China is now confronting the intertwined challenges of air pollution and climate *** the high synergies between air pollution abatement and climate change mitigation,the chinese government is actively promoting synergetic control of these two *** Synergetic Roadmap project was launched in 2.2. to track and analyze the progress of synergetic control in China by developing and monitoring key *** Synergetic Roadmap 2.2. report is the first annual update,featuring 2. indicators across five aspects:synergetic governance system and practices,progress in structural transition,air pollution and associated weather-climate interactions,sources,sinks,and mitigation pathway of atmospheric composition,and health impacts and benefits of coordinated *** to the comprehensive review presented in the 2.2. report,the Synergetic Roadmap 2.2. report places particular emphasis on progress in 2.2. with highlights on actions in key sectors and the relevant *** milestones include the proportion of non-fossil power generation capacity surpassing coal-fired capacity for the first time,a decline in the production of crude steel and cement after years of growth,and the surging penetration of electric ***,in 2.2.,China issued the first national policy that synergizes abatements of pollution and carbon emissions,marking a new era for China's pollution-carbon *** changes highlight China's efforts to reshape its energy,economic,and transportation structures to meet the demand for synergetic control and sustainable ***,the country has witnessed a slowdown in carbon emission growth,improved air quality,and increased health benefits in recent years.

DEAD-box helicase 17(DDX17)is a typical member of the DEAD-box family with transcriptional cofactor *** DDX17 is abundantly expressed in the myocardium,its role in heart is not fully *** generated cardiomyocyte-specific Ddx17-knockout mice(Ddx17-cKO),cardiomyocyte-specific Ddx17 transgenic mice(Ddx17-Tg),and various models of cardiomyocyte injury and heart failure(HF).DDX17 is downregulated in the myocardium of mouse models of heart failure and cardiomyocyte ***-specific knockout of Ddx17 promotes autophagic flux blockage and cardiomyocyte apoptosis,leading to progressive cardiac dysfunction,maladaptive remodeling and progression to heart *** of DDX17 expression in cardiomyocytes protects cardiac function under pathological *** studies showed that DDX17 can bind to the transcriptional repressor B-cell lymphoma 6(BCL6)and inhibit the expression of dynamin-related protein 1(DRP1).When DDX17 expression is reduced,transcriptional repression of BCL6 is attenuated,leading to increased DRP1 expression and mitochondrial fission,which in turn leads to impaired mitochondrial homeostasis and heart *** also investigated the correlation of DDX17 expression with cardiac function and DRP1 expression in myocardial biopsy samples from patients with heart *** findings suggest that DDX17 protects cardiac function by promoting mitochondrial homeostasis through the BCL6-DRP1 pathway in heart failure.

Known as a weak topological insulator(TI),BiSe structurally exhibits alternating stacks of quantum spin Hall bilayer("Bi_(2.")and three-dimensional TI layer("Bi_(2.Se_(3)").The low lattice thermal conductivity of BiSe due to the presence of Bi2.bilayers promises potentially good thermoelectric ***,the thermoelectric properties of nominal Bi_(1-x)Cu_(x)Se samples were studied as the functions of the content of Cu additive and *** is found that Cu additives in BiSe(1)profoundly affect the texture of densified polycrystalline samples by inclining the crystallographic c-axis parallel toward the pressure direction in the densification process,(2.increase considerably the effective mass and thus the Seebeck coefficient,and(3)yield point defects and Cu-Se secondary phases that effectively scatter heat-carrying *** a result,the optimized electrical and thermal properties yield a thermoelectric figure of merit of zT~0.2. in Bi_(1-x)Cu_(x)Se(x=0.03)sample at 467 K in parallel to the pressure direction and a zT~0.2. at 468 K in the perpendicular direction.

The photosynthetic reaction center complex(RCC)of green sulfur bacteria(GSB)consists of the membrane-imbedded RC core and the peripheric energy transmitting proteins called Fenna–Matthews–Olson(FMO).Functionally,FMO transfers the absorbed energy from a huge peripheral light-harvesting antenna named chlorosome to the RC core where charge separation *** vivo,one RC was found to bind two FMOs,however,the intact structure of RCC as well as the energy transfer mechanism within RCC remain to be *** we report a structure of intact RCC which contains a RC core and two FMO trimers from a thermophilic green sulfur bacterium Chlorobaculum tepidum at 2.9A resolution by cryo-electron *** second FMO trimer is attached at the cytoplasmic side asymmetrically relative to the first FMO trimer reported *** also observed two new subunits(PscE and PscF)and the N-terminal transmembrane domain of a cytochrome-containing subunit(PscC)in the *** two novel subunits possibly function to facilitate the binding of FMOs to RC core and to stabilize the whole complex.A new bacteriochlorophyll(numbered as 816)was identified at the interspace between PscF and PscA-1,causing an asymmetrical energy transfer from the two FMO trimers to RC *** on the structure,we propose an energy transfer network within this photosynthetic apparatus.

We investigate the screening effects on the spectrum of spontaneous radiation and radiative recombination to the 1s,2. and 2. states of hydrogen with total atom density N=1.7×10^(19)cm^(-3)and electron temperatures 1eV,2.V and 5eV under the local thermodynamic equilibrium(LTE)*** needed atomic energy levels,the radiative transition probabilities and radiative recombination cross sections are calculated by solving the Schr(o)dinger equation numerically incorporating the Debye-Hückel model in *** plasma emission spectrum is simulated for the first time by using the screened atomic *** red shift and the cutoff of Rydberg spectra are observed and it is also found that the 2.eV electron temperature case has the strongest screening effects and the emission spectra to the 2. and 2. states are more likely affected by screening effects than that of the ls state.

A prototype based on digital radio technology with associated open-loop Doppler signal processing techniques has been developed to measure a spacecraft's line-of-sight velocity. The prototype was tested in China's Chang'E-1 lunar mission relying on S-band telemetry signals transmitted by the sat-ellite,with results showing that the residuals had a RMS value of ～3 mm/s (1σ ) using 1-sec integration,which is consistent with the chinese conventional USB (Unified S-Band) tracking system. Such preci-sion is mainly limited by the short-term stability of the atomic (e.g. rubidium) clock at the uplink ground station. It can also be improved with proper calibration to remove some effects of the transmission media (such as solar plasma,troposphere and ionosphere),and a longer integration time (e.g. down to 0.56 mm/s at 34 seconds) allowed by the spacecraft dynamics. The tracking accuracy can also be in-creased with differential methods that may effectively remove most of the long-term drifts and some of the short-term uncertainties of the uplink atomic clock,thereby further reducing the residuals to the 1 mm/s level. Our experimental tracking data have been used in orbit determination for Chang'E-1,while other applications (such as the upcoming YH-1 Mars orbiter) based on open-loop Doppler tracking will be initiated in the future. Successful application of the prototype to the Chang'E-1 mission in 2.08 is believed to have great significance for China's future deep space exploration.
