While newer,more efficient Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)and extinguishing agents have been developed to reduce the occurrence of thermal runaway accidents,there is still a scarcity of research focused on the application of surfactants in different LIBs extinguishing agents,particularly in terms of patented *** aim of this review paper is to provide an overview of the technological progress of LIBs and LIBs extinguishing agents in terms of patents in Korea,Japan,Europe,the United States,china,*** initial part of this review paper is sort out LIBs technology development in different *** addition,to compare LIBs extinguishing agent progress and challenges of liquid,solid,combination of multiple,and *** subsequent section of this review focuses on an in-depth analysis dedicated to the efficiency and challenges faced by the surfactants corresponding design principles of LIBs extinguishing agents,such as nonionic and anionic surfactants.A total of 451,760 LIBs-related patent and 20 LIBs-fire-extinguishing agent-related patent were included in the *** extinguishing effect,cooling performance,and anti-recombustion on different agents have been *** a comprehensive comparison of these agents,this review suggests that temperature-sensitive hydrogel extinguishing agent is ideal for the effective control of LIBs *** progress and challenges of surfactants have been extensively examined,focusing on key factors such as surface activity,thermal stability,foaming properties,environmental friendliness,and electrical ***,it is crucial to emphasize that the selection of a suitable surfactant must align with the extinguishing strategy of the extinguishing agent for optimal firefighting effectiveness.

Currently,dual atomic catalysts(DACs)with neighboring active sites for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)still meet lots of challenges in the synthesis,especially the construction of atomic pairs of elements from different blocks of the periodic ***,a“rare earth(Ce)-metalloid(Se)”non-bonding heteronuclear diatomic electrocatalyst has been constructed for ORR by rational coordination and carbon support defect ***,the optimized Ce-Se diatomic catalysts(Ce-Se DAs/NC)displayed a half-wave potential of 0.886 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE)and excellent stability,which surpass those of separate Ce or Se single atoms and most single/dual atomic catalysts ever *** addition,a primary zinc-air battery constructed using Ce-Se DAs/NC delivers a higher peak power density(209.2 mW·cm^(−2))and specific capacity(786.4 mAh·gZn^(−1))than state-of-the-art noble metal catalysts Pt/*** calculations reveal that the Ce-Se DAs/NC has improved the electroactivity of the Ce-N_(4)region due to the electron transfer towards the nearby Se specific activity(SA)***,the more electron-rich Se sites promote the adsorptions of key intermediates,which results in the optimal performances of ORR on Ce-Se DAs/*** work provides new perspectives on electronic structure modulations via non-bonded long-range coordination micro-environment engineering in DACs for efficient electrocatalysis.

自2013年起中国空气质量虽改善,但华北平原(NCP)重污染仍存在且二次污染加剧,而人们对其成因和变化了解有限.本研究利用2018-2022年数据,借助CMAQ模型探讨此污染响应.结果显示,在2018-2022年间,PM_(2.5)浓度显著下降31%-37%,O_(3)和NO_(2)的年下降速率分别为1%和0.5%SIA和SOA也显著减少,每年分别减少9%和6%PM_(2.5)主要因排放减少而下降,而O_(3)则受气象影响而波动.硫酸盐和铵下降的主因是减排,而硝酸盐对气象变化敏感排放和气象变化对SOA的总体减少同样重要,但人为SOA对排放控制敏感生物SOA易受气象变化影响.研究强调了控制人为排放对缓解NCP地区夏季二次污染的重要性.

The synovium,a thin layer of tissue that is adjacent to the joints and secretes synovial fluid,undergoes changes in aging that contribute to intense shoulder pain and other joint ***,the mechanism underlying human synovial aging remains poorly ***,we generated a comprehensive transcriptomic profile of synovial cells present in the subacromial synovium from young and aged *** delineating aging-related transcriptomic changes across different cell types and their associated regulatory networks,we identified two subsets of mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)in human synovium,which are lining and sublining MSCs,and found that angiogenesis and fibrosis-associated genes were upregulated whereas genes associated with cell adhesion and cartilage development were downregulated in aged ***,the specific cell-cell communications in aged synovium mirrors that of aging-related inflammation and tissue remodeling,including vascular hyperplasia and tissue *** particular,we identified forkhead box O1(FOXO1)as one of the major regulons for aging differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in synovial MSCs,and validated its downregulation in both lining and sublining MSC populations of the aged *** human FOXO1-depleted MSCs derived from human embryonic stem cells,we recapitulated the senescent phenotype observed in the subacromial synovium of aged *** data indicate an important role of FOXO1 in the regulation of human synovial ***,our study improves our understanding of synovial aging during joint degeneration,thereby informing the development of novel intervention strategies aimed at rejuvenating the aged joint.

