This paper reported a silicon micromachined gyroscope which is driven by the rotating carrier's angular velocity,the silicon was manufactured by anisotropy *** design,fabrication and packing of the sensing element were introduced in the *** imitation experimentation and performance test have certificated that the principle of the gyroscope is correct and the gyroscope can be used to sense yawing or pitching angular velocity of the rotating carrier,and the angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself.

Based on the analysis of one-dimension inertial accelerometer movement model,from which the resolution of the accelerometer inertial mass displacement equation was derived,the response of the sensor sensing element to vibration and impact of various frequencies was *** theoretical and experimental results show that a reasonable configuration among the sensing element inherent frequency,environmental exciting frequency and the damp factors of the sensor is the key to prevent the sensor from *** sensor has good anti-vibrating impact ability when the relative damp factor is 0.7,and the environmental interferential vibrating frequency is less than 0.35 times of the inherent frequency of the sensing element.

According to the piezoelectric equation and the vibration theory of the quartz crystal,the relations between the vibrating frequency and structural parameters under the thickness-shear-vibration of AT-cut quartz crystal have been studied. The frequency conditions under which quartz crystal resonator formed stationary wave inside the electrode district and the transmission characteristics of wave outside the electrode district have also been discussed.A quartz crystal resonator was developed based on this *** experiment showed that the force-sensing characteristics were independent of the fixation of the crystal *** detecting distinguish ability was up to 0.001°,and the short-term frequency stability was up to 1.38×10~ (-10)/min.

The films of Ge and Si were grown on the substrate Si (100) by magnetron sputtering at 2.5 Pa Ar *** growth temperature of films was 100℃,250℃,400℃and 550℃.The structure and composition were analysised by Raman *** poly-crystal peak and crystal peak of Ge were observed in these *** results indicate that the single crystal film of Ge was prepared at the substrate temperature of 400℃.The peak of acoustic phonons of Ge was 98 cm^(-1) and that of Si was 170 cm^(-1).

It is discovered that the natural convection gas has the pendulum characteristic, which leads to the introduction of the new concept of gas pendulum. In this paper, the buoyancy lift of natural convection gas is analyzed in a hermetic chamber, and the relationship between the buoyancy lift and the change of temperature is formulated. The experimental results show that the gas pendulum, similar to the solid pendulum and liquid pendulum, can be utilized to sense the acceleration and the tilt angle.

In order to find out the influence of the instability of angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself on the stability of silicon micromachined gyroscope, the digital models for relative error of the high and low damping gyroscope's output signal are given respectively, based on the motion equations of the silicon micromachined gyroscope. Theory proves that the output signal error of the silicon micromachined sensor is mainly caused by the instability of damping factor and the angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself. The experiment result indicates that the error of proportionality coefficient of output voltage which is caused by the instability of the angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself reaches to 4.1 %. Theoretical demonstration and experimental verification show that the instability of angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself has an important effect on the stability of low damping silicon micromachined gyroscope.

The electromechanical of Cymbal transducer has been researched. Under simple supporting condition, the mechanical and electrical characteristics have been analyzed by using Piezoelectric-elastic theory, Kirchhoff＇s thin shell vibration theory, Rayleigh-Ritz＇s theory and equivalent circuit method. The approximate solution and series resonance frequency equation have been given. Under no load, equivalent circuit, correlation parameters of cymbal transducer and the relations between the ratio of cavity depth to radius of Cymbal transducer with resonance frequency, electromechanical coupling coefficient of cymbal transducer have been researched. The best electromechanical coupling coefficient of cymbal transducer has been gained from the results of numerical analysis. It offers a valid theoretical foundation for optimum design of cymbal transducer.
