The microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-14.6Si castings modified by Cu-P master alloy under different conditions were studied with optical microscope（OM） and mechanical testing and simulation（MTS）.The results indicate that the Cu-P master alloy possesses not only obvious modification effect,but also longevity effect with more than 8 h on the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy.It is shown from thermal calculation,scanning electron microscope（SEM）,and energy dispersive analysis of X-rays（EDAX） that the modification mechanism of Cu-P on primary silicon in the castings is heterogeneous nucleation around AlP particles.The Cu-P master alloy has no or little modifying effect on eutectic silicon,even though it has obvious modification on primary silicon in the castings.This may be because of the fast transformation of eutectic silicon at a very narrow temperature,which will notably weaken the role of AlP particles as heterogeneous nuclei for eutectic silicon.

Immune Responses to Six Synthetic Peptides of Capsid Protein with Sera from HIV-1 Infected Individuals

Many B cell epitopes within p24 of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 （HIV-1） were identified, while most of them were determined by using murine monoclonal antibodies reacting with overlapping peptides of p24. Therefore these epitopes may not represent the actual epitopes recognized by the HIV-1 infected individuals. In the present study, immune responses of 67 HIV-1 positive sera from Yunnan Province, China to five peptides on p24 of HIV-1 and one of HIV-2 were analyzed. All of 67 sera did not recognize peptide GA-12 on HIV-1 and peptide AG-23 on HIV-2, which indicated that GA-12 was not human B cell epitope and AG-23 did not cross-react with HIV-1 positive serum. Except 13 sera （19.4%）, all remaining sera did not recognize peptides NI-15, DR-16, DC-22 and PS-18, which indicated that these four peptides represented B cell linear epitopes of HIV-1 p24 in some HIV-1 infected individuals but not the immuno-dominant epitopes in most individuals.

The coupling influence of UV illumination and strain on the surface potential distribution of a single ZnO micro/nano wire

Interface/surface properties play an important role in the development of most electronic devices. In particular, nanowires possess large surface areas that create new challenges for their optoelectronic applications. Here, we demonstrated that the piezoelectric field and UV laser illumination modulate the surface potential distribution of a bent ZnO wire by the Kelvin probe force microscopy technology. Experiments showed that the surface potential distribution was changed by strain. The difference of surface potential between the outer/inner sides of the ZnO wire increased with increasing strain. Under UV laser illumination, the difference of surface potential between the outer/inner sides of the ZnO wire increased with increasing strain and illumination time. The origin of the observed phenomenon was discussed in terms of the energy band diagram of the bent wire and adsorption/desorption theory. It is suggested that the change of surface potential can be attributed to the uneven distribution of the carrier density across the wire deduced by the piezoelectric effect and surface adsorption/desorption of oxygen ions. This study provides an important insight into the surface and piezoelectric effects on the surface potential and can help optimize the performance of electronic and optoelectronic devices.

在白酒酿造中,需要用甑锅对酒醅或粮醅进行蒸馏。上甑前,要对物料逐层平铺,遵循“轻、松、匀、薄、准、平”的原则,否则会影响蒸馏效果。针对上述问题,本文分析与探讨了一种酿酒用酒醅上甑布料机器人,其主要由支撑架等部分构成;其中,支撑架下侧设有移动框架,支撑架上侧设有输送机,支撑架左上侧设置有提升机,提升机升降架的下侧设置有拨料减速电机;同时,拨料减速电机输出轴的下侧固定连接有拨料轴,拨料轴的下侧设置有物料拨平翅;另外,固定安装块包括两部分,将原整体升降装置调整为只有刮平轴升降,其结构轻巧,并方便整体移动。实践表明,一台上甑布料机器人可对应多台甑锅,可以有效降低上甑设备的总成本;同时,升降装置设置为丝杆结构,降低了整体重量,提高了承载和稳定性,可以有效确保刮平翅逐层平铺物料。

