Hierarchical clustering algorithms, such as Pearson＇s correlation, Euclidean distance, Euclidean distance harmonic, Spearman rank correlation, Kendall＇s tau, and City-block distance, were used to find the best way to establish theoretical MAPK/Erk signaling pathway on the basis of breast cancer line MCF-7 gene expressions. The algorithm constructs a hierarchy from top to bottom on the basis of a self-organizing tree. It dynamically finds the number of clusters at each level. It was found that only Euclidean distance harmonic is fit for the analysis of the cascade composed from a RAF1 （c-Raf）, a MKNK1, a MAPKK （MEK1/2） to MAPK （Erk） in breast cancer line MCF-7. The result is consistent with the biological experimental MAP/Erk signaling pathway, and the theoretical MAPK/Erk signaling pathway on breast cancer line MCF-7 is set up.

Hot deformation of sintered billets by powder metallurgy(PM)is an effective preparation technique for titanium alloys,which is more significant for high-alloying *** this study,Ti–6.5Al–2Zr–Mo–V(TA15)titanium alloy plates were prepared by cold press-ing sintering combined with high-temperature hot *** microstructure and mechanical properties under different process paramet-ers were *** microscope,electron backscatter diffraction,and others were applied to characterize the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties strengthening *** results showed that the chemical compositions were uniformly dif-fused without segregation during sintering,and the closing of the matrix craters was accelerated by increasing the sintering *** block was hot rolled at 1200℃ with an 80%reduction under only two passes without *** strength and elongation of the plate at 20–25℃ after solution and aging were 1247 MPa and 14.0%,respectively,which were increased by 24.5%and 40.0%,respect-ively,compared with the as-sintered alloy at 1300℃.The microstructure was significantly refined by continuous dynamic recrystalliza-tion,which was completed by the rotation and dislocation absorption of the substructure surrounded by low-angle grain *** hot rolling combined with heat treatment,the strength and plasticity of PM-TA15 were significantly improved,which resulted from the dense,uniform,and fine recrystallization structure and the synergistic effect of multiple slip systems.

BACKGROUND Prealbumin is considered to be a useful indicator of nutritional status. Furthermore, it has been found to be associated with severities and prognosis of a range of diseases. However, limited data on the association of baseline prealbumin level with outcomes of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) are *** We analyzed 2313 patients admitted for acute STEMI between October 2013 and December 2020. The extended kernel ridge regression(EKRR)method with odd-even effects was adopted to improve the description of the nuclear charge radius using five commonly used nuclear *** are:(i)the isospin-dependent A^(1∕3) formula,(ii)relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov(RCHB)theory,(iii)Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov(HFB)model HFB25,(iv)the Weizsacker-Skyrme(WS)model WS*,and(v)HFB25**** the last two models,the charge radii were calculated using a five-parameter formula with the nuclear shell corrections and deformations obtained from the WS and HFB25 models,*** each model,the resultant root-mean-square deviation for the 1014 nuclei with proton number Z≥8 can be significantly reduced to 0.009-0.013 fm after considering the modification with the EKRR *** best among them was the RCHB model,with a root-mean-square deviation of 0.0092 *** extrapolation abilities of the KRR and EKRR methods for the neutron-rich region were examined,and it was found that after considering the odd-even effects,the extrapolation power was improved compared with that of the original KRR *** strong odd-even staggering of nuclear charge radii of Ca and Cu isotopes and the abrupt kinks across the neutron N=126 and 82 shell closures were also calculated and could be reproduced quite well by calculations using the EKRR method.

Hydrochemical Characteristics and Evolution of Underground Brine in Lop Nur,Northwestern China

Lop Nur is located at the eastmost end of the Tarim Basin in xinjiang,Northwestern *** study reviews the hydrochemical characteristics and evolution of underground brine in Lop Nur,based on analytical data from 429 water samples(mainly brine).It is found that in the NE-SW direction,from the periphery to the luobei sub-depression,while the hydrochemical type varies from the sodium sulfate subtype(S)to the magnesium sulfate subtype(M),the corresponding brine in the phase diagram transfers from the thenardite phase(Then)area,through the bloedite phase(Blo),epsomite phase(Eps),picromerite phase(Picro),finally reaching the sylvite phase(Syl)*** for the degree of evolution,the sequence is the peripheryluobei horizontally and the overlying glauberite brineying clastic brine *** is concluded that the oxygen and hydrogen isotopic compositions of the brine have evidently been affected through the effects of evaporation and altitude,as well as the changes in local water circulation in recent *** and chloride isotopic compositions show that the glauberite brine is formed under more arid conditions than the clastic *** strontium isotopic composition indicates that the Lop Nur brine primarily originates from surface water;however,deep recharge may also be involved in the evolution of the brine,according to previous noble gas *** is confirmed that the brine in Lop Nur has become enriched with potassium prior to halite precipitation over the full course of the salt lake's *** on chemical compositions of brine from drillhole LDK01 and previous lithological studies,the evolution of the salt lake can be divided into three stages and it is inferred that the brine in Lop Nur may have undergone at least two significant concentration-dilution periods.

