Objective:To investigate the current evidence on traditional medicine in managing bruxism and its clinical ***:A search was conducted in nine databases to identify potential eligible articles published from the date of inception until August 3,*** clinical studies that used traditional medicine of any type in treating bruxism were eligible for *** authors performed data extraction and quality as-sessments *** data were tabulated and discussed ***:A total of 16 clinical studies were included in this scoping *** the 16 studies,three studies were randomized controlled trials,one was a caseecontrol study,10 were case series,and two were case *** review identified studies of interventions based on herbal medicine and acupuncture-related *** studies reported positive results,but the overall quality of the included studies was typically fair to ***:This study is the first scoping review on traditional medicine for bruxism despite the limited *** research on traditional medicine in bruxism management should be conducted for better clarification and application in daily practice.

Filmmakers describe mental illnesses in different ways and show morbid mental phenomena using different film vocabularies. This process is almost as long as the film's course. After all, film is about ideology. Metaphysically, there cannot be a lack of emotion and spirit, and the emotion towards morbidity and spiritual expression cannot be missing. It is the same as all the relationships between narrators and the ones being narrated, the one who was narrated in the narrator's mouth reflects the one being narrated himself and also brands the narrator's own shadow. This is like the relationship of a mirror and the person who looks into the mirror. The image in the mirror reflects the person who looks into the mirror and shows many characteristics of the mirror such as diopter and focalization. However, the mirror does not know about it; the narrator might not know about it as well. Since the objects described are themselves as well as their own way of thinking and the expression of their emotional state, seeing the psychotic patient described by a filmmaker one can catch a glimpse of the filmmaker himself and the cultural systems and ideologies that are embedded in them. This point will always be the source that is most interesting and most worthwhile to ruminate over when considering this topic.

Ethylene response factor （ERF） proteins are important plant-specific transcription factors. Increasing evidence shows that ERF proteins regulate plant pathogen resistance, abiotic stress response and plant development through interaction with different stress responsive pathways. Previously, we revealed that overexpression of TERF1 in tobacco activates a cluster gene expression through interacting with GCC box and dehydration responsive element （DRE）, resulting in enhanced sensitivity to abscisic acid （ABA） and tolerance to drought, and dark green leaves of mature plants, indicating that TERF1 participates in the integration of ethylene and osmotic responses. Here we further report that overexpression of TERF1 confers sugar response in tobacco. Analysis of the novel isolated tomato TERF1 promoter provides information indicating that there are many cis-acting elements, including sugar responsive elements （SURE） and W box, suggesting that TERF1 might be sugar inducible. This prediction is confirmed by results of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction amplification, indicating that transcripts of TERF1 are accumulated in tomato seedlings after application of glucose. Further investigation indicates that the expression of TERF1 in tobacco enhances sensitivity to glucose during seed germination, root and seedling development, showing a decrease of the fresh weight and root elongation under glucose treatment. Detailed investigations provide evidence that TERF1 interacts with the sugar responsive cis-acting element SURE and activates the expression of sugar response genes, establishing the transcriptional regulation of TERF1 in sugar response. Therefore, our results deepen our understanding of the glucose response mediated by the ERF protein TERF1 in tobacco.

This study provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges to achieving carbon neutrality at the county level in China and offers targeted recommendations,laying the groundwork for future specialized research in this area.A total of 283 relevant studies(2004-2023)were analyzed to assess county-level carbon emissions through three phases:bibliometric analysis,frontier analysis,and future *** findings reveal that publication trends were largely influenced by domestic and foreign *** cluster discerns ten primary themes,ranging from conceptual frameworks to research *** frontier analysis of the literature highlights the leading research areas,which include carbon neutrality pathway,driving factors,spatiotemporal variation of carbon emissions,the co-effects of pollutants and carbon reduction,and carbon emissions in China's rural *** from the results of bibliometric and frontier analyses,this study elucidates the recommendations for achieving carbon neutrality at the county level from three perspectives:effective regional policy guidance,emphasis on ecological conservation,and the deployment of advanced carbon reduction and sequestration *** study enriches the body of knowledge on carbon emissions at the county level and holds significant implications for China's comprehensive push towards achieving its carbon neutrality objectives.

This paper focuses on anisotropy of coal permeability and its stress *** blocks were taken from Xinjing Coal Mine in Yangquan Coal *** cores were then drilled along the strike,dip,and vertical *** permeabilities were measured with respect to stress by using a self-developed coal permeability measurement *** used samples exhibited significant permeability *** permeability along the strike direction was greatest among the three directions,the permeability along the vertical direction was the smallest,and the permeability along the dip direction was between the other two *** sensitivity of coal permeability to stress was transversely *** stress sensitivity coefficient was greater along the horizontal directions than along the vertical *** permeability exhibited anisotropic stress sensitivity due to anisotropy in Young’s modulus and *** results obtained in this study are useful for optimizing the arrangement of pre-drainage boreholes.