The ovary is indispensable for female reproduction,and its age-dependent functional decline is the primary cause of ***,the molecular basis of ovarian aging in higher vertebrates remains poorly ***,we apply spatiotemporal transcriptomics to benchmark architecture organization as well as cellular and molecular determinants in young primate ovaries and compare these to aged primate *** a global view,somatic cells within the non-follicle region undergo more pronounced transcriptional fluctuation relative to those in the follicle region,likely constituting a hostile microenvironment that facilitates ovarian ***,we uncovered that inflammation,the senescent-associated secretory phenotype,senescence,and fibrosis are the likely primary contributors to ovarian aging(PCOA).Of note,we identified spatial co-localization between a PCOA-featured spot and an unappreciated MT2(Metallothionein 2)highly expressing spot(MT2^(high))characterized by high levels of inflammation,potentially serving as an aging hotspot in the primate ***,with advanced age,a subpopulation of MT2^(high)accumulates,likely disseminating and amplifying the senescent signal *** study establishes the first primate spatiotemporal transcriptomic atlas,advancing our understanding of mechanistic determinants underpinning primate ovarian aging and unraveling potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for aging and age-associated human ovarian disorders.

Bone homeostasis relies on the dynamic balance of osteoblast mediated bone construction and osteoclast-based bone resorption processes,which has been reported to be controlled by various mineral ***,there is no direct evidence of the effect and the underlying mechanism of high salt stimulation on bone *** this study,we demonstrated that high salt stimulation promoted excessive mitochondrial fission mediated by dynamin-related protein 1 in mesenchymal stem cells,which resulted in impaired mitochondrial morphology and ***,this impairment hindered the bone formation of mesenchymal stem cells,resulting in osteopenia in ***,the impaired property of mesenchymal stem cells which was caused by high salt was controlled by dynamin-related protein 1 mediated mitochondrial fission,which inhibited the classical Wnt signaling ***,the osteogenic property of mesenchymal stem cells decreased by high salt could be restored by exosomes to transfer the mitochondrial DNA into the impaired mesenchymal stem *** study provides not only new strategies for promoting bone regeneration but also new insights into the effect and mechanism of exosome-mediated delivery.

Vegetation canopies intercept and redistribute rainfall into throughfall and stemflow,which transfer substantial amounts of elements into the soil,influencing soil microbial community,plant survival,and plant community *** advancements in ecohydrological research,the implication of nutrient enrichment resulting from this redistribution of rainfall by canopies remains largely *** address this gap,we conducted a systematic review of 1020 papers published between 2000 and 2022,gathering data on nutrient concentration and enrichment for critical ions(including K^(+),Na^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),NH_(4)^(+),Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-))from the Web of Science and Chinese Knowledge Infrastructure *** aimed to synthesize the mechanisms,quantify the enrichments,and identify global patterns of nutrient enrichment in stemflow and throughfall across climate zones,and vegetation types and *** results of this study indicate that stemflow exhibits,on average,2.1times greater ion concentration(6.13 mg L^(-1))compared to *** particular,among the investigated ions,SO_(4)^(2-)(12.45and 6.32 mg L^(-1))for stemflow and throughfall,respectively,and Cl^(-)(9.21 and 4.81 mg L^(-1))exhibit the highest concentrations in both rainfall redistribution components,while K^(+)(13.7 and 5.8)and Mg^(2+)(5.6 and 2.8)have the highest enrichment *** climate zones,throughfall and stemflow show the lowest ion concentrations but the highest enrichment factors in extremely humid *** the temperature gradient,ion concentrations are the highest in cold climates with no clear patterns observed for enrichment factors with increasing *** addition,shrubs,conifers,mixed forests,and artificial ecosystems demonstrate enrichment factors 1.1 to 3.0 times greater than those of trees,broad-leaved plants,pure forests,and natural *** findings emphasize the need for increased attentions to artificial ecosystems,such as urban

Aging has a profound impact on the gingiva and significantly increases its susceptibility to periodontitis,a worldwide prevalent inflammatory ***,a systematic characterization and comprehensive understanding of the regulatory mechanism underlying gingival aging is still ***,we systematically dissected the phenotypic characteristics of gingiva during aging in primates and constructed the first single-nucleus transcriptomic landscape of gingival aging,by which a panel of cell type-specific signatures were *** cells were identified as the most affected cell types by aging in the *** analyses pinpointed the crucial role of YAP in epithelial self-renew and homeostasis,which declined during aging in epithelial cells,especially in basal *** decline of YAP activity during aging was confrmed in the human gingival tissues,and downregulation of YAP in human primary gingival keratinocytes recapitulated the major phenotypic defects observed in the aged primate gingiva while overexpression of YAP showed rejuvenation *** work provides an in-depth understanding of gingival aging and serves as a rich resource for developing novel strategies to combat aging-associated gingival diseases,with the ultimate goal of advancing periodontal health and promoting healthy aging.

The subject of“atmospheric radiation”includes not only fundamental theories on atmospheric gaseous absorption and the scattering and radiative transfer of particles(molecules,cloud,and aerosols),but also their applications in weather,climate,and atmospheric remote sensing,and is an essential part of the atmospheric *** review includes two parts(Part I and PartⅡ);following the first part on gaseous absorption and particle scattering,this part(PartⅡ)reports the progress that has been made in radiative transfer theories,models,and their common applications,focusing particularly on the contributions from Chinese *** recent achievements on radiative transfer models and methods developed for weather and climate studies and for atmospheric remote sensing are firstly ***,the associated applications,such as surface radiation estimation,satellite remote sensing algorithms,radiative parameterization for climate models,and radiative-forcing related climate change studies are summarized,which further reveals the importance of radiative transfer theories and models.
