To simultaneously endow thermal conductivity,high glass transition temperature(Tg)and healing capability to glass fiber/epoxy(GFREP)composite,dynamic crosslinked epoxy resin bearing reversibleβ-hydroxyl ester bonds was reinforced with boron nitride nanosheets modified glass fiber cloth(GFC@BNNSs).The in-plane heat conduction paths were constructed by electrostatic self-assembly of polyacrylic acid treated GFC and polyethyleneimine decorated ***,the GFC@BNNSs were impregnated with the mixture of lower concentration(3-glycidyloxypropyl)trimethoxysilane grafted BN micron sheets,3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl 3,4-epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate and hexahydro-4-methylphthalic anhydride,which accounted for establishing the through-plane heat transport pathways and avoiding serious deterioration of mechanical *** resultant GFREP composite containing less boron nitride particles(17.6 wt%)exhibited superior in-plane(3.29 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1))and through-plane(1.16 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1))thermal conductivities,as well as high Tg of 204℃(Tg of the unfilled epoxy=177℃).The reversible transesterification reaction enabled closure of interlaminar cracks within the composite,achieving decent healing efficiencies estimated by means of tensile strength(71.2%),electrical breakdown strength(83.6%)and thermal conductivity(69.1%).The present work overcame the disadvantages of conventional thermally conductive composites,and provided an efficient approach to prolong the life span of thermally conductive GFREP laminate for high-temperature resistant integrated circuit application.

Cancer is a leading cause of death *** therapies aimed at key oncogenic driver mutations in combination with chemotherapy and radiother-apy as well as immunotherapy have benefited cancer patients *** protein p53(TP53),a crucial tumor suppressor gene encoding p53,reg-ulates numerous downstream genes and cellular phenotypes in response to various *** affected genes are involved in diverse processes,includ-ing cell cycle arrest,DNA repair,cellular senescence,metabolic homeostasis,apoptosis,and ***,accumulating recent studies have contin-ued to reveal novel and unexpected functions of p53 in governing the fate of tumors,for example,functions in ferroptosis,immunity,the tumor microenvi-ronment and microbiome *** the possibilities,the evolutionary plasticity of p53 is the most controversial,partially due to the dizzying array of biological functions that have been attributed to different regulatory mechanisms of p53 *** 40 years after its discovery,this key tumor suppressor remains somewhat *** intricate and diverse functions of p53 in reg-ulating cell fate during cancer treatment are only the tip of the iceberg with respect to its equally complicated structural biology,which has been painstak-ingly ***,TP53 mutation is one of the most significant genetic alterations in cancer,contributing to rapid cancer cell growth and tumor ***,we summarized recent advances that implicate altered p53 in modulating the response to various cancer therapies,including chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and ***,we also discussed potential strategies for targeting p53 as a therapeutic option for cancer.

Alleviation of PEGylated Puerarin on Erythrocyte Hemolysis Induced by Puerarin in Glucose-6-phosphate Dehydrogenase-deficient Rats

Objective To explore and analyze the reducing hemolytic effects of PEGylated puerarin (PEG-PUE) on erythrocytes induced by PUE in glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD)-deficient rats. Methods The rat model with G6PD-deficiency was established via sc injecting 1% acetylphenyl-hydrazine. Then the G6PD-deficient erythrocyte suspension obtained from this rat model was used to evaluate the hemolytic effects of PUE and the reducing hemolytic effects of PEG-PUE via hemolytic activity and erythrocyte osmotic fragility assay. Results It was found that PUE could cause a serious hemolysis to the erythrocyte suspension with the increase of drug concentration and the prolongation of drug incubation time, the hemolytic rate of PUE was up to 40%, while the addition of PEG-PUE to the erythrocyte suspension revealed no significant hemolysis. Additionally, the result of erythrocyte osmotic fragility indicated that PEG-PUE exerted a slight effect on the erythrocyte membranes, and the NaCl concentration that induced 50% hemolysis (32 mmol/L) was about one-third PUE. Conclusion These results demonstrate that PEG-PUE could play a significant role in reducing the side effect of hemolysis induced by PUE. The low hemolytic activity of PEG-PUE makes it a favorable candidate for in vivo tests and PEG-PUE could also provide the useful insight for the further formulation development as an innovative drug.

