The Yellow River Basin(YRB)has experienced severe floods and continuous riverbed elevation throughout *** climate change has been suggested to be driving a worldwide increase in flooding ***,owing to insufficient evidence,the quantitative correlation between flooding and climate change remains *** present a long time series of maximum flood discharge in the YRB dating back to 1843 compiled from historical documents and instrument *** in yearly maximum flood discharge show distinct periods:a dramatic decreasing period from 1843 to 1950,and an oscillating gentle decreasing from 1950 to 2021,with the latter period also showing increasing more extreme floods.A Mann-Kendall test analysis suggests that the latter period can be further split into two distinct sub-periods:an oscillating gentle decreasing period from 1950 to 2000,and a clear recent increasing period from 2000 to *** further predict that climate change will cause an ongoing remarkable increase in future flooding risk and an∼44.4 billion US dollars loss of floods in the YRB in 2100.

线粒体丙酮酸载体(mitochondrial pyruvate carrier,MPC)位于线粒体内膜中,它可以将糖酵解中产生的丙酮酸运送到线粒体基质参与三羧酸(tricarboxylic acid,TCA)循环、糖异生以及脂质、氨基酸等代谢过程进而为机体提供能量。因此,MPC可以通过调控线粒体丙酮酸通量从而调控能量代谢。由于其在能量代谢中的重要作用,越来越多的证据表明,MPC可以作为代谢类疾病(包括癌症)的潜在靶点。最近研究发现,在多种癌症类型中,MPC表达的改变可以通过影响参与氧化磷酸化或糖酵解过程中的丙酮酸的比例诱导代谢重编程,进而影响肿瘤的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力以及对治疗的抵抗性。因此,本文将概述MPC在肿瘤发生、转移和治疗中的研究现状,以期为靶向MPC药物治疗肿瘤提供新的思路。

本文针对信息时代学生对搜索资源与学科主体知识体系融合不足的问题展开研究。首先,提出将主体知识体系按照对应的学生能力要求进行模块化分解;然后,从搜索信息、定位信息、利用信息三个角度,引入大语言模型原理、信息智能搜索与订阅、知识利用与加工三方面教学内容。以培养学生网络信息筛选与管理、信息对比分析与加工、自主搜索知识与学科主体模块融合三方面的能力为目标,设定考核评价体系。学情分析显示,综合目标达成度为0.837。

防疫物资“无接触”机器人配送优化研究

新型冠状病毒传感性强,致病率高,如何避免防疫物资在配送时人际接触是疫情防控的一大难题。考虑配送机器人具有小快灵且环境适应性强等特点,以配送时间最短为主目标,以配送路径最短为次目标建立集中式控制多种类机器人协同配送工作模式。在全局路径规划阶段,改进A*算法以解决其存在拐点多、冗余路径长等缺点,在局部路径规划阶段改进动态窗口法(DWA)使其能够选择更优路径,最终将两种算法融合使机器人能够达到择优路径行驶并在行驶中达到自主避障的效果。以新冠病毒感染疫情(COVID-19)下河南省人民医院医用防护物资配送为例,对模型与算法进行验证。结果表明,融合算法与传统算法相比,鲁棒性、路径长度、配送用时和路径平滑度都得到了不同程度的优化,该算法可为医院内部机器人无接触式防疫物资配送模式提供参考。

Multiple evidences indicate no relationship between prehistoric disasters in Lajia site and outburst flood in upper Yellow River valley, China

