Seawater electrolysis,especially in coastlines,is widely considered as a sustainable way of making clean and high-purity H2.from renewable energy;however,the practical viability is challenged severely by the limited anode durability resulting from side reactions of chlorine ***,we report an effective Cl^(−) blocking barrier of NiFe-layer double hydroxide(NiFe-LDH)to harmful chlorine chemistry during alkaline seawater oxidation(ASO),a pre-formed surface-derived NiFe-phosphate(Pi)***,the PO_(4)^(3−)-enriched outer-layer is capable of physically and electrostatically inhibiting Cl−adsorption,which protects active Ni^(3+)sites during *** NiFe-LDH with the NiFe-Pi outer-layer(NiFe-LDH@NiFe-Pi)exhibits higher current densities(j)and lower overpotentials to afford 1 A·cm^(−2.(η1000 of 370 mV versusη1000 of 42. mV)than the NiFe-LDH in 1 M KOH+***,the NiFe-LDH@NiFe-Pi also demonstrates longer-term electrochemical durability than NiFe-LDH,attaining 100-h duration at the j of 1 A·cm^(−2..Additionally,the importance of surface-derived PO_(4)^(3−)-enriched outer-layer in protecting the active centers,γ-NiOOH,is explained by ex situ characterizations and in situ electrochemical spectroscopic studies.

Pancreaticβ-cell failure due to a reduction in function and mass has been defined as a primary contributor to the progression of type 2.diabetes(T2.).Reserving insulin-producingβ-cells and hence restoring insulin production are gaining attention in translational diabetes research,andβ-cell replenishment has been the main focus for diabetes *** findings inβ-cell proliferation,transdifferentiation,pluripotent stem cell differentiation,and associated small molecules have served as promising strategies to regenerateβ-*** this review,we summarize current knowledge on the mechanisms implicated inβ-cell dynamic processes under physiological and diabetic conditions,in which genetic factors,age-related alterations,metabolic stresses,and compromised identity are critical factors contributing toβ-cell failure in *** article also focuses on recent advances in therapeutic strategies for diabetes treatment by promotingβ-cell proliferation,inducing non-β-cell transdifferentiation,and reprograming stem cell *** a significant challenge remains for each of these strategies,the recognition of the mechanisms responsible forβ-cell development and mature endocrine cell plasticity and remarkable advances in the generation of exogenousβ-cells from stem cells and single-cell studies pave the way for developing potential approaches to cure diabetes.

(CA／PGA)-SPME／GC法测定水性涂料中的游离甲醛

利用十六醇／己二酸乙二醇聚酯（CA／PGA）固相微萃取探头，建立了水性涂料中游离甲醛的SPME／GC测定方法。结果显示，SPME／GC法在0．01～50mg／L范围内有很好的线性，检测限为0．006mg/L，回收率为91．0％～97．5％，RSD为2.3％～3．8％（n=6）。该法与GB18582.2.01中乙酰丙酮分光光度法比较，具有灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简便等特点。

Background:The initial randomized,double-blinded,actively controlled,phase III ANEAS study(NCT03849768)demonstrated that aumolertinib showed superior efficacy relative to gefitinib as first-line therapy in epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Metastatic disease in the central nervous system(CNS)remains a challenge in the management of *** study aimed to compare the efficacy of aumolertinib versus gefitinib among patients with baseline CNS metastases in the ANEAS ***:Eligible patients were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to orally receive either aumolertinib or gefitinib in a double-blinded *** with asymptomatic,stable CNS metastases were ***-up imaging of the same modality as the initial CNS imaging was performed every 6 weeks for 15 months,then every *** responsewas assessed by a neuroradiological blinded,independent central review(neuroradiological-BICR).The primary endpoint for this subgroup analysis was CNS progression-free survival(PFS).Results:Of the 42. patients enrolled and randomized in the ANEAS study,106 patients were found to have CNS metastases(CNS Full Analysis Set,cFAS)at baseline by neuroradiological-BICR,and 60 of them had CNS target lesions(CNS Evaluable for Response,cEFR).Treatment with aumolertinib significantly prolonged median CNS PFS compared with gefitinib in both cFAS(2..0 vs.8.3 months;hazard ratio[HR]=0.31;95%confidence interval[CI],0.17-0.56;P1)and cEFR(2..0 vs.8.3 months;HR=0.2.;95%CI,0.11-0.57;P1).The confirmed CNS overall response rate in cEFRwas 85.7%and 75.0%in patients treated with aumolertinib and gefitinib,*** risk analysis showed that the estimated probability of CNS progression without prior non-CNS progression or death was consistently lower with aumolertinib than with gefitinib in patients with and without CNSmetastases at *** new safety findings were ***:The

In order to explore social disability of the alcohol-related offence and to investigate the relationship between social disability and criminal responsibility,we conducted a statistic analysis between the two groups of drunkenness （Abbreviation for D）（72.cases） and chronic alcoholism（Abbreviation for CA）（34 cases）. In the study,we applied the forensic psychiatric expertise registration scale and social disability screening schedule （SDSS）. The rate of social disability of D was 41.7%,and the rate of CA was 82.4%.There were statistic disparity between the two groups in the score of SDSS. After logistic regression analysis,we found that occupation,work,social withdrawal,family function,responsibility,planning were correlate with criminal responsibility. The CA’s score of all items of SDSS was higher than the D’s except the item of interest and care. Occupation and work,social withdrawal,family function,responsibility,planning affected the assessment of criminal responsibility.

Endodontic diseases are a kind of chronic infectious oral disease. Common endodontic treatment concepts are based on the removal of inflamed or necrotic pulp tissue and the replacement by gutta-percha. However, it is very essential for endodontic treatment to debride the root canal system and prevent the root canal system from bacterial reinfection after root canal therapy(RCT). Recent research, encompassing bacterial etiology and advanced imaging techniques, contributes to our understanding of the root canal system’s anatomy intricacies and the technique sensitivity of RCT. Success in RCT hinges on factors like patients, infection severity, root canal anatomy, and treatment techniques. Therefore, improving disease management is a key issue to combat endodontic diseases and cure periapical lesions. The clinical difficulty assessment system of RCT is established based on patient conditions, tooth conditions, root canal configuration, and root canal needing retreatment, and emphasizes pre-treatment risk assessment for optimal outcomes. The findings suggest that the presence of risk factors may correlate with the challenge of achieving the high standard required for RCT. These insights contribute not only to improve education but also aid practitioners in treatment planning and referral decision-making within the field of endodontics.