Ce-modified USY zeolite catalysts for catalytic oxidation of chlorinated VOCs:Effect of the location of CeO_(2) and its synergistic effect with USY zeolite

The catalytic behavior of a catalyst for chlorine-containing volatile organic compounds(CVOCs) oxidation largely depends on the synergistic interaction between the oxidizing and acidic *** the present work,two catalysts with different distributions of CeO_(2) on the inner and outer surfaces of 4.0Ce-USY-ex and 4.0Ce-USY-dp(USY zeolite) were prepared respectively by ion exchange and deposition methods,with a purpose of finding out how the location of the oxidation sites(CeO_(2)) influence its synergistic effect with the acidic sites of *** results show that 4.0Ce-USY-ex is much more active for catalytic degradation of 1,2-dichloroethane(DCE),while 4.0Ce-USY-dp catalyst exhibit higher catalytic degradation activity for other structured CVOCs(dichloromethane(DCM),trichloroethylene(TCE),chlorobenzene(CB)).CeO_(2) in 4.0Ce-USY-ex catalyst mainly disperses in the pore channels of USY zeolite,and there are many strong acid centers on the surface,which is conducive to the dechlorination conversion of ***,CeO_(2) in 4.0Ce-USY-dp catalyst is mainly distributed on the outer surface of USY and has strong oxidation ability,which contributes to the deep oxidation of ***,the presence of a large number of strong acid centers on the catalyst surface of 4.0Ce-USY-ex catalysts leads to severe accumulation of surface carbon species and significantly decreases its stability towards ***,a large number of active oxygen species on the surface of 4.0Ce-USY-dp and CeO_(2) catalysts are beneficial to the deep oxidation of DCE,reducing the formation of surface carbon and thus improving the stability of the ***,the influence of the location of the oxidation sites on its synergistic effect with the acidic sites was established in the present work,which could provide some new ideas for the rational design of CVOCs degradation catalyst with appropriate distribution of active sites.

Effects of dynamical spanwise retraction and stretch on flapping-wing forward flights

Birds and bats retract and stretch their wings dynamically during each flap in level flights, implying intriguing mechanisms for the aerodynamic performance improvement of flapping wings. A numerical investigation into the aerodynamic effects of such bio-inspired concept in forward flights has been performed based on a three-dimensional wing in plunging motion and a twosection wing in flapping motion. The currently considered Reynolds number and Strouhal number are Re=1.5×10^(5) and St=0.3, respectively. During the research, the mean angle of attack is varied in relatively wide ranges to achieve lift-thrust interconversion for the wings. The conclusive results show that dynamical spanwise retraction and stretch has induced three absolutely desirable scenarios for the oscillating wings in forward flights, namely producing more lift and consuming less power for a given thrust generation, producing more thrust and consuming less power for a given lift generation, and producing more lift and more thrust while consuming less power. Furthermore,the morphing wings have alleviated periodical aerodynamic load fluctuations compared with the non-morphing baseline. The mechanism of the aerodynamic effects of the bionic morphing mode is analyzed with the aid of field visualization. The current article is the first to reveal the absolute advantages of the bionic spanwise morphing. Hopefully, it may help comprehend the behaviors of natural fliers and provide inspirations for performance enhancement of micro artificial flappingwing vehicles.

Primary care physicians'knowledge,attitude and perception towards homosexuality in Singapore

Aims:This study aim to gain insights into attitudes,acceptance and knowledge levels among family physicians toward homosexual people,which are important as they may affect care among this at-risk ***:An anonymized self-administered questionnaire in English was posted with the assistance of the College of Family Physicians Singapore in February 2015 to its 1529 members with self-addressed,pre-stamped envelopes for *** questionnaire included demographic questions such as age group,gender,religion,ethnicity,marital status and place of *** and scales that measured attitude,acceptance,knowledge and perception of colleagues who are homosexual were also included in the ***:451 responses(29.5%)were obtained,of which 441 were valid(28.84%).About 52.8%of participants were found to have negative,8.9%neutral and 38.3%positive attitudes toward ***(75.6%)were accepting of homosexuals,with 9.3%neutral and 15.1%not *** levels were poor,with a mean score of 6.9 out of a maximum of 13.A strong correlation was found between the attitudes towards lesbians and gay men(ATLG)and acceptance of homosexuals scales(r=0.69,Pjority of family physicians having negative attitudes towards homosexuality,most are able to accept *** better education in sexual orientation in the medical educational curriculum,the increase in knowledge will lead to better care for people with homosexuality.
