The N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors, which belong to the ionotropic Glutamate receptors, constitute a family of ligand-gated ion channels. Within the various subtypes of NMDA receptors, the GluN1/2A subtype plays a significant role in central nervous system (CNS) disorders. The present article aims to provide a comprehensive review of ligands targeting GluN2A-containing NMDA receptors, encompassing negative allosteric modulators (NAMs), positive allosteric modulators (PAMs) and competitive antagonists. Moreover, the ligands' structure-activity relationships (SARs) and the binding models of representative ligands are also discussed, providing valuable insights for the clinical rational design of effective drugs targeting CNS diseases.

This paper investigates the causal relationship between the Urban and Rural Resident Basic Medical Insurance(URRBMI)reform and household consumption in urban China using data from the Chinese Household Income Project survey and employing combination of the propensity score matching and difference-in-differences methods.The results yield three conclusions.First,the reform affected both the amount and share of household consumption.Specifically,the reform led to an increase in total household consumption,encompassing both medical and nonmedical expenditures.Among these,the proportion of medical consumption increased,while the proportion of nonmedical consumption reduced.Second,the impact of the URRBMI reform varied across consumption categories within nonmedical expenditure.Specifically,consumption for education and entertainment industries are positively impacted by the URRBMI reform in terms of both quantity and proportion.Third,low-income households benefit more from the URRBMI reform compared to middle-and high-income households.The main channels through which the URRBMI reform affects household consumption were the price effect and the crowding out effect on precautionary savings.

Reducing energy barriers of chemical reactions is the never-ending endeavor of chemists.Inspired by the high reactivity of primary cells,we develop a nanosized fuel cell catalyst(denoted as nanomicrocell catalyst),consisting of integrated electrode pairs,conductive matrices and electrolytes,to improve the chemical reactivity.Specifically,the anodes are Pd species which is combining with the electron-rich N atoms in B-and-N co-doped carbon dots;the cathodes are electron-deficient B atoms;and the conductive matrices are B-and-N co-doped carbon dots which are connecting with the electrode pairs.Similar to the reactivity of primary cells,the catalytic properties of the nanomicrocell catalyst in hydrogenation of benzaldehyde are depending on the properties of electrode pairs,conductive matrices and electrolytes.The unique catalytic properties are attributed to the different substrate adsorption capability and catalytic properties of paired electrodes,and the easy migration of electrons and charge carriers,which could improve the synergetic effect between paired active sites.Therefore,this work may open up a new window for designed synthesis of advanced catalysts which could highly lower the energy barriers of chemical reactions.

Study on the Two-Sides Matching between Multiple Rovers and Multiple Orbiters in Mars Relay Communications

In Mars relay communications,if multiple rovers and multiple orbiters are visible with each other at the same time in certain contact,there are not only issues concerned with the multiple rovers’access to single orbiter,but also the issues concerned with the optimal access orbiter selection for each rover,which is a complex multi-objective decision-making problem relating to the resource allocation optimizations in deep-space networks.In this paper,the two-sides matching between multiple rovers and multiple orbiters in Mars relay communications is proposed based on the access preferences,taking the two-sides combined fitness of preferences and the single-side evaluation equilibrium as the optimization objectives,which utilizes the parallel capsule operations architecture encapsulated with several one-to-many two-sides matching algorithms to obtain stable multiple access matching results.Simulation results show that,our method performs better than the CCSDS Proximity-1 protocols,and could achieve the effective utilization of deep space communication network resources.

A discontinuous Galerkin(DG)scheme for solving semilinear elliptic problem is developed and analyzed in this paper.The DG finite element discretization is first established,then the corresponding well-posedness is provided by using Brouwer’s fixed point method.Some optimal priori error estimates under both DG norm and L^(2)norm are presented,respectively.Numerical results are given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.

Recently,a collaborative research led by Weibo Yang and Jim Sun1 published in Cell Chemical Biology identified a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor(SMIP-30)for human protein phosphatase Mg^(2+)/Mn^(2+)-dependent 1 A(PPM1A).They applied this chemical probe to determine the autophagy receptor p62 as a new substrate of PPM1A.

Telecom operators are deploying the fifth generation(5G) networks around the world which promises high information transmission rate, wide network coverage, low communication delay, and easy access to a large number of devices. However, during the construction and operation of 5G, telecom operators face many challenges, such as insufficient frequency resources, low efficiency of network management, information opacity, risks of data interoperability, and network privacy vulnerabilities. As 5G is generally deployed in heterogeneous networks with massive ubiquitous devices, it is quite necessary to provide secure and decentralized solutions. Blockchain is a distributed system maintained by multiple parties with inherit features including decentralization,traceability and tamperproof. These features collectively contribute to a new application ecosystem where transactions are secure and trustworthy. Therefore,blockchain is expected to integrate with 5G networks to build safer and more reliable mobile network infrastructures. This paper firstly discusses the merits of blockchain technology and the benefits of integrating it with 5G networks. Then a variety of applications of blockchain technology in telecom network operation are reviewed, including spectrum sharing, international roaming settlement, network operation management, number selection management and supply chain management. In the end, we show our recently advance in integrating blockchain in 5G by introducing a multi framework based blockchain service network architecture deployed in real environment.

Intra-family Income Redistribution and Its Dynamic Changes among the Elderly in China:2002-2018

This paper studies the impact of household income redistribution on income inequality among the elderly from 2002 to 2018. It defines shared income and measures how each family member's contributions affect income inequality among the elderly. The study has three major findings. First, from 2013 to 2018, the role of household shared income in reducing income inequality among the elderly increased. Second, the proportion of shared income contributed by children was the highest overall, reaching 11.0 percent nationwide and even 17.9 percent in rural areas in 2018. The contribution of shared income to inequality was also higher among the rural elderly. Grandchildren under 16 largely received shared income from the elderly, and the income transferred by the male elderly to their wives was obvious. Third, changes in family structure narrowed the inequality gap among the elderly in the periods 2002–2013 and 2013–2018.

Separation membrane with high flux is generally encouraged in industrial application,because of the tremendous needs for decreasing membrane areas,usage costs and space requirements.The most effective and direct method for obtaining the high flux is to decrease membrane thickness.Polyamide(PA)nanofiltration membrane is conventionally prepared by the direct interfacial polymerization(IP)on substrate surface,and results in a thick PA layer.In this work,we proposed a strategy that constructing triazine-based porous organic polymer(TRZ-POP)as the interlayer to prepare the ultrathin PA nanofiltration membranes.TRZ-POP is firstly deposited on the polyethersulfone substrate,and then the formed TRZ-POP provides more adhesion sites towards PA based on its high specific surface areas.The chemical bonding between terminal amine group of TRZ-POP and the amide group of PA further improves the binding force,and strengthens the stability of PA layer.More importantly,the high porosity of TRZPOP layer causes the higher polymerization of initial PA owning to the stored sufficient amino monomer;and H-bonding interaction between amine groups of TRZ-POP and piperazine(PIP)can astrict the release of PIP.Thus,IP process is controlled,and the thinnest thickness of prepared PA layer is only<15 nm.As expected,PA/TRZ-POP membrane shows a more excellent water flux of 1414 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·MPa^(-1)than that of the state-of-the-art nanofiltration membranes,and without sacrificing dye rejection.The build of TRZPOP interlayer develops a new method for obtaining a high-flux nanofiltration membrane.
