BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common types of cancers worldwide,ranking fifth among men and seventh among women,resulting in more than 7 million deaths *** the development of medical tech-nology,the 5-year survival rate of HCC patients can be increased to 70%.How-ever,HCC patients are often at increased risk of cardiovascular disease(CVD)death due to exposure to potentially cardiotoxic treatments compared with non-HCC ***,CVD and cancer have become major disease burdens ***,further research is needed to lessen the risk of CVD death in HCC patient *** This study was conducted on the basis of the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database and included HCC patients with a diagnosis period from 2010 to *** independent risk factors were identified using the Fine-Gray model.A nomograph was constructed to predict the CVM in HCC *** nomograph performance was measured using Harrell’s concordance index(C-index),calibration curve,receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,and area under the ROC curve(AUC)***,the net benefit was estimated via decision curve analysis(DCA).RESULTS The study included 21545 HCC patients,of whom 619 died of ***(5 cm:2.090(1.543-2.830),P<0.001],surgery(no)[0.376(0.297-0.476),P<0.001],and chemotherapy(none/unknown)[0.578(0.472-0.709),P<0.001]were independent risk factors for CVD death in HCC *** discrimination and calibration of the nomograph were *** C-index values for the training and validation sets were 0.736 and 0.665,*** AUC values of the ROC curves at 2,4,and 6 years were 0.702,0.725,0.740 in the training set and 0.697,0.710,0.744 in the validation set,*** calibration curves showed that the

The back-streaming white-neutron beamline (Back-n) of the china Spallation Neutron Source is an essential neutron- research platform built for the study of nuclear data, neutron physics, and neutron applications. Many types of cross-sectional neutron-reaction measurements have been performed at Back-n since early 2018. These measurements have shown that a significant number of gamma rays can be transmitted to the experimental stations of Back-n along with the neutron beam. These gamma rays, commonly referred to as in-beam gamma rays, can induce a non-negligible experimental background in neutron-reaction measurements. Studying the characteristics of in-beam gamma rays is important for understanding the experimental background. However, measuring in-beam gamma rays is challenging because most gamma-ray detectors are sensitive to neutrons; thus, discriminating between neutron-induced signals and those from in-beam gamma rays is difficult. In this study, we propose the use of the black resonance filter method and a CeBr3 scintillation detector to measure the characteristics of the in-beam gamma rays of Back-n. Four types of black resonance filters, Ta-181, Co-59, Ag-nat, and Cd-nat, were used in this measurement. The time-of-flight (TOF) technique was used to select the detector signals remaining in the absorption region of the TOF spectra, which were mainly induced by in-beam gamma rays. The energy distribution and flux of the in-beam gamma rays of Back-n were determined by analyzing the deposited energy spectra of the CeBr3 scintillation detector and using Monte Carlo simulations. Based on the results of this study, the background contributions from in-beam gamma rays in neutron-reaction measurements at Back-n can be reasonably evaluated, which is beneficial for enhancing both the experimental methodology and data analysis.

Reduced activation steel was successfully fabricated by laser melting deposition employing a Gaussian and a ring-shaped *** microstructure evolution of the reduced activation steel was investigated using the scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope and electron backscatter *** experimental results showed that the grains close to the substrate were smaller than the grains in the upper *** to those deposited using a Gaussian laser,the samples deposited using a ring-shaped laser showed a more homogeneous ***,a finite element analysis(FEA)model was applied to reveal the thermal history during laser melting *** simulation results were well validated with the experimental *** results indicate that the peak temperature increases and the cooling rate decreases,as the layer gets further from the ***,the temperature and the cooling rate resulting from the Gaussian laser model were higher at the midline of the samples and lower around the edges,whereas those of the ring-shaped laser model were consistent with both at the center and around the edges.

食源性病原菌严重威胁食品安全及消费者的健康，因此，对食源性病原菌快速、准确的检测方法对保障食品安全尤为重要。规则成簇的短回文重复序列（Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats,CRISPR）/CRISPR相关系统（CRISPR-associated systems, Cas）生物传感器是在引导核糖核酸（RNA）的作用下，使Cas蛋白与RNA形成RNA复合体，并对靶标基因进行特异性识别，从而将靶标信号转化为可检测的物理和化学信号。CRISPR/Cas生物传感器具有特异性好、可编程以及使用简便等优势，在病原菌检测领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文根据Cas蛋白的种类和作用机制不同，分别介绍了不同CRISPR/Cas系统的作用原理和特点，概述了基于不同CRISPR/Cas的生物传感的信号识别、信号放大、信号输出策略及其在食源性病原菌检测中的应用进展，讨论了基于CRISPR/Cas的多重生物传感器的构建原理及其在多病原菌同时检测中的应用，分析了基于CRISPR/Cas的生物传感器在病原菌快速检测中面临的挑战及未来的发展趋势。

为探究投喂频率对不同水平的复合非粮蛋白源替代饲料鱼粉对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)生长性能、血浆生化、肠道形态和抗氧化的影响,设计了棉籽浓缩蛋白、乙醇梭菌蛋白、黄粉虫粉和小球藻4种非粮蛋白源混合(8﹕5﹕3﹕4)后替代0、30%、60%和90%的鱼粉的四种等氮等脂饲料(D1、D2、D3和D4),设置3个投喂频率(1、2和4次/d)。每个处理组3个重复,每个重复50尾体重为(14.23±0.07)g的大口黑鲈幼鱼,进行为期8周的室外养殖实验。结果显示,在不同投喂频率条件下,摄食D4饲料组大口黑鲈的特定生长率(SGR)和蛋白质沉积率(PRE)显著低于D1—D3组,饲料系数(FCR)显著升高(P<0.05)。在各饲料组中,投喂1次/d组的特定生长率显著低于2和4次/d投喂组(P<0.05)。在不同投喂频率条件下,摄食D4饲料组大口黑鲈血浆胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著低于D1组,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于D1组(P<0.05)。在各饲料组中,投喂1次/d大口黑鲈血浆葡萄糖(Glu)含量,碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著高于2和4次/d组(P<0.05),而总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)含量显著低于其他两组(P<0.05)。在投喂1次/d的处理组中,摄食D4饲料组的全鱼粗脂肪和血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著降低,水分含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。各投喂频率下,D4饲料组大口黑鲈肠道组织丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于D1组,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著低于D2组(P<0.05)。在各饲料组中,投喂2次/d组的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于1次/d组(P<0.05)。组织学结果显示,在摄食不同饲料条件下,投喂2次/d的大口黑鲈肠道绒毛高度、杯状细胞数量、肌层厚度和绒毛表面积显著高于投喂1次/d,投喂4次/d的大口黑鲈肠道隐窝深度显著低于1次/d(P<0.05)。综上所述,以2次/d投喂60%替代水平新型蛋白源复合饲料的大口黑鲈可以获得较好的生长和饲料利用。
