Accurate control of slab temperature and heating rate is an important significance to improve product performance and reduce carbon emissions for steel rolling reheating furnace(SRRF).Firstly,a spatial temporal distributed-nonlinear autoregressive with exogenous inputs correlation model(STD-NARXCM)to spatial temporal distributed-autoregressive with exogenous inputs correlation model(STD-ARXCM)in working point is ***,a new coordinated time-sharing control architecture in different time periods is proposed,which is along the length of the SRRF to improve the control ***,a hybrid control algorithm of expert-fuzzy is proposed to improve the dynamic of the temperature and the heating rate during time period 0 to t_(1).A hybrid control algorithm of expert-fuzzy-PID is proposed to enhance the control accuracy and the heating rate during time period t_(1) to t_(2).A hybrid control algorithm of expert-active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)is proposed to boost the anti-interference and the heating rate during time period t_(2) to t_(3).Finally,the experimental results show that the coordinated time-sharing algorithm can meet the process requirements,the maximum deviation of temperature value is 8-13.5℃.

Origin of garnet in skarn(magmatic ***)and the prograde skarn fluid evolution are still *** generations of garnet(Grt1,Grt2)were identified at the Tongshankou deposit:Grt1 is anisotropic with oscillatory zoning and resorbed boundary,whilst Grt2 grew around Grt1 and formed oscillatory ***-situ LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating of Grt1 and Grt2 yielded a lower intercept^(206)Pb/^(238)U age of 142.4±2.8 Ma(n=57;MSWD=1.16)and 142.3±9.6 Ma(n=60;MSWD=1.06),respectively,coeval with the ore formation and ore-related granodiorite *** Eu anomaly,non-CHARAC Y/Ho value and low TiO_(2)content,together with the mineral assemblages indicate that both Grtl and Grt2 have a hydrothermal *** existence of melt and melt-fluid inclusions in Grt1,together with similar LREE-enriched patterns to the granodiorite,further indicate that Grt1 may have formed in the magmatic-hydrothermal *** U contents and LREE-enriched patterns of Grt1 indicate that fluid I is mildly acidic pH and low fO_(2).The inner gray Grt2 rims(Grt2A)is HREE-enriched with low U contents,indicating that fluid II has nearly neutral pH and high fO_(2).The wider Y/Ho range and LREE-enriched patterns of the outer light-gray Grt2 rims(Grt2B)show that the evolved magmatic fluidⅡhad mixed with an external fluid,characterized by being mildly acidic pH and with high fO_(2)·Our results suggest that the prograde skarn-forming fluids can be multistage at Tongshankou,and the mixing of meteoric water may have been prominent in the prograde skarn stage.

Previous studies have reported upregulation of heme oxygenase-1 in different central nervous system injury *** oxygenase-1 plays a critical anti-inflammatory role and is essential for regulating cellular redox *** is a classic drug used to treat type 2 diabetes that can inhibit *** studies have shown that,when used to treat cardiovascular and digestive system diseases,metformin can also upregulate heme oxygenase-1 ***,we hypothesized that heme oxygenase-1 plays a significant role in mediating the beneficial effects of metformin on neuronal ferroptosis after spinal cord *** test this,we first performed a bioinformatics analysis based on the GEO database and found that heme oxygenase-1 was upregulated in the lesion of rats with spinal cord ***,we confirmed this finding in a rat model of T9 spinal cord compression injury that exhibited spinal cord nerve cell *** intraperitoneal injection of metformin for 14 days was found to both upregulate heme oxygenase-1 expression and reduce neuronal ferroptosis in rats with spinal cord ***,we used a lentivirus vector to knock down heme oxygenase-1 expression in the spinal cord,and found that this significantly reduced the effect of metformin on ferroptosis after spinal cord *** together,these findings suggest that metformin inhibits neuronal ferroptosis after spinal cord injury,and that this effect is partially dependent on upregulation of heme oxygenase-1.

