In the aluminum industry, secondary aluminum dross (SAD) is an inevitable solid residue, which usually contains 30 - 70 wt% Al2O3. In this work, Al(OH)3 was extracted from SAD through acid-leaching and alkali purification process. The as-obtained Al(OH)3 precipitation then was calcinated to synthesize porous γ-Al2O3 assisting by an agricultural waste biomass-corn straw as biotemplate. Effects of H2SO4 concentration, reaction temperature and time on the recovery of SAD were investigated. Furthermore, the dependence of calcination temperature on specific surface area, pore volume and content of porous γ-Al2O3 was analyzed. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) were used to inspect the phase compositions and their contents, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to analyze the morphologies of the sintered porous γ-Al2O3. It was found that the highest recycle rate of aluminum from SAD was obtained under optimum conditions of 80°C, acid concentration of 1.6 mol/l, and reaction time of 5 h by acid process. The porous γ-Al2O3 with specific surface area, 261.22 m2/g and average pore diameter, 52.64 nm, was obtained under calcination at 850°C through mixing the as-obtained Al(OH)3 precipitation and corn straw.

Small interfering RNA(siRNA)-based RNA interference has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of a wide range of incurable diseases. However, the safe and effective delivery of siRNA therapeutics into the interior of target cells remains challenging. Here, we disclosed novel amphiphilic peptide dendrimers(AmPDs) that composed of hydrophobic two lipid-like alkyl chains and hydrophilic poly(lysine) dendrons with different generations(2 C18-KK2 and 2 C18-KK2 K4) as nanovehicles for siRNA delivery. These AmPDs are able to self-assemble into supramolecular nanoassemblies that are capable of entrapping siRNA molecules into nanoparticles to protect siRNA from enzymatic degradation and promote efficient intracellular uptake without evident toxicity. Interestingly, by virtue of the optimal balance of hydrophobic lipid-like entity and hydrophilic poly(lysine) dendron generations, AmPD 2 C18-KK2 K4 bearing bigger hydrophilic dendron can package siRNA to form stable, but more ready to disassemble complexes, thereby resulting in more efficient siRNA releasing and better gene silencing effect in comparison with AmPD 2 C18-KK2 bearing smaller dendron. Additional studies confirmed that 2 C18-KK2 K4 can capitalize on the advantages of lipid and peptide dendrimer vectors for effective siRNA delivery. Collectively, our AmPD-based nanocarriers indeed represent a safe and effective siRNA delivery system. Our findings also provide a new perspective on the modulation of selfassembly amphiphilic peptide dendrimers for the functional and adaptive delivery of siRNA therapeutics.

Carbon-free basic dry vibration mix was prepared using middle grade magnesia and fused magnesia as main starting materials,metasilicate replacing phenolic resin as binder,adding a certain amount of medium and low temperature intensifiers. Effects of binder,grain composition,and additives on basic dry vibration mix for tundish were studied,and the bonding mechanism was also analyzed. The results show that：（1） when using metasilicate as binder,the higher strength can be acquired; （2） the suitable grain composition is q=0.48,the critical granularity is 5 or 3 mm,the fines addition is 10%-20% （mass percent）; （3） the strength and corrosion resistance of the basic dry vibration mix can be improved by the melting compound of metasilicate and additives; （4） with temperature rising,the bonding type in dry vibration mix changes from cohere bonding to reaction bonding,and then to ceramic bonding at last.

Analysis of the Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Abnormal Bone Density in Male Long-Distance Runners from Different Regions in China

