以石墨烯和特制导电炭黑为功能填料,溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)为基胶,制备出阻尼性能较好的导电橡胶材料.针对石墨烯/导电炭黑10种不同的组分,开展了力学性能、动态力学性能与电阻率测试实验,探究了加入石墨烯与导电炭黑对BIIR性能的影响规律.结果表明,导电炭黑对BIIR材料有补强效果,石墨烯/导电炭黑协同并用可以有效提高BIIR的阻尼性能与导电性能.在每100 g总胶料中添加40 g导电炭黑时,BIIR/导电炭黑复合材料的拉伸强度与撕裂强度分别达到20.28 MPa和45.66 kN/m.当导电炭黑和石墨烯并用组分的质量比为40∶10时,BIIR/导电炭黑/石墨烯复合橡胶材料最大损耗因子提升至0.5,电阻率为3 646Ω·cm.复合材料的导电炭黑和石墨烯组分最优质量比为40∶5.制备得到的新型复合材料具有较好的力学性能、阻尼性能与导电性能,可为隔震支座用高阻尼导电橡胶的制备提供参考.

Some deep-sea microbes may incorporate inorganic carbon to reduce CO_(2) emission to upper layer and atmosphere.How the microbial inhabitants can be affected under addition of bicarbonate has not been studied using in situ fixed and lysed samples.In this study,we cultivated 40 L natural bottom water at~1000 m depth with a final concentration of 0.1 mmol/L bicarbonate for 40 min and applied multiple in situ nucleic acids collection(MISNAC)apparatus for nucleic acids extraction from the cultivation.Our classification result of the cultivation sample showed a distinct microbial community structure,compared with the samples obtained by Niskin bottle and six working units of MISNAC.Except for notable enrichment of Alteromonas,we detected prevalence of Asprobacter,Ilumatobacter and Saccharimonadales in the cultivation.Deep-sea lineages of Euryarchaeota,SAR406,SAR202 and SAR324 were almost completely absent from the cultivation and Niskin samples.This study revealed the dominant microbes affected by bicarbonate addition and Niskin sampling,which suggested rapid responses of deep-sea microbes to the environmental changes.

目的探讨养老机构工作人员对于虐待老人行为的认知及相关经历。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、Web of Science、PubMed等数据库中关于养老机构工作人员虐待老人相关经历的质性研究,检索时限均为建库至2023年8月15日。采用Meta整合方法对研究结果进行整合归类。结果共纳入14篇文献,提炼出93个主题,经反复阅读、分析和比较,将相似的结果归纳为12个新的类别,综合为3个整合结果(虐待老人的原因、虐待老人的形式及如何防治虐待老人)。结论工作人员应重视养老院中虐待老人的问题,建立机构、老人、家属三者之间的紧密联系,促进养老院中的老人实现健康老龄化。

Unscented Kalman-filter-based sliding mode control for an underwater gliding snake-like robot

With its strong endurance and high maneuverability, an underwater gliding snake-like robot(UGSR) is a strong potential candidate for aquatic exploration and monitoring. The major feature of the UGSR, which distinguishes it from other snake-like robots, is long range and long operation duration by gliding. This study establishes a gliding motion control system for the UGSR based on a sliding mode controller(SMC). The control system stabilizes the system and suppresses the uncertainties and unknown disturbances. In this strategy, chattering is reduced based on the reaching law method. To circumvent the difficulty of velocity measurements, a nonlinear observer based on an unscented Kalman filter(UKF) is employed for state estimation and random noise handling. The effectiveness of the proposed controller and observer is verified by simulating the UKF-based SMC closed-loop system.

Magnetic digital microfluidics(MDM)manipulates fluids in the form of droplets on an open substrate,and incorporates surface energy traps(SETs)to facilitate the droplet manipulation.Conventional MDM devices are fabricated monolithically,which makes it difficult to modify the device configuration without completely overhauling the original design.In this paper,we present a modular MDM architecture that enables rapid on-demand configuration and re-configuration of MDM platforms for customized bioanalyses.Each modular component contains a SET and a Lego-like antistud that fits onto a base board with Lego-like studs.We illustrate the versatility of the modular MDM architecture in biomarker sensing,pathogen identification,antibiotic resistance determination,and biochemical quantification by demonstrating immunoassays,phenotypical assays and enzymatic assays on various modular MDM platforms configured on demand to accomplish the fluidic operations required by assorted bioanalytical assays.The modular MDM architecture promises great potential for point-of-care diagnostics by offering on-demand customization of testing platforms for various categories of diagnostic assays.It also provides a new avenue for microfluidic assay development with its high configurability which would significantly reduce the time and cost of the development cycle.

