Objective:To confirm the efficacy and safety of Ganyushu Granule(GYSG)in treating premenstrual syndrome(PMS)in patients with Gan(Liver)depression and qi stagnation syndrome(GDQSS)and determine its effective ***:From June 2.18 to March 2.2.,a total of 2.0 PMS women with GDQSS were included and randomly divided into 3 groups in a 1:1:1 ratio using central block randomization:high-dose GYSG group(n=78,GYSG 2.packs/time),low-dose GYSG group(n=82.GYSG and its simulant 1 pack/time),and placebo group(n=80,GYSG simulant 2.packs/time).Treatment with GYSG or placebo was given thrice daily and for up to 3 menstrual *** outcomes were PMS diary(PMSD)score and premenstrual tension syndrome self-rating scale(PMTS).Secondary outcomes were Chinese medicine(CM)syndrome ***,PMTS,and efficacy of CM were evaluated with menstrual cycles during the treatment *** indicators were analyzed after each menstrual *** analyses were performed using an intention-to-treat method,and clinical safety was ***:Of the 2.6 patients included in the effectiveness analysis,70,75,and 71 patients were in the high-,low-dose GYSG,and placebo groups,*** the 2.d treatment cycle,the change in PMSD scores in the high-and low-dose groups was lower than that in the placebo group(P1st treatment cycle was lower than that in the placebo group(P3rd treatment cycle,that in the low-dose group was lower than that in the placebo group(P2.d treatment cycle,the high-dose GYSG group had the best CM syndrome efficacy(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were ***:GYSG was safe and well-tolerated at both doses for treating PMS patients with ***-dose GYSG might be the optimal dose for a phaseⅢtrial.

Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

Over the past 70 years, the semiconductor industry has undergone transformative changes,largely driven by the miniaturization of devices and the integration of innovative structures and materials. Two-dimensional(2.) materials like transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) and graphene are pivotal in overcoming the limitations of silicon-based technologies, offering innovative approaches in transistor design and functionality, enabling atomic-thin channel transistors and monolithic 3D integration. We review the important progress in the application of 2. materials in future information technology, focusing in particular on microelectronics and optoelectronics. We comprehensively summarize the key advancements across material production, characterization metrology, electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, and heterogeneous integration on silicon. A strategic roadmap and key challenges for the transition of 2. materials from basic research to industrial development are outlined. To facilitate such a transition, key technologies and tools dedicated to 2. materials must be developed to meet industrial standards, and the employment of AI in material growth, characterizations, and circuit design will be essential. It is time for academia to actively engage with industry to drive the next 10 years of 2. material research.

Assessing cutter-rock interaction during TBM tunnelling in granite:Large-scale standing rotary cutting tests and 3D DEM simulations

The widespread utilisation of tunnel boring machines(TBMs)in underground construction engineering requires a detailed investigation of the cutter-rock *** this paper,we conduct a series of largescale standing rotary cutting tests on granite in conjunction with high-fidelity numerical simulations based on a particle-type discrete element method(DEM)to explore the effects of key cutting parameters on the TBM cutter performance and the distribution of cutter-rock contact *** assessment results of cutter performance obtained from the cutting tests and numerical simulations reveal similar dependencies on the key cutting *** specifically,the normal and rolling forces exhibit a positive correlation with penetration but are slightly influenced by the cutting *** contrast,the side force decreases as the cutting radius ***,the side force shows a positive relationship with the penetration for smaller cutting radii but tends to become negative as the cutting radius *** cutter's relative effectiveness in rock breaking is significantly impacted by the penetration but shows little dependency on the cutting ***,an optimal penetration is identified,leading to a low boreability index and specific energy.A combined Hertz-Weibull function is developed to fit the cutter-rock contact stress distribution obtained in DEM simulations,whereby an improved CSM(Colorado School of Mines)model is proposed by replacing the original monotonic cutting force distribution with this combined Hertz-Weibull *** proposed model outperforms the original CSM model as demonstrated by a comparison of the estimated cutting forces with those from the tests/*** findings from this work that advance our understanding of TBM cutter performance have important implications for improving the efficiency and reliability of TBM tunnelling in granite.