Objective: To investigate the occurrence pattern of abnormal bone density in male long-distance runners from several different regions of China, and provide a basis for elucidating the influences of geo-environmental differences on bone density. Methods: We employed a set of well-designed exclusion-inclusion criteria to recruit study subjects, in which compounding factors were managed and regional environmental traits were fully incorporated. WHO (World Health Organization) criteria for the diagnosis of osteoporosis were then used to examine the subjects to determine occurrence of abnormal bone density. The resulting data were analyzed using methods of spatial statistics, which included several approaches, such as spatial autocorrelation, hot spot analysis, and Geodetector Software analysis, to depict and analyze the spatial distribution of abnormal bone density in male athletes from different regions in China, thereby investigating the influences of geo-environmental factors (e.g., temperature, humidity, and altitude) on bone density. Results: A total of 685 subjects were effectively examined in this study, including 486 with normal bone density, 185 with osteopenia, and 14 with osteoporosis. Spatial distribution analysis revealed that the distribution of subjects with abnormal bone density overall exhibited a pattern indicating that the level of abnormal bone density in the eastern regions was higher than that in the western regions and that the levels of abnormal bone density in the southern and northern regions were higher than that in the middle regions. Spatial autocorrelation analysis revealed a Moran’s I = 0.136, Z-score = 1.114, and P value = 0.265 and indicated that the athletes with abnormal bone density were randomly distributed in each region. Characteristics of Cloud-to-ground Lightning during a Local Rainstorm in Meizhou City

Based on cloud-to-ground lightning data of lightning location system,Doppler radar data,and precipitation data of regional automatic weather stations,the characteristics of cloud-to-ground lightning during a local rainstorm on June 4,2016 in Meizhou City were analyzed. The results showed that the spatial distribution of cloud-to-ground lightning from 14： 00 to 20： 00 on June 4,2016 in Meizhou City had obvious local characteristics,and the proportion of negative lightning was larger than that of positive lightning（ only 16. 8%）. The concentration period of positive lightning coincided with that of cloud-to-ground lightning. The peak of proportion of positive lightning lagged behind the peak of cloud-to-ground lightning,and appeared in the late period of thunderstorm disappearance. The dense area of cloud-to-ground lightning and the area with heavy rainfall coincided with the area with strong radar echoes. Doppler weather radar data had the feature of the headwind zone,strong combined reflectivity,vertical height of strong echoes,high echo top,and fast radial movement. The peak of cloud-to-ground lightning appeared one hour earlier than that of precipitation. There was no significant correlation between the frequency of cloud-to-ground lightning and precipitation. The peak of negative lightning corresponded to that of positive lightning,and cloud-to-ground lightning ended earlier than rainfall. After the peak of precipitation,convective system rapidly weakened and disappeared. Precipitation and the frequency of cloud-to-ground lightning fluctuated frequently during the whole process. The jumps and peaks of negative lightning were indicative of rainfall changes.

Based on the cloud-to-ground（ CG） lightning flashes data and other related data from 1999 to 2016,the lightning risk zoning of Meizhou was conducted by using the analytic hierarchy process（ AHP） model. The model considered the natural conditions,social economic conditions and other factors,and the main assessment factors were selected,containing ＂ flash density,lightning current intensity,annual thunderstorm days,lightning disaster frequency,construction area per capita and GDP per capita＂,in order to establish the evaluation model,and divide the level of risk. The results showed that the lightning risk in Meizhou area roughly had the trend of ＂ center higher than all-around,the south higher than the north,the west higher than the east＂. High-risk area was in the most region of Meijiang District and central region of Meixian District,and Wuhua County was next high-risk area. Xingning City and Fengshun County were medium risk areas,most of the other were low risk area. The result of regionalization was consistent with the actual situation,and the evaluation method was scientific and effective. Through the analysis of the lightning risk zoning,this paper could provide a scientific basis for the lightning protection and disaster reduction in the region in the future.

纤维蛋白溶解系统是止血系统不可或缺的组成成分,对维持人体生理内环境稳态具有重要作用,其亦参与某些疾病的发生和发展。正常生理状态下,纤溶激活与纤溶抑制保持平衡状态,系统内任一成分发生改变,均可打破平衡,造成出血或血栓形成。因此,纤溶系统活性的检测对机体生理和病理状态的判断具有重要意义。目前,多种方法被用于检测纤溶系统的活性,但该系统复杂多样,故尚无标准实验。本文分析了已被应用的纤溶系统检测方法:生物标志物检测,全血综合纤溶实验,血浆综合纤溶实验,血浆优球蛋白实验。各类实验均有优缺点,其中一部分适用于评价纤溶亢进状态,另一部分则适用于评价纤溶减低状态。
