N and SCOD concentrations of the PTH+CaO group could reach 85.04%and 92.14%of the PTH+NaOH group,but the removal efficiency of total TRGs by PTH+CaO was 19.78%lower than that by PTH+NaOH.Thus,to reduce the financial cost in actual operation,lime(CaO)can be used instead of a strong alkali(NaOH),and pasteurized steam at 70℃ instead of conventional high-temperature heating to treat EAS.This study provides a reference for the development of alkaline hydrolysis under moderate temperatures along with the removal of TRGs in EAS.

Quantum teleportation as the key strategy for quantum communication requires pure maximally shared entangled states among quantum nodes.In practice,quantum decoherence drastically degrades the shared entanglement during entanglement distribution,which is a serious challenge for the development of quantum networks.However,most of the decoherence control strategies proposed thus far are either resource-intensive or time-consuming.To overcome this obstacle,we enable noise-resistant teleportation through a noisy channel with a limited number of qubits and without applying time-consuming weak measurements.We apply a quantum gate control unit consisting of a controlled NOT gate and a rotation gate after the original teleportation protocol is accomplished.Furthermore,we demonstrate that a teleportation fidelity of unity is attainable when environment-assisted measurement is added to the proposed teleportation protocol via quantum gates.Moreover,we present an entanglement distribution process by employing the designed quantum gate control unit followed by the deterministic standard teleportation protocol to improve teleportation fidelity by establishing improved shared entanglement.Our performance analysis indicates that the proposed teleportation schemes offer a competitive fidelity and success probability compared with the conventional schemes and a recent weak measurement-based teleportation protocol.

Autophagy is an intracellular degradation process that maintains cellular homeostasis.It is essential for protecting organisms from environmental stress.Autophagy can help the host to eliminate invading pathogens,including bacteria,viruses,fungi,and parasites.However,pathogens have evolved multiple strategies to interfere with autophagic signaling pathways or inhibit the fusion of autophagosomes with lysosomes to form autolysosomes.Moreover,host cell matrix degradation by different types of autophagy can be used for the proliferation and reproduction of pathogens.Thus,determining the roles and mechanisms of autophagy during pathogen infections will promote understanding of the mechanisms of pathogen-host interactions and provide new strategies for the treatment of infectious diseases.

More than 85%of patients with uveal melanoma(UM)carry a GNAQ or GNA11 mutation at a hotspot codon(Q209)that encodes G proteinαsubunit q/11 polypeptides(Gα_(q/11)).GNAQ/11 relies on palmitoylation for membrane association and signal transduction.Despite the palmitoylation of GNAQ/11 was discovered long before,its implication in UM remains unclear.Here,results of palmitoylation-targeted mutagenesis and chemical interference approaches revealed that the loss of GNAQ/11 palmitoylation substantially affected tumor cell proliferation and survival in UM cells.Palmitoylation inhibition through the mutation of palmitoylation sites suppressed GNAQ/11^(Q209L)-induced malignant transformation in NIH3T3 cells.Importantly,the palmitoylation-deficient oncogenic GNAQ/11 failed to rescue the cell death initiated by the knock down of endogenous GNAQ/11 oncogenes in UM cells,which are much more dependent on Gα_(q/11) signaling for cell survival and proliferation than other melanoma cells without GNAQ/11 mutations.Furthermore,the palmitoylation inhibitor,2-bromopalmitate,also specifically disrupted Gα_(q/11) downstream signaling by interfering with the MAPK pathway and BCL2 survival pathway in GNAQ/11-mutant UM cells and showed a notable synergistic effect when applied in combination with the BCL2 inhibitor,ABT-199,in vitro.The findings validate that GNAQ/11 palmitoylation plays a critical role in UM and may serve as a promising therapeutic target for GNAQ/11-driven UM.

The porphyrin-based copolymer PZnTPP-SFX is designed and synthesized by alternating porphyrin and spiro[fluorene-9,9'-xanthene]via Suzuki copolymerization.A simple memristor structure of ITO/ZnTPP-SFX/AlOx/Al was fabricated by spin-coating process.The conventional synaptic plasticity is emulated using the single memristor including nonlinear transmission characteristics,spike-timing dependent plasticity and spike-rate dependent plasticity.New spike-voltage dependent plasticity is also found in the memristor which can selectively perform potentiation and depression behaviors at a unipolar voltage.Compared with the device performance of uncoordinated metalloporphyrin polymer,it was found that oxygen vacancies diffuse and migrate into PZnTPP-SFX layer with the assist of coordination metal.This study suggests that porphyrin-based polymers have great promise for synaptic simulation of artificial neural network.

成人型难治性痤疮的核心病机是脾胃功能失常,其始于脾胃虚弱,继而造成脾胃运化失常、气机升降失常及肝脾失调,导致湿浊留滞、气机郁滞而生成痤疮;又因虚、湿、郁、瘀、热、浊毒等病邪相互掺杂,推动病情进展,致痤疮反复难愈。提出以平胃法为治疗大法,其根本目的是恢复脾胃的正常状态和功能;具体治疗是以补益健运脾胃法为主,配合祛湿化浊、疏肝理气法,并根据病情变化适当辅以活血化瘀、清热解毒类药物,常以四君子汤合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗。

Diatom Response to Global Warming in Douhu Lake,Southeast China

A large number of lacustrine sedimentary records indicate that global warming is the main factor leading to significant changes in diatom communities in lakes of the northern hemisphere.However,due to the intensification of human activities since 1850,some scholars have emphasized that the increasing lake trophic level may be the main reason for the changes in diatom communities.The debate is ongoing.In order to avoid falling into the complex relationship between diatom changes and the seasonal cycle that characterizes lakes in mid and high latitudes,we chose a lake located at a low latitude,where the relationship between diatoms and temperature is not indirect but direct.The diatom record spans the past ca.100 years and reveals that the abundance of Aulacoseira granulata increased from 1900 until 1985,replacing the previously dominant Aulacoseira ambigua.These changes are in agreement with the increasing trend in global temperature.Since 1985,the percentages of the small-celled Discostella stelligera and the benthic diatom Navicula heimansioides have increased,while Aulacoseira granulata has decreased.This latest shift is caused by further global warming.We conclude that warming is the main factor leading to changing diatom communities in Douhu Lake.