在沉桩位置处设置预钻孔是工程中减小扩孔挤土效应的常用有效措施。针对邻近斜坡的沉桩挤土问题,假定土体为线弹性模型,采用镜像方法,将桩体的贯入模拟为一系列球形孔连续扩张过程,在已有文献的基础上进一步推导出邻近斜坡设有预钻孔时的沉桩挤土位移表达式。结果表明,受斜边非轴对称位移边界的影响,远离斜边自由边界一侧的挤土位移不如靠近斜边自由边界一侧明显;斜边自由倾斜边界越陡(即参数θ越小),斜坡挤土位移越大;随着边界角度θ的增大,斜边倾斜边界对沉桩挤土位移的影响逐渐减弱;预钻孔的孔深和孔径对减小邻近斜坡沉桩挤土位移有较大的影响,二者的结合能更有效地减少挤土位移的范围和深度。

雷公藤是一种良好的抗风湿、抗免疫中草药,临床和实验研究表明其具有多种药理学活性。本文将30只雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠完全随机分成雷公藤醋酸乙酯提取物(TWEE)组、强的松组和对照组三组。分别口服给药(TWEE,2. mg/kg,bid;强的松,2.mg/kg,bid;对照组,0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠),并随时根据体重的变化调整用药量。所有大鼠于第31天9:30～11:00断头处死,分离提取垂体和收集血液。对垂体进行HE组织学染色和免疫组织化学染色;对血液则应用放射免疫分析法检测血浆中的促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)含量。实验结果表明:TWEE能促进大鼠垂体远侧部ACTH细胞合成和分泌ACTH,从而为临床综合评价雷公藤对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的影响提供了参考实验数据和理论依据,进一步指导临床安全、合理用药。

研究了一种采用低场核磁共振技术(NMR)快速筛选检测沙门氏菌的方法。以Fe3O4为核心的纳米磁珠包裹上二氧化硅,使其具有很好的分散性和生物相容性。通过氨基硅烷修饰磁珠,使磁珠能固定抗体。在富集过程中,免疫磁珠特异性结合在沙门氏菌表面,由核磁共振仪测得其△T2.,并以此判别。采用同样方法对5株食源性致病菌大肠杆菌O157、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌进行分析,可很好地区分这5种食源性致病菌与沙门氏菌,表现出很好的特异性。同时,优化了试验参数,结果显示确定磁珠质量浓度为0.14mg/mL。检出限为103cfu/mL。

This multicentre,two-arm,phase 2.study aimed to explore the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant camrelizumab plus chemotherapy or apatinib in patients with initially unresectable stage II–III non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Eligible patients regardless of PD-L1 expression received neoadjuvant camrelizumab 2.0 mg and platinum-doublet chemotherapy every 3 weeks(arm A)or those with PD-L1-positive tumors received neoadjuvant camrelizumab and apatinib 2.0 mg once daily(arm B),for 2.4 cycles,followed by *** primary endpoint was major pathological response(MPR)*** patients in arm A and 2. in arm B were *** rates were 50.0%(15/30)in arm A and 42.9%(9/2.)in arm B,with all patients achieving R0 *** these patients,the MPR and pathological complete response rates were both 2..0%(95%CI 4.3–48.1)in arm A and were 55.6%(95%CI 2..2.86.3)and 11.1%(95%CI 0.3–48.2.in arm B,*** corresponding objective response rates were 33.3%(95%CI 11.8–61.6)and 55.6%(95%CI 2..2.86.3).With a median follow-up of 2..4 months(95%CI 19.0–2..0),the median event-free survival was not reached(NR;95%CI 13.6-NR)in arm A and 16.8 months(95%CI 8.6-NR)in arm *** 3 or above treatment-related adverse events occurred in eight(2..7%)patients in arm A and three(14.3%)in arm *** analysis showed baseline TYROBP expression was predictive of treatment response in arm *** camrelizumab plus chemotherapy or apatinib exhibits preliminary efficacy and manageable toxicity in patients with initially unresectable stage II–III NSCLC.
