To the Editor:Allogeneic hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)represents the only long-term survival treatment choice for patients with myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS)and MDS/myeloproliferative neoplasm(MPN).Unfortunately,post-hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)relapse remains a cause of treatment failure and the results of salvage treatments are *** better conditioning regimens is urgently *** studies have shown synergistic antileukemic effects between decitabine(DEC)and idarubicin(IDA).[1.In an attempt to design a conditioning strategy with very low toxicity but considerable myelosuppressive activity and potential immune-enhancing effects for patients with high-risk MDS and MDS/MPN,we combined DEC and IDA with busulfan,cyclophosphamide,andudarabine for a modied myeloablative regimen in this prospective,multicenter cohort study(hereafter referred to as the“DEC/IDA study”).

This paper presents both analytical and numerical studies on the global view of Hopf bifurcations of a van der Pol oscillator with delayed state *** on a detailed analysis of the stability switches of the trivial equilibrium of the system,the stability charts are given in a parameter space consisting of the time delay and the feedback *** center manifold reduc-tion and the normal form method are used to study Hopf bifurcations with respect to the time *** gain an insight into the persistence of a Hopf bifurcation as the time delay varies farther away from its critical value,the method of multiple scales is used to obtain the global view of Hopf bifurcations with respect to the time *** the analytical results of Hopf bifurca-tions and global view of those bifurcations are validated via a collocation scheme implemented on *** most important discovery in this paper is the well-structured global view of Hopf bifurcations for the system of concern,showing the generality of the persistence of Hopf bifurcations.

The rapid advancement in the miniaturization,integration,and intelligence of electronic devices has escalated the demand for customizable microsupercapacitors(MSCs)with high energy ***,efficient microfabrication of safe and high‐energy MXene MSCs for integrating microelectronics remains a significant challenge due to the low voltage window in aqueous electrolytes(typically≤0.6 V)and limited areal mass loading of MXene ***,we tackle these challenges by developing a highconcentration(1.mol kg^(−1.)“water‐in‐liBr”(WiB)gel electrolyte for MXene symmetric MSCs(M‐SMSCs),demonstrating a record high voltage window of 1.8 ***,additive‐free aqueous MXene ink with excellent rheological behavior is developed for three‐dimensional(3D)printing customizable all‐MXene microelectrodes on various *** the synergy of a highvoltage WiB gel electrolyte and 3D‐printed microelectrodes,quasi‐solid‐state MSMSCs operating stably at 1.8 V are constructed,and achieve an ultrahigh areal energy density of 1.72μWhcm^(−2)and excellent low‐temperature tolerance,with a long‐term operation at−40℃.Finally,by extending the 3D printing protocol,M‐SMSCs are integrated with humidity sensors on a single planar substrate,demonstrating their reliability in miniaturized integrated microsystems.

Antibiotics are a widely used and effective treatment for bacterial ***,bacteria can gradually evolve during infection,leading to developing resistance to antibiotics,which renders previously effective treatments *** a useful and convenient manner to treat bacterial infections is a great ***,we report a flexible hydrogen-bond-bridged phosphorene film with photodynamic antibacterial properties and excellent mechanical properties,fabricated from electrochemical exfoliation of black phosphorus(BP).When illuminated under 700 nm light,the hydrogen bond-bridged phosphorene flexible film is capable of converting ground-state triplet oxygen(O_(2))into excited-state singlet oxygen(^(1.O_(2)),destroying the structure of the membrane of Staphylococcus aureus,and eventually leading to bacterial death,via breaking the C=C of unsaturated fatty acids within the bacterial cell membrane after the reaction between^(1.O_(2)and unsaturated fatty acids,thus realizing a highly efficient antibacterial approach,which is supported by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)*** work establishes an effective phototherapy platform for treating bacterial traumatic infections.

Introduction:This study investigated the lagged correlation between Baidu Index for influenza-related keywords and influenza-like illness percentage(Ili%)across regions in *** aim is to establish a scientific foundation for utilizing Baidu Index as an early warning tool for influenza-like illness ***:In this study,data on Ili%and Baidu Index were collected from 30 provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)spanning April 201. to March *** Baidu Index was categorized into Overall Index,Ordinary Index,Prevention Index,Symptom Index,and Treatment Index based on search query *** lagged correlation between the Baidu Index and Ili%was examined through the cross-correlation function(CCF)***:Correlating the Baidu Overall Index of 30 PLADs with Ili%revealed CCF values ranging from 0.46 to 0.86,with a median lag of 0.5 *** analysis indicated that the Prevention Index and Symptom Index exhibited quicker responses to Ili%,with median lags of−9 and−0.5 days,respectively,compared to 0 and 3 days for the Ordinary and Treatment *** median lag days between the Baidu Index and the Ili%were earlier in the northern PLADs compared to the southern ***:The Prevention and Symptom Indexes show promising predictive capabilities for influenzalike illness epidemics.