The role of He and Ar isotopes in tracing the source of ore fluids has aroused great attention of the broad masses of the geological researchers. On the basis of lots of test and measurement of He and Ar isotopes in sulfides from Au, Ag polymetallic ore deposits in northern China, statistics has been made on the published He and Ar isotope data from 27 gold deposits, 13 silver polymetallic ore deposits, 8 polymetallic ore deposits, 1 rare-earth deposit, 3 oceanic incrustations, 3 volcanic springs and their wall rocks and granites. The statistical results indicate that the 3 He/ 4 Ar (×10-6 ) values of the Au, Ag polymetallic ore deposits are within the range of 0.24 9.39, with an average of 3.34×10-6 ; the He/Ar values, 0.007 6.01,with an average of 2.37; the 40 Ar/ 36 Ar values, 265.75 2361, with an average of 699.0; the 4 He/ 40 Ar values, 0.0020 643.86, with an average of 5.85, the 3 He/ 4 Ar (×10-6 ) values of gneiss and granite surrounding the mining area, 0.001 1.79, with an average of 1.00×10-6 , reflecting great differences in source. Mantle-source He in 48 Au, Ag polymetallic ore deposits accounts for 4.55% 83.06%, averaging 29.91%. It falls near the mantle-source region which can be seen in the He isotopic concentration diagram and the 3 He/ 4 He(R/Ra) 40 Ar/ 36 Ar plot. Studies suggested that the ore-forming materials for endogenic Au, Ag polymetallic ore deposits should be derived from the deep interior of the Earth, and with the multi-stage evolution of mantle plumes the deep-seated ore fluids would be transported from the deep interior of the Earth to the shallow levels. During this process the mixing of crust/mantle-source fluids would inevitably occur, therefore, the value range always lies between the mantle and the crust.

Identification of micro RNAs in six solanaceous plants and their potential link with phosphate and mycorrhizal signalings

To date, only a limited number of solanaceous miRNAs have been deposited in the miRNA database. Here,Rgenome-wide bioinformatic identification of miRNAs was performed in six solanaceous plants（potato, tomato, tobacco,eggplant, pepper, and petunia）. A total of 2,239 miRNAs were identified following a range of criteria, of which 982 were from potato, 496 from tomato, 655 from tobacco, 46 from eggplant,45 were from pepper, and 15 from petunia. The sizes of miRNA families and miRNA precursor length differ in all the species.Accordingly, 620 targets were predicted, which could be functionally classified as transcription factors, metabolic enzymes, RNA and protein processing proteins, and other proteins for plant growth and development. We also showed evidence for miRNA clusters and sense and antisense miR NAs.Additionally, five Pi starvation- and one arbuscular mycorrhiza（AM）-related cis-elements were found widely distributed in the putative promoter regions of the miRNA genes. Selected miRNAs were classified into three groups based on the presence or absence of P1BS and MYCScis-elements, and their expression in response to Pi starvation and AM symbiosis was validated by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（qRT-PCR）. These results show that conserved miRNAs exist in solanaceous species and they might play pivotal roles in plant growth, development, and stress responses.

The Shihu gold deposit, located in the middlesouth section of the core of the Fuping mantle branch structure, is hosted in the Archean Fuping Group and adjacent to the quartz diorite porphyrite. The gold deposit is the only large gold deposit with reserves of more than 30 tons gold discovered in western Hebei Province so far. In order to constrain the timing of mineralization of this ore deposit, this paper focuses on the isotopic dating of zircon and pyrite. Zircons in gold-bearing quartz veins are magmatic in origin and no hydrothermal zircon has been found in such quartz veins, indicating that zircons were derived from the wall rocks. U–Pb ages of zircons fall mainly in the two domains: 2492 ± 82 and 136 ± 4 Ma, respectively,indicative of the contribution of the Fuping-Group TTG gneiss and Yanshanian igneous rocks, respectively. The Re–Os isotopic compositions of pyrites in the gold-bearing quartz veins yield an isochron age of 127 ± 31 Ma. Combined with other dating results, we suggest that the main metallogenic age of the Shihu gold deposit is 120–127 Ma.
