The globally invasive cotton mealybug Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley,has recently invaded several Chinese regions,and continues to expand its *** mealybug is a polyphagous insect pest,with at least 200 host plants from 63 families,including cotton,food crops,fruits,ornamental plants,tobacco,and ***,we describe the first finding of *** in Shandong Province,and investigate the abundances of its natural enemies(predator Coccinella septempunctata *** parasitoid Aenasius bambawalei Hayat).All three species were detected from ornamental and weed species in Linyi,Shandong,in September 2018,and were positively identified using DNA *** analysis revealed significant identity(99.38-100%) between sequences of *** obtained in this study and those published in the *** invasive pest represents a major potential threat to agri-horticulture in Shandong,which is a key province of China for production and export of many vegetables,flowers,fruits,and other *** mealybug species has a wide range of potential distribution in Shandong and is easily dispersed with agricultural and horticultural transport *** monitoring and management strategies are required to limit the spread of this pest species.

Global food security is threatened by the impacts of the spread of crop pests and changes in the complex interactions between crops and pests under climate *** costaestrigalis is a newly-reported potato pest in southern ***-warning monitoring of this insect pest could protect domestic agriculture as it has already caused regional yield reduction and/or quality decline in potato *** research aimed to confirm the potential geographical distributions(PGDs)of *** in China under different climate scenarios using an optimal MaxEnt model,and to provide baseline data for preventing agricultural damage by *** findings indicated that the accuracy of the optimal MaxEnt model was better than the default-setting model,and the minimum temperature of the coldest month,precipitation of the driest month,precipitation of the coldest quarter,and the human influence index were the variables significantly affecting the PGDs of *** highly-and moderately-suitable habitats of *** were mainly located in eastern and southern *** PGDs of *** in China will decrease under climate *** conversion of the highly-to moderately-suitable habitat will also be significant under climate *** centroid of the suitable habitat area of *** under the current climate showed a general tendency to move northeast and to the middle-high latitudes in the *** agricultural practice of plastic film mulching in potato fields will provide a favorable microclimate for *** in the suitable *** attention should be paid to the early warning and monitoring of *** in order to prevent its further spread in the main areas in China’s winter potato planting regions.

Tuta absoluta(Meyrick) originated in South America and is one of the most serious pests of tomatoes. It is also known to attack other solanaceous crops, including potato, eggplant, pepper, tobacco, and weedy species such as black nightshade. After accidental introduction into Spain in 2006, this pest spread rapidly throughout Afro-Eurasia and has become a major threat to tomato production worldwide. Here, we report the first record of T. absoluta as an invasive pest in China. It was found in tomato fields in Ili Kazakg Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(Ili, Xinjiang), China, and its occurrence was confirmed by both morphological and molecular approaches. In Ili, T. absoluta has been found to attack eggplant, potato, and black nightshade. We found the larvae generally mining and feeding on leaves and boring into tomato fruits, with multiple larvae sometimes observed in a single fruit. Its infestation levels differ among the tomato fields and host species. In all of the surveyed tomato fields, T. absoluta infested 100% of plants. In some of the fields, up to 90% of the eggplant and 100% of the potato plants were infested. Since no natural enemies were found under field conditions, suitable management practices are urgently needed to stop the further spread of this destructive pest in China.

Reducing CO_(2)to carbon-neutral solar fuels can not only alleviate the energy demand but also mitigate the greenhouse *** present,developing an efficient non-noble metal photo/electrocatalytic system for converting CO_(2)to a specific product beyond CO is still a big ***,we report a new cobalt complex bearing 2,2′-bi-1,10-phenanthroline ligand that can photocatalytically reduce CO_(2)to formate(HCOO^(-)).Turnover number(TON)for HCOO^(-)up to 677 with 99%selectivity can be achieved using organic dyes purpurin as photosensitizer and 1,3-dimethyl-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzo[d]imidazole(BIH)as sacrificial reductant in a CO_(2)-saturated NMP/TEA(v/v,3:1)solution under visible light *** potential electrolysis at-1.41 V(***/Ag Cl)in the presence of 12 mM Et_(3)NHBF_(4)also produced HCOO^(-)with Faradaic efficiency of 39%.Spectroscopic and electrochemical studies suggest that a[CoI-H]species is the key intermediate for CO_(2)reduction.

A visible light-promoted fast photochemical Wolff rearrangement was developed toward synthesis of α-substituted amides in continuous flow with the use of a photochemical oscillatory flow reactor(POFR).The control experiment indicates that a fast process of the Wolff rearrangement(<40 s) is involved. Notably, this protocol does not require excess use of any reactants, and the resulting α-substituted amides could be isolated by recrystallization in good to excellent yields.

双子叶植物次生木质部中的导管和管胞、单子叶植物初生木质部的导管对于植物体的水分运输至关重要。厚壁组织对植物的机械强度起到主要的支撑作用,其中双子叶植物是由皮层的厚角组织和维管束提供,单子叶植物由机械组织和维管束提供。这些行使特殊功能的组织细胞都能发生次生细胞壁加厚,加厚的细胞类型有管状细胞、纤维细胞、厚壁细胞等。次生细胞壁合成是一个复杂的生物学过程,本文围绕次生细胞壁加厚发生的主要组织——维管束厚壁组织,总结了调控次生壁加厚的转录因子,以便读者能够更加深入地理解复杂的次生壁调控网络。

利用果蝇算法(FOA)进行支持向量机(SVM)参数优化时容易陷入局部最优的问题,对果蝇算法进行改进设计,提出了改进果蝇算法(IFOA)。相比于FOA,IFOA增加了种群划分过程,并且不同种群按照不同步长进行位置更新,实现了算法前后期搜索能力的平衡。利用IFOA优化SVM参数并进行变速箱故障诊断,结果表明相比于FOA,IFOA诊断精度提升了6.29%;相比于其余3种改进型FOA方法,IFOA诊断精度至少提升了0.57%;相比于其它4种类型优化算法,IFOA诊断精度至少提升了2.53%,耗时缩短约39.5%。
