There are many studies on sales forecasting in e-commerce,most of which focus on how to forecast sales volume with related e-commerce operation data.In this paper,a deep learning method named FS-LSTM was proposed,which combines long short-term memory(LSTM)and feature selection mechanism to forecast the sales volume.The indicators with most contributions by the extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)model are selected as the input features of LSTM model.FS-LSTM method can get less mean average error(MAE)and mean squared error(MSE)in the forecasting of e-commerce sales volume,comparing with the LSTM model without feature selection.The results show that the FS-LSTM can improve the performance of original LSTM for forecasting the sales volume.

The widespread adoption of lithium-ion batteries has been driven by the proliferation of portable electronic devices and electric vehicles,which have increasingly stringent energy density requirements.Lithium metal batteries(LMBs),with their ultralow reduction potential and high theoretical capacity,are widely regarded as the most promising technical pathway for achieving high energy density batteries.In this review,we provide a comprehensive overview of fundamental issues related to high reactivity and migrated interfaces in LMBs.Furthermore,we propose improved strategies involving interface engineering,3D current collector design,electrolyte optimization,separator modification,application of alloyed anodes,and external field regulation to address these challenges.The utilization of solid-state electrolytes can significantly enhance the safety of LMBs and represents the only viable approach for advancing them.This review also encompasses the variation in fundamental issues and design strategies for the transition from liquid to solid electrolytes.Particularly noteworthy is that the introduction of SSEs will exacerbate differences in electrochemical and mechanical properties at the interface,leading to increased interface inhomogeneity—a critical factor contributing to failure in all-solidstate lithium metal batteries.Based on recent research works,this perspective highlights the current status of research on developing high-performance LMBs.

Superlubricity,the state of ultralow friction between two sliding surfaces,has become a frontier subject in tribology.Here,a state-of-the-art review of the phenomena and mechanisms of liquid superlubricity are presented based on our ten-year research,to unlock the secrets behind liquid superlubricity,a major approach to achieve superlubricity.An overview of the discovery of liquid superlubricity materials is presented from five different categories,including water and acid-based solutions,hydrated materials,ionic liquids(ILs),two-dimensional(2D)materials as lubricant additives,and oil-based lubricants,to show the hydrodynamic and hydration contributions to liquid superlubricity.The review also discusses four methods to further expand superlubricity by solving the challenge of lubricants that have a high load-carrying capacity with a low shear resistance,including enhancing the hydration contribution by strengthening the hydration strength of lubricants,designing friction surfaces with higher negative surface charge densities,simultaneously combining hydration and hydrodynamic contribution,and using 2D materials(e.g.,graphene and black phosphorus)to separate the contact of asperities.Furthermore,uniform mechanisms of liquid superlubricity have been summarized for different liquid lubricants at the boundary,mixed,and hydrodynamic lubrication regimes.To the best of our knowledge,almost all the immense progresses of the exciting topic,superlubricity,since the first theoretical prediction in the early 1990s,focus on uniform superlubricity mechanisms.This review aims to guide the research direction of liquid superlubricity in the future and to further expand liquid superlubricity,whether in a theoretical research or engineering applications,ultimately enabling a sustainable state of ultra-low friction and ultra-low wear as well as transformative improvements in the efficiency of mechanical systems and human bodies.

Aqueous rechargeable zinc ion batteries are regarded as a competitive alternative to lithium-ion batteries because of their distinct advantages of high security,high energy density,low cost,and environmental friendliness.However,deep-seated problems including Zn dendrite and adverse side reactions severely impede the practical application.In this work,we proposed a freestanding Zn-electrolyte interfacial layer composed of multicapsular carbon fibers(MCFs)to regulate the plating/stripping behavior of Zn anodes.The versatile MCFs protective layer can uniformize the electric field and Zn^(2+)flux,meanwhile,reduce the deposition overpotentials,leading to high-quality and rapid Zn deposition kinetics.Furthermore,the bottom-up and uniform deposition of Zn on the Zn-MCFs interface endows long-term and high-capacity plating.Accordingly,the Zn@MCFs symmetric batteries can keep working up to 1500 h with 5 mAh cm^(−2).The feasibility of the MCFs interfacial layer is also convinced in Zn@MCFs||MnO_(2) batteries.Remarkably,the Zn@MCFs||α-MnO_(2)batteries deliver a high specific capacity of 236.1 mAh g^(−1)at 1 A g^(−1)with excellent stability,and maintain an exhilarating energy density of 154.3 Wh kg^(−1) at 33%depth of discharge in pouch batteries.

Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)are one of the most serious diseases threatening human health in the world.Therefore,effective monitoring and treatment of CVDs are urgently needed.Compared with traditional rigid devices,nanomaterials based flexible devices open up new opportunities for further development beneficial from the unique properties of nanomaterials which contribute to excellent performance to better prevent and treat CVDs.This review summarizes recent advances of nanomaterials based flexible devices for the monitoring and treatment of CVDs.First,we review the outstanding characteristics of nanomaterials.Next,we introduce flexible devices based on nanomaterials for practical use in CVDs including in vivo,ex vivo,and in vitro methods.At last,we make a conclusion and discuss the further development needed for nanomaterials and monitoring and treatment devices to better care CVDs.

The dynamic parameters of multiple projectiles that are fired using multi-barrel weapons in highfrequency continuous firing modes are important indicators to measure the performance of these weapons.The characteristics of multiple projectiles are high randomness and large numbers launched in a short period of time,making it very difficult to obtain the real dispersion parameters of the projectiles due to the occlusion or coincidence of multiple projectiles.Using six intersecting-screen testing system,in this paper,we propose an association recognition and matching algorithm of multiple projectiles using a temporal and spatial information constraint mechanism.We extract the output signal from each detection screen and then use the wavelet transform to process the output signal.We present a method to identify and extract the time values on which the projectiles pass through the detection screens using the wavelet transform modulus maximum theory.We then use the correlation of the output signals of three parallel detection screens to establish a correlation coefficient recognition constraint function for the multiple projectiles.Based on the premise of linear projectile motion,we establish a temporal and spatial constraint matching model using the projectile’s position coordinates in each detection screen and the projectile’s time constraints within the multiple intersecting-screen geometry.We then determine the time values of the multiple projectiles in each detection screen using an iterative search cycle registration,and finally obtain the flight parameters for the multiple projectiles in the presence of uncertainty.The proposed method and algorithm were verified experimentally and can solve the problem of uncertainty in projectiles flight parameter under different multiple projectile firing states.

The zeroth Landau level(0LL)in graphene has emerged as a flat band platform in which distinct many-body phases can be explored with unprecedented control by simply tuning the strength and/or direction of the magnetic field.A rich set of quantum Hall ferromagnetic phases with different lattice-scale symmetry-breaking orders are predicted to be realized in high magnetic fields when the 0LL in graphene is half-filled.Here we report on a field-tuned continuous phase transition of different valley orderings in a quantum Hall ferromagnetic phase of charge-neutral graphene on insulating tungsten diselenide(WSe_(2)).The phase transition is clearly revealed by an anomalous field-dependent energy gap in the half-filled 0LL.Using atomic resolution imaging of electronic wavefunctions during the phase transition,we unexpectedly observe the microscopic signatures of fieldtuned continuous-varied valley polarization and valley inversion,which are beyond current theoretical predictions.Moreover,the quantum Hall conducting channel of the graphene is directly imaged when the substrate(WSe_(2))introduces band bending of the 0LL.

This paper investigates the distributed fixed-time attitude coordinated control problem for multiple spacecraft subject to actuator saturation under the directed topology. First, a distributed fixed-time observer is presented for each follower spacecraft to estimate the leader spacecraft’s states. Compared with the commonly used fixed-time observer, the settling time of the proposed fixed-time observer can be easily adjusted by some free design parameters. Next, a distributed fixed-time control scheme is derived by using the estimates of the leader spacecraft’s states and the adding a power integrator technique. When considering actuator saturation, an auxiliary system is utilized to compensate the saturation. Further, a rigorous theoretical proof is provided to show that the practical fixed-time stability of the closed-loop system is ensured. Finally, simulation results illustrate the benefits and effectiveness of the developed control scheme.