The coordinated control of PM_(2.5)and ozone has become the strategic goal of national air pollution *** the gradual decline in PM_(2.5)concentration and the aggravation of ozone pollution,a better understanding of the coordinated control of PM_(2.5)and ozone is urgently ***,we collected and sorted air pollutant data for 337 cities from 2015 to 2020 to explore the characteristics of PM_(2.5)and ozone pollution based on China’s five major air pollution *** results show that it is necessary to continue to strengthen the emission reduction in PM_(2.5)and ozone precursors,and control NO_(x) and VOCs while promoting a dramatic emission reduction in PM_(2.5).The primary method of curbing ozone pollution is to strengthen the emission control of VOCs,with a long-term strategy of achieving substantial emission reductions in NO_(x),because VOCs and NO_(x) are also precursors to PM_(2.5);hence,their reductions also contribute to the reduction in PM_(2.5).Therefore,the implementation of a multipollutant emission reduction control strategy aimed at the prevention and control of PM_(2.5)and ozone pollution is the only means to realize the coordinated control of PM_(2.5)and ozone.

蒸发皿蒸发量(E_(pan))是衡量大气蒸发需求的重要指标。基于物理模型对西双版纳热带植物园中热带雨林综合气象观测场(XTBG气象站)的气象资料进行分析,有助于提高我们对西双版纳热带雨林区域水文循环状况的认识。本文利用1959-2021年的观测资料,研究了E_(pan)的长期变化趋势,并进行了趋势检验、周期性评价和突变分析等相关分析。基于1979-2008年D20 E_(pan)数据和相关气象资料,利用Penman-Monteith和PenPan模型对E_(pan)进行模拟,采用偏微分归因法分析了影响E_(pan)的主导因素。研究结果表明,E_(pan)具有明显的周期变化,19 a为第一主周期。而且,西双版纳地区存在明显的‘蒸发悖论’现象。E_(pan)在1959-2008年和2009-2018年均呈下降趋势,其中1959-2008年下降幅度达到显著水平,为-3.404 mm·a^(-2)。通过对比分析,认为PenPan模型更适合用于模拟西双版纳地区的E_(pan)。为了确定影响E_(pan)的主要气象因子,选取了D20蒸发皿完整监测时期的数据(1979-2008)进行归因计算。太阳净辐射和饱和蒸汽压差的减小趋势可以有效抵消气温上升对E_(pan)的促进作用。因此,净辐射和饱和蒸汽压差的变化是西双版纳‘蒸发悖论’现象的主要触发因素。

Rare earth inorganic-organic hybrid compounds based on Keggin-type polyoxometalate {SiW_(12)} with fast-responsive photochromism and switchable luminescence properties

Four rare earth inorganic-organic hybrid compounds based on Keggin-type polyoxometalate {SiW_(12)}with general formula [{RE(DMF)_(4)(H_(2)O)_4RE(DMF)_(6)}_(2){SiW_(12)O_(40)}_(3)](RE = La(1),Pr(2),Sm(3),Eu(4),DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide) were synthesized by the conventional solution *** analyses indicate that four compounds are isostructural and are all built from three [SiW_(12)O_(40)]^(4-) polyoxoanions and DMF ligands linked by RE^(3+).Compounds 1-4 are extremely sensitive to UV light and present excellent photochromic properties,in which the coloring and fading time of samples are both no more than 2 min,and the reversible coloring-fading process can be repeated for at least 10 cycles with little fatigue,suggesting that compounds 1-4 can be a series of fast-responsive and durable photochromic ***,the solid-state photoluminescence spectra of compounds 3(Sm) and 4(Eu)display strong characteristic emissions of rare earth ions based on f-f ***,compound4(Eu) has a longer fluorescence lifetime up to 566.74 μ***,co mpounds 3(Sm) and 4(Eu) exhibit the switchable luminescence behavior induced by photochromism,which allows them to be used as potential molecular switches.