本文基于1989~2014年中国大陆公布的与香港的贸易数据和香港公布的与大陆的贸易数据,发现这些贸易数据间存在巨大差距,说明大陆与香港两地间的虚假贸易问题严重,成为跨境资金撤离和流入中国的主要渠道。虚假贸易是涉及跨境资金流动以及货币政策自主性、有效性和经济稳步健康发展的大问题。只有系统研究跨境资金通过中国贸易项目流入和撤离的具体方法和渠道及相应规模,才可能找出相应的应对和监控方法,否则中国货币政策、利率政策等经济金融政策的独立性和有效性仍将受到这些虚假成分的影响和困扰。

腹泻是一种临床常见消化道疾病,是引起儿童患病和死亡的第2大病因。目前,在治疗腹泻过程中长期不合理使用化学类药物、抗生素类药物等会加速肠道病原菌耐药性的产生,并且现代药物制剂和治疗成本较高,因此会给临床治疗带来困难。而中药作为含有多种有效活性成分的纯天然药物,具有低残留、低毒性、不易产生耐药性等优势,并且研究表明中药制剂、单味中药和中药有效成分对腹泻治疗有着独特的疗效,使抗腹泻中药成为抗腹泻药物研究领域的热点。因此,本研究通过查阅近几年相关中外文献资料,整理出抗腹泻相关中药,并从中药调节水和电解质平衡、抗炎、干预胃肠激素分泌、保护肠黏膜、促进肠道修复等方面对中药治疗腹泻展开系统的阐述。其中肠上皮细胞对液体和电解质的过度分泌与吸收障碍是腹泻发病机制的两个重要因素,因此减少肠液分泌和促进肠液吸收成为治疗腹泻的有效手段。本文对中药抗腹泻的药效作用及机制进行整理,以期为中药抗腹泻作用机制研究和抗腹泻中药新药的研发提供理论支持。

Galaxy morphology classifications based on machine learning are a typical technique to handle enormous amounts of astronomical observation data,but the key challenge is how to provide enough training data for the machine learning *** this article proposes an image data augmentation method that combines few-shot learning and generative adversarial *** Galaxy10 DECaLs data set is selected for the experiments with consistency,variance,and augmentation effects being *** popular networks,including AlexNet,VGG,and ResNet,are used as examples to study the effectiveness of different augmentation methods on galaxy morphology *** results show that the proposed method can generate galaxy images and can be used for expanding the classification model’s training *** to comparative studies,the best enhancement effect on model performance is obtained by generating a data set that is 0.5–1 time larger than the original data ***,different augmentation strategies have considerably varied effects on different types of ***-GAN achieved the best classification performance on the ResNet network for In-between Round Smooth Galaxies and Unbarred Loose Spiral Galaxies,with F1 Scores of 89.54%and 63.18%,*** comparison reveals that various data augmentation techniques have varied effects on different categories of galaxy morphology and machine learning ***,the best augmentation strategies for each galaxy category are suggested.

Formaldehyde is a common atmospheric pollutant produced in industrial production and daily ***,the traditional semiconductor formaldehyde gas sensor cannot work at room temperature,which limits its practical ***,developing high-performance gas sensors for rapidly and accurately detecting formaldehyde at room temperature is an important *** this study,Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx/SnO_(2)heterostructures were constructed,which could selectively detect formaldehyde at room temperature with a response value of 29.16%(10×10^(-6)).In addition,the sensor shows a remarkable theoretical detection limit of 5.09×10^(-9)and good longterm *** functional theory(DFT)simulations reveal that SnO_(2)nano spheres provide the majority of adsorption sites that strongly interact with ***,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)acting as a conductive layer facilitates the transfer of charge carriers so that they show a sensing response to formaldehyde at room ***,the formation of p-n heterostructures between SnO_(2)and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)boosts the Schottky barrier at the interface,which is the critical factor in enhancing the sensing properties by turning the Schottky barrier upon introducing formaldehyde *** perspective is expected to provide instructive guidance for utilizing MXene/metal oxide nanocomposites to improve the gas sensing performance at room temperature.

Two-level totem-pole power factor correction(PFC)converters in critical conduction mode(CRM)suffer from the wide regulation range of switching ***,in highfrequency applications,the number of switching times increases,resulting in significant switching *** solve these issues,this paper proposes an improved modulation strategy for the single-phase three-level neutral-point-clamped(NPC)converter in CRM with *** optimizing the discharging strategy and switching state sequence,the switching frequency and its variation range have been efficiently *** detailed performance analysis is also presented regarding the switching frequency,the average switching times,and the effect of voltage gain.A 2 k W prototype is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy and analysis *** with the totem-pole PFC converter,the switching frequency regulation range of the three-level PFC converter is reduced by 36.48%and the average switching times is reduced by 45.10%.The experimental result also shows a 1.2%higher efficiency for the three-level PFC converter in the full load range.
