The development of communication technology will promote the application of Internet of Things,and Beyond 5G will become a new technology *** the same time,Beyond 5G will become one of the important supports for the development of edge computing *** paper proposes a communication task allocation algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning for vehicle-to-pedestrian communication scenarios in edge *** trial and error learning of agent,the optimal spectrum and power can be determined for transmission without global information,so as to balance the communication between vehicle-to-pedestrian and *** results show that the agent can effectively improve vehicle-to-infrastructure communication rate as well as meeting the delay constraints on the vehicle-to-pedestrian link.

Over the past 70 years, the semiconductor industry has undergone transformative changes,largely driven by the miniaturization of devices and the integration of innovative structures and materials. Two-dimensional(2D) materials like transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) and graphene are pivotal in overcoming the limitations of silicon-based technologies, offering innovative approaches in transistor design and functionality, enabling atomic-thin channel transistors and monolithic 3D integration. We review the important progress in the application of 2D materials in future information technology, focusing in particular on microelectronics and optoelectronics. We comprehensively summarize the key advancements across material production, characterization metrology, electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, and heterogeneous integration on silicon. A strategic roadmap and key challenges for the transition of 2D materials from basic research to industrial development are outlined. To facilitate such a transition, key technologies and tools dedicated to 2D materials must be developed to meet industrial standards, and the employment of AI in material growth, characterizations, and circuit design will be essential. It is time for academia to actively engage with industry to drive the next 10 years of 2D material research.

为研究DD5镍基单晶高温合金缓进磨削表面粗糙度和硬化率对疲劳性能的影响规律及机理,设计实验并进行了试件磨削与疲劳性能测试。结果表明:表面粗糙度的增大引起应力集中加剧,导致疲劳性能降低,不同磨削工艺下表面粗糙度由0.347μm增大到0.687μm,其疲劳寿命由5.51×10^(5)降至3.38×10^(5),下降率约38.66%;表面粗糙度小于0.4μm时表面硬化可提高试件疲劳寿命,表面粗糙度超过0.4μm时表面硬化对疲劳性能的影响不显著;形貌测试结果表明,随着表面粗糙度的提高,磨削表面耕犁产生的沟壑数量和深度均增大,疲劳载荷作用下磨削表面裂纹源数量增加、应力集中加剧,从而导致疲劳寿命降低。较小的表面粗糙度与较大的表面硬化率均可提高DD5缓进磨削疲劳性能。

隧道掌子面节理卷积神经网络智能识别方法

为解决现有隧道掌子面节理裂隙识别方法中存在的识别精度不足、鲁棒性较低以及检测速度较慢等问题,提出了一种名为Mask Region-convolutional Neural Network-EfficientNet(Mask R-CNN-E)的隧道掌子面节理裂隙识别算法。该算法以Mask R-CNN实例分割算法为基础,采用先进的EfficientNet网络作为主干网络,加强了Mask R-CNN算法获取特征信息的能力,从而显著提升了识别精度。EfficientNet通过复合缩放方法(Compound Scaling Method)有效地平衡了网络的深度、宽度和分辨率,使得在计算效率和准确率之间达到了最佳平衡。在模型训练过程中,采用了多尺度训练方式和学习率调整策略poly,以增强算法的鲁棒性。为评估算法的性能,以平均精度值Am为测试指标,与传统的Mask R-CNN算法开展了对比试验。此外,采用骨架算法对模型检测输出的节理裂隙掩码进行细化处理,以获取更为精确的节理裂隙量化信息。研究结果表明:改进后的算法在预测框平均精度值(b_Am)和分割平均精度值(s_Am)上分别达到了0.656和0.436,均显著高于传统方法,表明了其在识别精度上的优势;改进后的Mask R-CNN-E算法在隧道掌子面节理裂隙识别方面有显著提升,尤其在复杂的隧道作业环境中表现出更强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力;在节理裂隙长度测量方面,算法的误差控制在1.5%~9.8%之间,能够更好地满足工程实际需求。该方法不仅在理论上有较高的精度和鲁棒性,在实际应用中也能提供更为可靠的支持,对于提高隧道工程的安全性和施工效率具有重要意义。

A series of novel title compounds 6a-6r and 7a-7c have been synthesized by Mannich reaction of the new triazole Schiff base intermidiates, substituted piperazine and formaldehyde under mild conditions in excellent yields. The crystal structure of compound 6i was determined to show a chair conformation of the piperazine ring and an （E）-configuration of the C=N double bond. The bioassay results indicated that most of the newly synthesized compounds exhibited excellent in vitro inhibitory activities and broader spectrum against several plant fungi, and were more effective than the control Triadimefon. Several compounds also displayed favourable in vivo antifungal activities. The relationships between the compound structures and various biological activities were discussed. Furthermore, the CoMFA calculation based on the antifungal activity data of compounds 6 against R. cerealis was carried out to establish a 3D-QSAR model, which revealed that steric and electrostatic fields were two most important factors for contributing the bioactivity of the compounds. The present work will provide significant information for guiding optimization of such new structures to develop novel agrochemicals with higher antifungal activities.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

Observation and research on solar radio emission have unique scientific values in solar and space physics and related space weather forecasting applications, since the observed spectral structures may carry important information about energetic electrons and underlying physical mechanisms. In this study, we present the design of a novel dynamic spectrograph that has been installed at the Chashan Solar Radio Observatory operated by the Laboratory for Radio Technologies, Institute of Space Sciences at Shandong university. The spectrograph is characterized by real-time storage of digitized radio intensity data in the time domain and its capability to perform off-line spectral analysis of the radio spectra. The analog signals received via antennas and amplified with a low-noise amplifier are converted into digital data at a speed reaching up to 32 k data points per millisecond. The digital data are then saved into a high- speed electronic disk for further off-line spectral analysis. Using different word lengths （1-32k） and time cadences （5 ms-10 s） for off-line fast Fourier transform analysis, we can obtain the dynamic spectrum of a radio burst with different （user-defined） temporal （5 ms-10 s） and spectral （3 kHz-320kHz） resolutions. This enables great flexibility and convenience in data analysis of solar radio bursts, especially when some specific fine spectral structures are under study.

VIC模型在流域面积大于3 000 km^(2)的大型流域日或月尺度洪水模拟中表现出良好的适用性,而在大型流域小时尺度实时洪水预报过程中的适用性尚未得到验证。以三峡库区大型流域为例,通过建立小时尺度VIC分布式洪水预报模型,构建三峡库区流域实时滚动洪水预报方案,将VIC分布式洪水预报模型实地化部署并应用于2022及2023年三峡库区实时洪水预报。结果表明:VIC模型应用于2014—2021年三峡库区各子流域历史洪水模拟,率定期和验证期的洪量、洪峰平均合格率均在80%以上,确定性系数均值在0.70以上,构建的VIC分布式洪水预报模型在三峡库区及其子流域洪水模拟中表现出良好的适用性;在2022及2023年三峡库区4场典型洪水的实时洪水预报中,径流深和洪峰的平均相对误差达到16.3%和5.0%,重点产流区产流量平均相对误差为7.8%,能够准确把握库区重点产流区的洪量及来水过程,因此VIC模型在大型流域小时尺度实时洪水预报中具有较大的应用潜力。
