In this paper, we investigate the effect due to the change of topology structure of network on the nonlinear dynamical behavior, by virtue of the OFC neuron evolution model with attack and repair strategy based on the small world. In particular, roles of various parameters relating to the dynamical behavior are carefully studied and analyzed. In addition, the avalanche and EEC-like wave activities with attack and repair strategy are also explored in detail in this work.

An improved weighted scale-free network, which has two evolution mechanisms： topological growth and strength dynamics, has been introduced. The topology structure of the model will be explored in details in this work. The evolution driven mechanism of Olami-Feder Christensen （OFC） model is added to our model to study the self-organlzed criticality and the dynamical behavior. Effects of aging and self-organized criticality in a pulse-coupled integrate-and-fire neuron model based on small world networks have been studied. We give the degree distribution of aging network, average shortest path length, the diameter of our network, and the clustering coefficient, and find that our neuron model displays the power-law behavior, and with the number of added links increasing, the effects of aging become smaller and smaller. This shows that if the brain works at the self-organized criticality state, it can relieve some effects caused by aging.

Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains *** A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of *** Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03–11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two *** Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes.

变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis, AR)是特应性个体接触变应原后,主要由免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)介导的,辅助型T细胞2(T helper type 2,Th2)驱动的鼻黏膜炎症性疾病。AR主要以鼻用激素、抗组胺药物、白三烯受体拮抗剂以及特异性免疫治疗为主,但仍有部分患者疗效不佳或不良反应过大,疾病反复发作,逐年加重,且容易并发过敏性哮喘。目前,国际上有多项研究证实,抗IgE治疗能够较为有效且安全地应用于AR等疾病的治疗。为了规范并促进临床医生对抗IgE单抗治疗AR的认识和应用,基于国内外指南及近年相关研究报道,中国鼻病研究协作组召集国内中青年鼻科专家,制定了抗IgE单抗治疗AR的专家共识。本共识从AR的临床特点、发病机制与IgE的病理生理学特征出发,以奥马珠单抗为代表,详细阐述了抗IgE单抗治疗AR的具体机制、应用方案和注意事项,以期为进一步提升AR的治疗提供相应的理论依据和临床指导。
