Biotic and Abiotic Conditions Can Change the Reproductive Allocation of Zostera marina Inhabiting the Coastal Areas of North China

The relationships between reproductive allocation and different factors have been widely recognized for terrestrial plants, but scarcely for marine angiosperms. Focusing on the seagrass Zostera marina, we examined the change in biomass when it was partitioned to growth, vegetative propagation and reproductive allocation of Z. marina. We also evaluated the relationships between reproductive allocation and biotic and abiotic conditions in the coastal areas of north China. The results indicated that the reproductive allocation of Z. marina at the levels of genet, shoot and spathe was positively correlated with shoot characteristics such as height and biomass(P < 0.01), but was negatively correlated with branch number and leaf number per genet(P < 0.01). In addition, the allocation was also affected by other abiotic factors such as water column phosphate concentration(P < 0.05) and sediment total petroleum(P < 0.01). These findings indicated that both biotic and abiotic conditions significantly influenced the reproductive allocation of Z. marina, which may affect further the population dynamics.

从云烟卷烟中分离纯化后得到1株产蛋白酶能力较强的高温菌株YYC4。经16S rRNA基因序列分子生物学鉴定该菌株为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)。通过单因素和响应面优化确定YYC4菌株高温固态发酵未灭菌豆粕的最佳条件为:料液比1∶1.80 g/mL、发酵温度55℃、接种量10^(7)CFU/g含水基质、相对湿度80%、发酵时间50 h、MgSO_(4)质量分数0.12%。在此条件下发酵,豆粕可溶性蛋白质量分数由4.92%升高至18.57%,总蛋白质量分数由40.42%增加至47.95%,胰蛋白酶抑制剂质量分数则由8.19 mg/kg降低至3.19 mg/kg。

目的:探讨环磷酸鸟苷-腺苷合成酶-干扰素基因刺激因子(cGAS-STING)信号通路对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)动物模型中巨噬细胞极化的调控作用。方法:40只健康雄性C57BL/6小鼠,随机均分为对照组、假手术组、模型组和RU.521(cGAS抑制剂)组。模型组和RU.521组构建MIRI模型,假手术组仅开胸但不结扎冠脉,对照组无手术操作。RU.521组给予5 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)的RU.521腹腔注射,其余3组注射等体积0.9%氯化钠注射液,连续7 d。实验结束后,收集心肌组织与血清样本,采用蛋白免疫印迹(WB)法检测cGAS、STING蛋白表达,流式细胞术(FCM)测定M1、M2型巨噬细胞占比,酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β含量。结果:与对照组和假手术组相比,模型组小鼠的cGAS、STING蛋白表达水平,M1型巨噬细胞占比以及IL-6、TNF-α含量均显著升高,M2型巨噬细胞占比及IL-10、TGF-β水平均显著降低(P<0.001);与模型组比较,RU.521组小鼠的GAS、STING蛋白表达水平,M1型巨噬细胞占比以及IL-6、TNF-α含量均显著下降,M2型巨噬细胞占比及IL-10、TGF-β水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:缺血再灌注损伤触发cGAS-STING信号通路的激活,可促进巨噬细胞向M1型极化,并增强炎症反应,而抑制该通路则有助于巨噬细胞向M2型极化,从而限制过度激活的炎症反应。

The free surface profile and fluid flow in the mold of continuous casting have been calculated by the VOF method couplingthe SIMPLER algorithm. The SIMPLER-VOF model developed is validated by solving a classical experiment, broken damproblem. The calculated surface profile is consistent with water modelling. It is found that the free surface profile is coherentlyrelated to the position of circumfluence in the mold of continuous casting. With the increase of nozzle port inclination, thepositive vortex above the jet is near to the meniscus and the level fluctuation becomes prominent.

Auxin response factors(ARFs) are transcription factors that activate or repress the expression of primary/early auxin response genes by binding to auxin-responsive elements(Aux REs) in their promoter regions. The ARFs play important roles in diverse developmental *** explore the ARF gene family in hot pepper(Capsicum annuum L.), we performed a genome-wide identification and expression analysis. In this study, 19 pepper ARF genes(Ca ARFs) clustered into three phylogenetic groups(I, II, and III) were comprehensively analyzed. Conserved domain analysis showed that all Ca ARFs contained a B3 DNA-binding domain and a middle domain, but two members lacked the carboxyterminal dimerization(CTD) domain. The number of introns in Ca ARF genes ranged from 1 to 13 and the gene structure was similar among genes in the same phylogenetic group. Additionally, prediction of Ca ARFs promoter elements and putative targets for micro RNAs suggested that the regulation of Ca ARFs may occur at both transcriptional and posttranscriptional levels. Most Ca ARFs were expressed in more than one tested tissue, and most Ca ARFs were identified as being responsive to exogenous auxin. Moreover, time-course transcription profiles of Ca ARFs revealed their roles in adventitious rooting of hypocotyl cuttings from pepper seedlings. Therefore, our results will provide a foundation for better understanding the regulatory mechanisms and molecular functions of Ca ARFs in hot pepper.

