Macroautophagy(referred to as autophagy hereafter)is a major intracellular lysosomal degradation pathway that is responsible for the degradation of misfolded/damaged proteins and *** studies showed that autophagy protects against acetaminophen(APAP)-induced injury(AILI)via selective removal of damaged mitochondria and APAP protein *** lysosome is a critical organelle sitting at the end stage of autophagy for autophagic degradation via fusion with *** the present study,we showed that transcription factor EB(TFEB),a master transcription factor for lysosomal biogenesis,was impaired by APAP resulting in decreased lysosomal biogenesis in mouse *** loss-of and gain-of function of hepatic TFEB exacerbated or protected against AILI,***,overexpression of TFEB increased clearance of APAP protein adducts and mitochondria biogenesis as well as SQSTM1/p62-dependent non-canonical nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(NRF2)activation to protect against *** also performed an unbiased cell-based imaging high-throughput chemical screening on TFEB and identified a group of TFEB *** these agonists,salinomycin,an anticoccidial and antibacterial agent,activated TFEB and protected against AILI in *** conclusion,genetic and pharmacological activating TFEB may be a promising approach for protecting against AILI.

Almost all the neutralizing antibodies targeting the receptor-binding domain(RBD)of spike(S)protein show weakened or lost efficacy against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)emerged or emerging variants,such as Omicron and its *** suggests that highly conserved epitopes are crucial for the development of neutralizing ***,we present one nanobody,N235,displaying broad neutralization against the SARS-CoV-2 prototype and multiple variants,including the newly emerged Omicron and its ***-electron microscopy demonstrates N235 binds a novel,conserved,cryptic epitope in the N-terminal domain(NTD)of the S protein,which interferes with the RBD in the neighboring S *** neutralization mechanism interpreted via flow cytometry and Western blot shows that N235 appears to induce the S1 subunit shedding from the trimeric S ***,a nano-IgM construct(MN235),engineered by fusing N235 with the human IgM Fc region,displays prevention via inducing S1 shedding and cross-linking virus *** to N235,MN235 exhibits varied enhancement in neutralization against pseudotyped and authentic viruses in *** intranasal administration of MN235 in low doses can effectively prevent the infection of Omicron sub-variant BA.1 and XBB in vivo,suggesting that it can be developed as a promising prophylactic antibody to cope with the ongoing and future infection.

退耕还林政策实施面临改善农村生态环境、调整农业生产结构和增加农民收入等多项目标,其实施过程是政府和农户水土保持行为共同作用的过程。农户水土保持行为关系到退耕还林的水土治理效果的实现程度。通过建立退耕还林政策和农户水土保持行为指标体系,以及应用DEA(DataEnvelopmentAnalysis,数据包络分析)模型,以江西省丰城市的梅林镇、湖塘乡和尚庄镇的农户调查数据为基础,对区域退耕还林政策实施的农户水土保持行为响应进行分析。结果表明不同区域和同一区域的不同农户具有不同的特点。个体差别:梅林镇15户农户、湖塘乡14户农户、尚庄镇14户农户的水土保持行为属于积极响应型,农户兼业化水平和家庭核心化水平较高是区域的共同特点,分别占各乡镇调查农户的25.86％、24.14％、24.14％,其余旁观响应型、补偿消极型、补偿年限消极型、实施力度消极型、综合消极型,以补偿消极型为主。区域差别:梅林镇和湖塘乡补偿消极型农户明显多于尚庄镇,而尚庄镇旁观响应型比重较高,这与区域社会经济发展背景有关,梅林镇在区位上优于其他乡镇,经济较为发达,农户的非农收入水平较高,兼业化程度也高于其他乡镇。据此,提出了相关政策和水土流失治理建议。

采用离心铸造法获得了WC颗粒增强钢基复合材料环形件,其复合层厚度为15～18 mm。分析表明:复合材料层的组织由大量的骨状的复式碳化物和针状马氏体基体组成;复合材料层中增强颗粒被高温钢液全部溶化,原位析出含W,Fe,Cr,Mo复式碳化物;基体合金被溶解的增强颗粒不同程度的合金化,复合层从外至内韧性升高、硬度降低,但梯度不大。

BACKGROUND On June 30,2021,China received certification from the World Health Organization for malaria ***,this certification does not signify the absence of malaria within *** to the increasing frequency of international exchanges and collaborations,the threat of imported malaria persists in ***,the prevention and control of imported malaria have become a primary focus for our country to maintain its malaria elimination *** SUMMARY Herein,we present a case report of a 53-year-old Chinese man who worked in Africa for nearly two *** was diagnosed with malaria in the Democratic Republic of the Congo between November 19 and November 23,*** receiving effective treatment with oral antimalarial drugs,his condition improved,allowing him to return to *** was later admitted to our hospital on January 12,2023,during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic in Huangshi,*** a thorough evaluation of the patient's symptoms,clinical signs,imaging and laboratory test results,and epidemiological data,he was rapidly diagnosed with severe cerebral *** patient underwent successful treatment through a series of intensive care unit *** The successful treatment of this imported case of severe cerebral malaria provides a valuable reference for managing patients with similar malaria infections and has significant clinical implications.

Background:Sanhua decoction has significant effects in the treatment of *** study of the Sanhua decoction material benchmark was carried out to analyze the value transfer relationship between the Chinese herbal pieces and the substance ***:Network pharmacology was employed to investigate the potential active components and molecular mechanisms of Sanhua decoction in the treatment of stroke.15 batches of Sanhua decoction lyophilized powder were prepared using traditional formulas and subjected to high-performance liquid chromatography analysis to generate fingerprints of the Sanhua decoction substance ***,a multi-component quantitative analysis method was established,allowing for the simultaneous determination of ten components,to study the transfer of quantity values between pieces and substance ***:60 active ingredients were screened from Sanhua decoction by network pharmacology,of which gallic acid,magnolol honokiol,physcion,and aloe-emodin may have a greater effect than other active components.63 key targets and 134 pathways were predicted as the potential mechanism of Sanhua decoction in treating *** fingerprint similarity of the Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks was found to be good among the 15 batches,confirming the 19 common *** content of the 10 components was basically *** components’transfer rates were within 30%of their respective ***:This study provided a comprehensive and reliable strategy for the quality evaluation of Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks and held significant importance in improving its application value.