Habitat restoration is an effective method for improving landscape connectivity,which can reduce habitat *** landscape connectivity could promote connections between habitat,which is extremely essential to preserve gene flow and population *** study proposes a methodological framework to analyze landscape connectivity for Asian elephant habitat conservation,aiming to provide practical options for reducing habitat fragmentation and improving habitat *** approach involved combining a species distribution model using MaxEnt and landscape functional connectivity models using graph theory to assess the impact on connectivity improvement via farmland/plantation restoration as *** results showed that:(1.there were 1.9 suitable habitat patches of Asian elephant covering a total area of 1.52.41.km^(2).(2)The connectivity between habitats improved significantly after vegetation restoration and the gain first decreased and then increased with the increase of dispersal distance.(3)The first few new habitat patches that were identified played an important role in improving connectivity,and the variation rate of connectivity gradually leveled off as the number of new habitats increased.(4)Prioritization of the 25 best new habitat patches increased connectivity from 0.54%to 5.59%as the dispersal distance increased and mainly was located between two Asian elephant distribution regions and two *** of new habitat patches was effective for improving or restoring *** findings can be used as guidance for improving the studied fragmented Asian elephant habitats,and they can also be used as a reference for the habitat restoration of other endangered species heavily affected by habitat fragmentation.

Presently,integrating multi-omics information into a prediction model has become a ameliorate strategy for genomic selection to improve genomic prediction ***,we set the genomic and transcriptomic data as the training population data,using BSLMM,TWAS,and eQTL mapping to prescreen features according to |β_(b)|>0,top 1.of phenotypic variation explained(PVE),expression-associated single nucleotide polymorphisms(eSNPs),and egenes(false discovery rate(FDR)1.,where these loci were set as extra fixed effects(named GBLUP-Fix)and random effects(GFBLUP)to improve the prediction accuracy in the validation population,*** results suggested that both GBLUP-Fix and GFBLUP models could improve the accuracy of longissimus dorsi muscle(LDM),water holding capacity(WHC),shear force(SF),and pH in Huaxi cattle on average from 2.1. to 8.69%,especially the improvement of GFBLUP-TWAS over GBLUP was 1..66%for *** methods also captured more genetic variance than *** study confirmed that multi-omics-assisted large-effects loci prescreening could improve the accuracyofgenomic prediction.

Applying heteroatom co-doped carbon nanotube for manifesting high performance in the electrochemical reduction of aqueous nitrogen oxide by gold nanoparticles

Electrochemical NO-to-NH_(3) under ambient conditions could be a viable alternative having advantages in terms of energy consumption and exhaust gas recycling of NO,replacing a traditional ammonia synthesis method of the Haber–Bosch *** synthesizing boron(B-)and nitrogen(N-)co-doped carbon nanotube(CNT)based gold(Au)catalysts,B-dopants elevate the conductivity of carbon nanotube by sp2 hybridization on graphene and implant B–N domains within the graphene layer,and result in facilitating the embedding amount of Au accompanied by high dispersibility with low particle *** density functional theory(DFT)calculations elucidate that the electron cloud transmitted from B-dopant to the active site of Au induces the Lewis acidic site,and the O-distal pathway occurs following a spontaneous *** of the electron-deficient B-doping area accompanied by N-defects and B–O edges retains the major valence state of Au as Au^(δ+),and suppresses hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)by repulsing the hindrance of H*.This record exhibits the highest faradaic efficiency(FE)of 94.7%,and NH_(3) yield rate of 1.77.4μg·h^(-1.·mg_(cat)^(-1.,which is the optimal yield over energy consumption in the field of the ambient reduction of aqueous NO.

Electronic structure and magnetic properties of metastable SmCo_(7) compound

The electronic density of states, spin-splittings and atomic magnetic moments of SmCo 7 compound have been studied using spin-polarized MS-Xα method. The results show that a few of electrons are transferred to Sm(5d 0 ) orbital because of orbital hybridization between Sm and Co atoms in the compound. The exchange interactions between 3d and 5d electrons lead to the magnetic coupling between Sm and Co, and therefore, result in the long-range ferromagnetic order inside the SmCo 7 compound. There are negative exchange couplings occurring at some levels, which weakens the strength of average coupling around Co lattice. So, the Curie temperature and Co-moment of SmCo 7 decrease distinctly compared with pure Co. Compared with SmCo 5 compound, the disordered substitution of Co-Co “dumbbell-atom” pairs for Sm changes the local environment of Co lattice, which makes the 2e site bear negative magnetic moment. The strength of hybridization near Fermi level weakens and the free energy of the compound increases obviously. Thus, SmCo 7 is a metastable compound at room temperature. Considering the localization of 4f electrons and a few of 5d electrons arising from the orbital hybridization, the magnetic moment of Sm atom will be 1.61. B in SmCo 7 compound, which is in agreement with the experimental values of Sm 3+ ion- moment and Sm atom-moment in metals.
