Aiming at the fatigue and comfort issues of human-machine contact interface in automobile driving and based on physiological and anatomical principle, the physiological and biochemical process of muscles and nerves in the formation and development of fatigue is analyzed systematically. The fatigue-causing physiological characteristic indexes are mapped to biomechanical indexes like muscle stress-strain, the compression deformation of blood vessels and nerves etc. from the perspective of formation mechanism. The geometrical model of skeleton and parenchyma is established by applying CT-scanned body data and MRI images. The general rule of comfort body pressure distribution is acquired through the analysis of anatomical structure of buttocks and femoral region. The comprehensive test platform for sitting comfort of 3D adjustable contact interface is constructed. The test of body pressure distribution of human-machine contact interface and its comparison with subjective evaluation indicates that the biomechanical indexes of automobile driving human-machine contact interface and body pressure distribution rule studied can effectively evaluate the fatigue and comfort issues of human-machine contact interface and provide theoretical basis for the optimal design of human-machine contact interface.

Effect of CaCl_2 on RDI and RI of Sinter

On the premise of maintaining the reducibility of sinter unchanged, it is of great significance to reduce the RDI （reduction degradation index） of sinter, which will improve the permeability of blast furnace burden column, so as to realize stable and smooth performance, and keep high yield and low consumption. Under laboratory conditions, a study on the RDI and RI （reduction index） of sinter was proposed, in which the sinter was immersed in solutions with different types and concentrations. In order to study the mechanism of CaCl2 effect on the RDI and RI of sinter, analysis based on the methods of IR spectra, SEM and chaleography was adopted. The results show that Cl^- is the main factor reducing the RDI of sinter, and the RDI and RI of sinter decrease with the increase of Cl^- concentration. With comprehensive consideration of the RDI and RI of sinter, when the concentration of Cl^ is 2%, the RDI of sinter will be significantly reduced and RI will not be affected.

In order to explore synthetic method of pure sodium pyroxene,the pure chemical reagents of Na2CO3,Fe（OH）3 and H2SiO3were used as raw materials,and the possible solid phase reactions for Na2CO3-Fe（OH）3-H2SiO3system in heating process had been studied by means of differential thermal analysis（DTA）and X-ray diffraction（XRD）. The influencing factors of sodium pyroxene（NaFeSi2O6）synthetic reaction,such as sintering temperature and holding time,had also been *** results show that sodium pyroxene can be largely synthesized at 737℃;it is helpful for synthesis of sodium pyroxene to increase sintering temperature appropriately,and the best temperature should be controlled at 900℃or so,because it will melt and decompose at temperatures higher than 900℃.In those influencing factors of sodium pyroxene synthesis the most important is *** results will be helpful for providing pure NaFeSi2O6for further research on the formation of SFCA for NaFeSi2O6-KAlSi2O3-CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2 system in the sintering process of Bayan-obo iron ore.

Microstructure and tensile properties of Ti-23Al-17Nb （at%） alloy sheets rolled in （a2 ＋ B2 ＋ O） phase field with the various heat treatments were studied. Before rolling the microstructure of the billet is B2 phase particles embedded in O phase continuity matrix. The B2 phases are deformed more greatly than a2/O phases during the same rolling step. The （a2 ＋B2） two phase equiaxed microstrueture can be obtained by solution treatment in （a2 ＋ B2） phase field. The B2 phases become the continuous matrix by recrystallization and growing up of B2 and thus anisotropy caused by rolling can be decreased. The microstructure obtained by solution treatment has better tensile properties than the microstructure gained by subsequent aging treatment in （O＋ B2） phase field because the O phases precipitate as the block structure during aging and results in the B2 matrix continuity being broken down.

Investigation on Pulverized Coal Combustion Behavior by Non-Isothermic Integral Thermogravimetry Method

The combustion process of pulverized coal was investigated by non-isothermic integral thermogravimetry. The thermogravimetry curves were fitted by the Coats-Redferm approximation function, and kinetic parameters and characteristic temperatures were obtained. The optimal mixing ratio and particle size can be ascertained. The characteristic temperature of pulverized coal can be obtained from the thermogravimetry curve, and the combustion of coal can be divided into homogeneous and heterogeneous combustion according to the differential thermal analysis curve. The activation energy of a single type of coal ranking from low to high is as follows： bituminous coal, meager-lean coal, and anthracite. In the first mixing method, with more low-price meager-lean coal B replacing high price anthracite A, the activation energy slightly decreases; with more bituminous coal replacing meager-lean coal, total tendency makes a declining of activation. In the later mixing method, with an increase in particle size, a declining activation energy can be seen in total tendency.

Combustion Ratio of Waste Tire Particle, PC and Mixture at Blast Temperature of BF

In order to study the combustion characteristics of waste tire particle （WTP）, pulverized coal （PC） and their mixture, the contents of CO, CO2 and O2 of off-gas during the combustion of WTP, PC and mixture under the condition of rich oxygen by 0--4% in blast and at 1 250℃ were measured simultaneously using synthetically infrared analyzer, and then the corresponding combustion ratio was calculated and compared. The results showed that the burning rate of WTP reached approximately 57%, which is much higher than that of PC （only about 18%） in the in- itial 650 s in fresh air, and then the increase of combustion rate of PC is faster than that of WTP; the combustion rate of PC improved remarkably with the addition of WTP. Meanwhile, the combustion rates of all these materials improved with the increase of oxygen content.

The study on the beneficiation of titanium oxides from Panzhihua ilmenites by reduction of coal bearing pellets was carried out. The iron oxides in pellets were efficiently reduced to metal iron, and titanium oxide slag beneficiated was separated from metal iron. The effect of temperature, flux and coal blending ratio on the reduction and separation was investigated, and rational parameters were determined. A new process for the beneficiation of titanium oxides by rotary hearth furnace （RHF） was proposed.

Rules of Assimilation of Single Ore and Mixed Ores

Assimilation behaviors of 7 kinds of iron ores from Australia, Brazil, India, South Africa and China were evalua-ted and analyzed. On the basis of that, four ore blending principles were proposed, and seven groups of iron ore pow-der blending schemes were designed. The ores of different types or from different places are shown apparently differ-ent in assimilation. The assimilation of hematite in Australia, Brazil and India is relatively high, but the assimilation o{ magnetite in South Africa and China and specularite in China is relatively low. The assimilation of the ores has negative correlation with MgO content and binary basicity, while the assimilation of the ores has positive correlation with porosity, SiO2 and Al2O3 contents, and crystal water. The iron ores with smaller crystal size and microstruc- ture looseness have relatively higher assimilation. Assimilation of mixed ores has relationship of linear, arch and ＂S＂ types to the ratio of single iron ore powder. When the charge ratio of ore is less than 25%, it possesses additivity, providing theoretical basis for optimization of ore matching.

The whole melting curve of iron ore during sintering process was obtained,and the melting characteristics of iron ore were defined and explained. The whole melting process of mixture,mixed by iron ore and CaO reagent at basicity of 2.0 and 4.0,respectively,was observed using a SiC heating furnace with camcorder unit,and the melting curves of mixture that were relative height vs temperature curves were obtained. Besides,the melting characteristics of iron ore during sintering were introduced through defining some points in the melting curves,such as liquid forming temperature,inflexion temperature and flowing temperature,and the meaning of different shapes of the melting curves was clarified.