Microstructure evolution of extruded Mg-RE-Ag alloy during short-time heat treatment

Microstructure regulation via short-time heat treatment is conducive to the optimization in the microstructure and properties of precipitable magnesium(Mg) alloys, but there is currently a lack of relevant studies. In this work, the microstructure evolution of a Mg-RE-Ag alloy during different short-time heat treatments was characterized and discussed. The results show that extreme short-time heat treatment(ESHT, e.g., 2 min) at 450-480℃ can greatly increase solute concentration in Mg matrix through the rapid re-dissolution of the second-phase and simultaneously maintain fine grains, while the ESHT at a too high temperature(e.g., 510℃) is not suitable due to excessive grain growth and coarse second phase regenerated at grain boundaries. It is found that 480℃ is the approximate critical temperature for appropriate ESHT, and further prolongation of the time will lead to excessive grain growth. It is suggested that in addition to grain boundary migration, grain rotation is activated, resulting in the annihilation of high-angle grain boundaries with relatively low misorientation, as well as the reduction in the ability of the residual second phase to pin grain boundaries. In addition, the reasons for the abnormal grain boundary segregation and grain boundary continuous phase were analyzed from the perspective of interfacial energy. This study provides a basis for effective microstructure regulation of Mg-RE alloys.

Enhancing Nucleation and Detachment of Condensed Drops by Hybrid Wetting Surfaces

Hybrid wetting surfaces have been developed to enhance condensation heat transfer, water collection and seawater desalination, due to the advantages of high droplet nucleation efficiency and excellent removal effect. However, there are still many difficulties to overcome before a simple, operable and low-cost system can be exploited in large-scale practical applications. In the present report, an applicable way to fabricate sprayable hybrid wetting coatings mixed with superhydrophobic and hydrophilic particles is described. Conventional condensation tests are carried out for comparison of the nucleation, growth, coalescence and ejection behaviors of dewdrops on a hybrid wetting surface with different hydrophilic particles. Test results showed that a hybrid wetting surface with superhydrophobic and hydrophilic particles has a higher drop number density than a homogeneous superhydrophobic surface has. As expected, this advantage was exhibited also in the water collection test.

The Chezhen Sag,located in the north-western Jiyang Depression,is one of the most important oil-bearing sags in the Bohai Bay *** to the low degree of exploration in the sag,paleosalinity and sedimentary environment of the sag in the 3rd Member of Paleogene Shahejie Formation(Es3)is not *** the paleosalinity and lake level fluctuations is helpful for understanding organic matter rich rocks ***,a detailed geochemical,mineralogical and paleontological analysis of the Es3 in the Chezhen Sag was *** like Sr/Ba ratios,B/Ga ratios,equivalent boron content and methods concluding Adams'formula and Couch's method were adopted to reveal the paleo-salinity and lake level *** results indicate that the lower submember(Lower Es3)was deposited in a salt water with high salinity,accompanied by dry climate and transgression *** middle submember(Middle Es3)and upper submember(Upper Es3)record a freshwater to brackish *** paleosalinity and paleoclimate changes are consistent with the global sea level *** type and content of sporopollen indicate a dry climate in Lower Es3,which further confirms the reliability of the reconstruction results of *** with the paleoclimate and previous marine paleontological evidence,we proposed that the high salinity period is associated with a high lake level and a large-scale transgression event in Lower *** to salinities and corresponding Lake depths,we established a sedimentary environment variation model of the Es3 Member in Chezhen Sag.

Phototheranostic with highly integrated functions is an attractive platform for cancer management. It remains challenging to develop a facile phototheranostic platform with complementary bimodal imaging and combinational therapy capacity. Herein, the small-molecule cyanine IR780 loaded liposomes have been harnessed as a nanoplatform to simultaneously realize photoacoustic(PA)/the second near-infrared window(NIR-Ⅱ) fluorescence imaging and image-guided surgery/adjuvant photothermal therapy(PTT).This nanoplatform exhibits attractive properties like uniform controllable size, stable dispersibility, NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence emission, photothermal conversion, and biocompatibility. Benefiting from the complementary PA/NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence bimodal imaging, this nanoplatform was successfully applied in precise vasculature delineation and tumor diagnosis. Interestingly, the tumor was clearly detected by NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging with the highest tumor-to-normal-tissue ratio up to 12.69, while signal interference from the liver was significantly reduced, due to the difference in the elimination rate of the nanoplatform in the liver and tumor. Under the precise guidance of the image, the tumor was accurately resected, and the simulated residual lesion after surgery was completely ablated by adjuvant PTT. This combined therapy showed improved antitumor efcacy over the individual surgery or PTT. This work develops a facile phototheranostic nanoplatform with great significance in accurately diagnosing and effectively treating tumors using simple NIR light irradiation.