In this study,pea starch was modified with maltogenicα-amylase and then its physicochemical properties,chain length distribution,and in vitro digestibility were *** analysis of the starch products resulting from the maltogenicα-amylase treatment revealed a decrease in the molecular weight,an increase in the proportion of short chains[degree of polymerization(DP)13),and a decrease in viscosity,resulting in slower *** results indicated that maltogenicα-amylase can selectively hydrolyzeα-1,4-andα-1,6-glycosides to some *** theα-1,4 linkage of starch facilitated the transfer of the non-reducing D-glucosyl residues of maltose,thereby generating anα-1,6 branch *** reaction between maltogenicα-amylase and pea starch was affected by the reaction time and enzyme *** maximum slowly digestible starch content(38.5%)was obtained by digesting samples with 60.0 ppm maltogenicα-amylase for 4.0 *** findings demonstrate that modifying pea starch using maltogenicα-amylase can generate starch products with new branching structures conducive to slow digestion.

We used historical data to trace trapped protons observed by the Fengyun-1C(FY-1C)satellite at low Earth orbits(~800 km)and chose data at 5–10 MeV,10–40 MeV,40–100 MeV,and^100–300 MeV from 25 March to 18 April 2000 to analyze the proton *** one isolated strong storm was associated with a solar proton event during this period,and there was no influence from previous proton *** dynamic phenomena of proton trapping and loss were affected by this disturbance differently depending on the energy and L *** flux of 5–10 MeV protons increased and created new trapping with a maximum at L^2.0,and the peak flux was significantly higher than that at the center of the South Atlantic ***,at higher L,the flux showed obvious loss,with retreat of the outer boundary from L^2.7 to L^*** increase in the 10–40 MeV proton flux was similar to that of the 5–10 MeV flux;however,the peak flux intensity was lower than that at the center of the South Atlantic *** loss of the 10–40 MeV proton flux was closer to the Earth side,and the outer boundary was reduced from L^2.3 to L^*** the higher energy protons of 40–100 MeV and 100–300 MeV,no new trapping was *** of the 40–100 MeV protons was observed,and the outer boundary shifted from L^2.0 to L^*** was not obvious for the 100–400 MeV protons,which were distributed within L<*** proton trapping was more likely to be created at lower energy in the region of solar proton injection by the strong magnetic storm,whereas loss occurred in a wide energy range and reduced the outer boundary on the Earth *** dynamic changes were observed by the NOAA-15 satellite in the same period,but the FY-1C satellite observed more complex changes in lower energy *** results revealed that the dynamic behavior of protons with different L-shells was due to differences in the pitch *** mechanisms related to new trapping and loss are also *** mechanisms ar

目的探讨雪莲注射液对心肌缺血再灌注损伤小鼠心功能的影响。方法将30只SPF级雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和雪莲注射液组,每组10只。模型组和雪莲注射液组小鼠采用冠状动脉左前降支结扎法建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,假手术组小鼠开胸但不结扎冠状动脉。术后雪莲注射液组给予雪莲注射液4.11 mg/(kg·d)腹腔注射,假手术组和模型组腹腔注射等体积0.9%氯化钠注射液,均1次/d,连续注射7 d。干预结束后,采用超声心动图检测左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、心排血量(CO)、室间隔增厚率(IVSTP)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV),三苯基氯化四氮唑(TTC)法测定心肌梗死面积百分比,末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法测定心肌细胞凋亡指数,微板法测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平,比色法测定血清肌酸激酶(CK)水平,酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果与假手术组比较,模型组小鼠LVEF、LVFS、CO、IVSTP均明显降低(P均<0.05),LVEDV、LVESV、心肌梗死面积百分比、心肌细胞凋亡指数及血清CK、LDH、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显升高(P均<0.05);与模型组比较,雪莲注射液组小鼠LVEF、LVFS、CO、IVSTP均明显升高(P均<0.05),LVEDV、LVESV、心肌梗死面积百分比、心肌细胞凋亡指数及血清CK、LDH、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论雪莲注射液对心肌缺血再灌注损伤小鼠心功能具有明显保护作用,这可能与其可抑制炎症反应、细胞凋亡和心室重塑有关。