By processing the CSND Rayleigh wave data with the matched filter FTAN technique, Rayleigh wave dispersion for southeast China is obtained. The 4°×4°S wave dispersion of the pure path is calculated using random inversion scheme, and 3-D S wave velocity structure is set up. Incorporating the above-mentioned results with wide angle seismic sounding data, we studied structure framework and the extending of faults in this area, which demonstrates that the depth of Moho in South China varies from 30 to 40 km, shallower from west to east. The depth of Moho varies from 25 to 28 km for the offshore. The depth of the asthenosphere in upper mantle varies from 60 to 100 km. The depth difference of layers at the two sides of Tanlu fault is more than 10 km at the south part of the Yangtze River, and the fault extends downward more than 170 km. The fault exceeds the main land at Hainan Island and slips into the southern China Sea. Both Tanlu fault and the huge bend of gravity gradient anomaly are influenced by

The physical properties and group compositions of crude oils in the western depression of the Liaohe Basin possess such characteristics as to increase gradually in density, viscosity and wax contents, and decrease in saturated hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon and bitumen contents from the deep level to the shallow level and from the center of the depression to its boundary. Saturated hydrocarbons have various spectra, such as single peak and double peak patterns, front peak and rear peak patterns, and smooth peak and serated peak patterns, as well as the chromatograms of biodegraded n-alkanes. The ratios of Pr/Ph in crude oils from the southern part of the depression are generally higher than those in the northern part. The distribution of regular steranes C27-C29 is predominantly of the ramp type, and only a few samples have relatively high C28 contents in the southern part of the depression. As viewed from their physical properties and geochemical characteristics, crude oils in the study area can be divided into two types (I and II) based on oil-generating sources and sedimentary environments, and then further divided into three sub-types (Ia, Ib and Ic:IIa, IIb and IIIc, respectively) based on their degrees of maturation and secondary transformation. This will provide the reliable basis for oil-source correlation and petroleum exploration and prediction.

The enhanced performance of piezoelectric nanogenerator via suppressing screening effect with Au particles/ZnO nanoarrays Schottky junction

This paper describes a novel strategy to weaken the piezopotential screening effect by forming Schottky junctions on the ZnO surface through the introduction of Au particles onto the surface. With this approach, the piezoelectric-energyconversion performance was greatly enhanced. The output voltage and current density of the Au@ZnO nanoarray-based piezoelectric nanogenerator reached 2 V and 1 μA/cm^2, respectively, 10 times higher than the output of pristine ZnO nanoarray-based piezoelectric nanogenerators. We attribute this enhancement to dramatic suppression of the screening effect due to the decreased carrier concentration, as determined by scanning Kelvin probe microscope measurements and impedance analysis. The lowered capacitance of the Au@ZnO nanoarraybased piezoelectric nanogenerator also contributes to the improved output. This work provides a novel method to enhance the performance of piezoelectric nanogenerators and possibly extends to piezotronics and piezophototronics.

Text analysis is a popular technique for finding the most significant information from texts including semantic,emotional,and other hidden features,which became a research hotspot in the last few years.Specially,there are some text analysis tasks with judgment reports,such as analyzing the criminal process and predicting prison terms.Traditional researches on text analysis are generally based on special feature selection and ontology model generation or require legal experts to provide external knowledge.All these methods require a lot of time and labor costs.Therefore,in this paper,we use textual data such as judgment reports creatively to perform prison term prediction without external legal knowledge.We propose a framework that combines value-based rules and a fuzzy text to predict the target prison term.The procedure in our framework includes information extraction,term fuzzification,and document vector regression.We carry out experiments with real-world judgment reports and compare our model’s performance with those of ten traditional classification and regression models and two deep learning models.The results show that our model achieves competitive results compared with other models as evaluated by the RMSE and R-squared metrics.Finally,we implement a prototype system with a user-friendly GUI that can be used to predict prison terms according to the legal text inputted by the user.

Samples of lanthanum-doped nickel hydroxide were prepared by electrodeposition method. The structure and electrochemical properties of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction and a home-made open three-electrode cell system,respectively. The results show that the deposition process of Ni(OH)2 and La(OH)3 is mainly controlled by electrochemical polarization,which makes it easy to form uniform fine crystals. In addition,La(OH)3 is not a separate phase and lanthanum ions are doped into Ni(OH)2 crystal lattices. When V(0.5 mol/L Ni(NO3)2)/V(0.25 mol/L La(NO3)3) was 9:1,the lanthanum-doped nickel hydroxide reached the highest discharge capability of 840 F/g with a good cyclic reversibility. The capability still retains 670 F/g when the discharge current reaches 1000 mA/g.