All around the world, ancient legends exist about the Great Flood, and the influence of the Great Flood in human evolutionary history is a hotly debated topic. In China, the legend of the prehistoric Great Flood and Yu the Great's flood control has a long history and is considered to be closely linked to the establishment of the Xia Dynasty. However, there is a lack of solid scientific evidence. Against this issue, some scholars have proposed that an earthquake around 1920 BCE in the Guanting Basin along the upper reaches of the Yellow River led to the creation of a lake by damming in the Jishi Gorge and that the outburst of water from that lake led to the massive flood in the Yellow River region. These studies provided new scientific evidence for the Chinese legend. In this paper, we date skeletal samples embedded in earthquake sand blasting from the Lajia site, analyze remains from natural disasters(such as earthquakes and floods) and also archaeological remains. In addition, we compared the skeletal samples dating with that of sediments from the dammed-up lake. Our results are inconsistent with those of previous scholars. The earthquake at the Lajia site occurred no earlier than 1800 BCE, and the dammed-up lake in Jishi Gorge had disappeared by 3600 BCE. Thus, the formation and outburst of the dammed lake, the sudden death of ancient humans at the Lajia site and the ancient earthquake were independent events occurring at different times. In addition, the massive flood in the upper reaches of the Yellow River did not actually happen. Thus, we argue against and invalidate the hypothesis that the massive flood was related to Yu the Great's flood control and the establishment of the Xia Dynasty.

Alcohothermal synthesis of sulfidated zero-valent iron for enhanced Cr(Ⅵ)removal

Sulfidation of zero-valent iron(ZVI)has attracted broad attention in recent years for improving the sequestration of contaminants from ***,sulfidated ZVI(S-ZVI)is mostly synthesized in the aqueous phase,which usually causes the formation of a thick iron oxide layer on the ZVI surface and hinders the efficient electron transfer to the *** this study,an alcohothermal strategy was employed for S-ZVI synthesis by the one-step reaction of iron powder with elemental *** is found that ferrous sulfide(FeS)with high purity and fine crystallization was formed on the ZVI surface,which is extremely favorable for electron ***(Ⅵ)removal experiments confirm that the rate constant of SZVI synthesized by the alcohothermal method was 267.1-and 5.4-fold higher than those of un-sulfidated ZVI and aqueous-phase synthesized S-ZVI,*** characterizations proved that Cr(Ⅵ)was reduced and co-precipitated on S-ZVI in the form of a Fe(Ⅲ)/Cr(Ⅲ)/Cr(Ⅵ)composite,suggesting its environmental benignancy.

Relationships between Landslide Types and Topographic Attributes in a Loess Catchment,China

Topographic attributes have been identified as the most important factor in controlling the initiation and distribution of shallow landslides triggered by *** a result,these landslides influence the evolution of local surface *** this research,an area of 2.6 km 2 loess catchment in the Huachi County was selected as the study area locating in the Chinese Loess *** landslides inventory and landslide types were mapped using global position system(GPS) and field *** landslide inventory shows that these shallow landslides involve different movement types including slide,creep and ***,main topographic attributes were generated based on a high resolution digital terrain model(5 m × 5 m),including aspect,slope shape,elevation,slope angle and contributing *** maps were overlaid with the spatial distributions of total landslides and each type of landslides in a geographic information system(GIS),respectively,to assess their spatial frequency distributions and relative failure potentials related to these selected topographic *** spatial analysis results revealed that there is a close relation between the topographic attributes of the postlandsliding local surface and the types of landslide ***,the types of landslide movement have some obvious differences in local topographic attributes,which can influence the relative failure potential of different types of *** results have practical significance to mitigate natural hazard and understandgeomorphologic process in thick loess area.

It is of great importance to develop facile strategies to synthesize catalysts with desirable compositions and structures for high-performance photocatalytic hydrogen generation. In this work, we put forward an ionic liquid assisted one-pot route for the synthesis of heteroatom-doped Pt/TiO2 composite material. This route is simple, environmentally benign and adjustable owing to the designable properties of ionic liquids. The as-synthesized Pt/TiO2 nanocrystals exhibit high activity and stability for the photocatalytic hydrogen generation under simulated solar irradiation. This method can be easily applied to the synthesis of various kinds of metal/TiO2 composites doped with desirable heteroatoms (e.g., F, Cl, Br, etc).
